Excuse my ignorance on Custodianship for a stock, but I'm assuming that once this is granted, this opens up or leads the way for a merger with another, hopefully monstrous company correct?
I just saw a stock early in the week go from around $5 and now trading over $22.
Depending on any news on finalization of custodianship, merger, low share count, float locked? and other, is dime+ possible or could we be talking $$'s here within 3-6 months?
Just trying to plan taxes IF this were to actually really come to fruition big time.
Not to get in dream world here as I've seen and heard it all before and yes, most the time these pennies are pipe dreams and may be able to make some good cash ONLY if you know when to sell and not get too greedy as I've been in the past and not only watched thousands evaporate thinking they'd turn into hundreds of thousands but actually managed to be stupid enough to come out at a LOSS! Dumb Dumb Dumb!
I guess that's why getting your principle out and letting free shares ride is the KEY!
Good luck.

"Accumulating heavily"?? How can anyone accumulate heavily when volume has been dismal. The bid and ask are all over the place with volume remaining the exact same. STILL not even at 14k shares today. The day BEFORE the custodianship hearing. lol.
I'm hoping again, the main reason for the low volume is most of the float is tied up and waiting to explode.
-OUT-
Yeah, the only thing that makes sense about the price movement is pure MM manipulation. 13,500 shares so far? lol. It's down, but on that volume obviously an MM play. If float is almost locked up and this custodianship does get confirmed, I'm hoping that dime comes fast and furious.
Merger with? Maybe by end of summer we'll see multi-dimes or more?
Time will tell as it does for everything. Good luck.
-OUT-
This is ridiculous.
I'm long actually, hence the reason for my frustrated post. IF this custodianship is so close and almost a "for sure thing" per no opposition, WHY would anyone even think of selling at this point?
Seems like kind of a no-brainer?
Good luck
-OUT-
What exactly is "looking good"? The fact that the bid has now dropped to .04? I guess if you're short, then yes, it would be looking good.
That was a big sell there.
-OUT-
Nope. More selling. Why do I get the feeling that this custodianship was already factored into that little bump we had last week and when officially announced next Wednesday (hopefully) that it may just get back to maybe mid .06's unless bigger news quickly ensues afterwards?
Dime? Dollar? Some phenomenal and I mean phenomenal news would need to hit the wires. This RM is with who? What would the assets be post RM?
Another RM few months back was supposed to blow the OTC up with a little Chinese Electric car company some of you may be aware of? It didn't and hasn't happened yet. Hope this one is different. Much different.
-OUT-
Head Hunter - Yeah, unfortunately you're wrong as ANY company or stock the financials are important. Kind of the whole foundation for the success. That's why pennies fade and fade fast after news hits because what SHOULD follow all this "great" news is MONEY and REVENUE.
This one may get there within 1-2 years. Few hurdles to jump here however.
Good luck.
-OUT-
Spike? It's going DOWN! WTF???
"didn't objectively help"??!! LOL. Now they're disputing irrefutable proof that U.S. Stem cell clients that participated weren't helped. Too caught up on the "3-blind mice" unfortunate situation. Do you think they didn't sign something indicating there were risks? I would almost guarantee they did.
FDA to the "rescue"? lol, quite the opposite as again, see link below:
https://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSafety/DrugRecalls/default.htm
Keep in mind, ALL of these had FDA approval prior to recalls that affected and may have killed who knows how many people.
ANYTHING that will threaten DRUG & ADDITCTION is going to be gone after compliments of PHARMY funds and dirty politicians.
USRM!!!!
-OUT-
What will the Custodianship do for the company? I don't know too much about them. It appears with the large trading spread and very low volume, the float must be pretty low and held somewhat tight? That's good!
Thanks and good luck.
-OUT-
Limit sell at .50 GTC. Done! Now let's rock!
-OUT-
Opening transactions for this security are not accepted?? Per Ameritrade? Trying to buy some but never received this before?
Anyone?
Thanks
Yup, this one is a royal POS. Good luck, you're going to need it!!
-OUT-
Well, there's the volume and DOWN goes the F'ing price!! VERY frustrating here. F the FDA!!!
Never SEEN such a strong 100% sell on BarChart! Wow. Wouldn't TOUCH this thing!!
-OUT-
Get Richor - LOL! Post of the day! USRM!!!$$$
-OUT-
MINUS -3.37% is NOT UP! Quit pumping. Not budging until this lawsuit either gets dismissed or we win. Period.
Good luck.
-OUT-
Barchart is majorly bullish on this thing! Worth the risk. Products look very attractive looking in terms of bottling. Could be a good one. Look at "Monster" drink. Wow. If only even 1/4 that successful. Cha Ching!!
Good luck.
-OUT-
Hippy - IF it does, I'm thinking what? 100-200% up day almost guaranteed!!?? Trump doesn't mess around with this government run crap that stalls true progress to help people alleviate pain. YES, there does need to be some guidance and regulation, but this IS still a FREE country right? Per Lighthouse, All "hanging on a moment" here which could be glorious. Soon....Hopefully soon!
Good luck. Good weekend.
-OUT-
It's come to pumping the "right to try bill???" C'mon!!!
-OUT-
"Boom?" lol! Yeah, ok. Is that the sound of the price hitting the bottom? Give me a break. This is extremely frustrating. Low volume, yes, but c'mon. Time to move up but FDA has put it where they want it and probably not done.
The "tick tocking" seems to be detrimental to the price. Now at .03. Maybe a little more tocking will bring it in the .02's? Looking a little pumpy last few days. NOT helping!!
-OUT-
They need to change symbol to POS!!!!
Florida = Old people. Stem cell use has been commented by numerous doctors as being a low risk procedure for orthopedic therapies. Painful knees and joints prohibiting these seniors from golfing, walking, shuffleboard, whatever should have the CHOICE to use the therapy vs. the side-effects of drugs and PAINKILLERS!! PERIOD!!
Good luck.
-OUT-
Fireball -- The MM's mouth's are probably watering as they know they will be able to let this one ride for a good 50% plus and then short the shit out of it and then make more on the plummet down. Unless of course the rabbit from the hat is full of oil and iron clad financing agreements. JMO of course, but seen it before and we'll see it again.
This one will be the real thing though in terms of diamond or coal as not only would the financing be answered but so will the actual continuation of the pipe dream as it's approaching mid-way through 2018 already and only a flagpole stands.
Good luck.
-OUT-
Maybe if they push the flagpole a little further down they will inadvertently strike some kind of oil? I'm long, but I've been also doing some DD here and there are a multitude of huge oil companies already putting an infrastructure together in the Permian, so not sure how or why a little shell local guy's company MMEX would ever even have a chance? I'm holding for a pipe dream and don't have that much invested where I can't make up, but in reality, this is probably a 10,000 barrel to one shot.
Good luck.
-OUT-
You must be color blind. Red as Red can be and YES there IS selling or it wouldn't be going down. If you think the price goes down just because LOW volume then you're in the wrong game!! That's called "sugar-coating". lol.
Hilarious.
-OUT-
Hmmm? "Breaking .o4?" Looks like lucky to hold .03 at this point. This lawsuit has really done us in just as planned. A-HOLES!!
So basically the FDA can deface a company at will without really anything proven, but just assumed?
I'm glad they "protect" the U.S. citizens from "wrong doing" and aren't hypocritical and don't have double-standards. LOL!
What a joke they are.
Good luck.
-OUT-
The reason you respond is because the FDA are the ones that approve RMAT designation and in my opinion, you don't bite the hand that may feed you. I think the FDA is a complete joke, but it may help vs. hinder if you play their game until definitive and capacious trial success that simply can't be ignored.
At least that's the way I see it. Clearly, the Pharmy's will be looking at every angle to protect their opioid and other drug addicts cash flow coming in.
Sad, but SO true.
Good luck
-OUT-
Does anyone know why USRM didn't really respond to the FDA on some of the 'infractions' their clinics were supposedly guilty of? If they only 'own' a third, why would USRM be the ones responsible? Wouldn't it also be up to the other entity or entities that own the other 66%+?
Per the article below, clearly, the blinding and now this lawsuit have made the hurdle about a mile high for USRM in my and apparently a lot of others opinions.
In the stem cell field, there are plenty of bad citizens, including clinics that offer expensive, unproven, and, in some cases, dangerous interventions, regulators and experts say. So while warning of crackdowns on the worst of those actors, the agency has also been trying to foster clinical research that plays by the rules, in hopes of guiding new therapies to approval.
So far, for all the enthusiasm over stem cell therapies, there are only a few that have been validated — including bone marrow transplants to treat certain blood cancers — and those that have been around for years. Everything else remains experimental.
Leigh Turner, a bioethicist at the University of Minnesota, said: “Flexibility seems like a word that has positive associations, but is the bar not where it ought to be?”
Experts have also raised concerns that unregulated stem cell clinics might try to score RMATs. If they could claim they had this new designation from the FDA, would they then be seen as more credible?
So far, that hasn’t happened, and the FDA does seem to be scrutinizing applications with some rigor. While 18 RMAT designations have been granted, the agency has reviewed 49 applications. (It has received a total of 55 applications so far, said agency spokeswoman Tara Rabin.)
Knoepfler, the stem cell expert who has been tracking RMATs, said the FDA seems to be “blunter” about making distinctions between different types of sponsors.
“The big thing will be, in the long run, do any of these actually become a proven safe and effective therapy that we can say, because of RMAT, [they] got to patients three years faster?”

Good luck.
-OUT-
So lawsuit next catalyst I'm assuming? Pretty boring here otherwise.
Patience.
Good luck.
-OUT-
Ever listen to the ending of those FDA approved drug commercials? lol! You're kidding me right?? The side effects are half the commercial! This agency is supposed to 'protect' the public?? More like population control!
Joke.
Good luck USRM!! Deserves it's glory soon.
-OUT-
Ok, I'll rephrase my question/ concern on the share structure: What is or would be the market cap if financing is decent and absorbs the toxic loans and actually does produce around 10,000 barrels a day? Whatever that is or estimated at, divide by 1.7 BILLION. WHATCHA GET?? P/E factor, what? 10? 15? What's average in the oil refinery industry?
Good luck.
-OUT-
So usually when there isn't an answer to a pretty logical question, it means it's probably a good assumption. This thing won't hit a dime probably ever with the current share structure. I only have a little over a million shares, so I'll take $50-100k I guess.
Good luck
-OUT-
Isn't the outstanding share count outrageously large for this to even hit the dime mark? Even with financing news? Oils up, but market cap can only be so big right?
$3 and I quit my job. May even consider $2 depending on taxes or I should wake up as the chances of that happening are probably almost as low as winning the lottery.
Good luck.
-OUT-
Anyone just see 60 minutes? If anyone thinks for a second the FDA are not for pharmy companies, Google Boston scientific and mesh implants. Opiod crisis on right now. Who does FDA go after? NON medication therapies that actually work. Unreal. They had lab techs analyze the mesh chemical make up made from chevron vs China as chevron refused to sell merlox or whatever it was called to Boston scientific. The make up was different yet the FDA states they saw no difference and should be safe!!!! Implanting PLASTIC into the human body?? Are you kidding me!!??
This lawsuit against USRM is a complete joke. Time for Americans to take our freedom back.
-OUT-
The biggest "Scam" out there IS the FDA!! Countless lawsuits against drug companies that were approved by this completely corrupt agency. Thwarting any natural and successful treatments other than made by the Pharma companies. Ridiculous. This may have a better chance of success in other countries per much more open-minded with common sense.
IMO of course.
-OUT-
Problem with "vigorously" defending is that costs a lot of money which is exactly what the gov't wants to try and put them out of business defending something that puts pharmy profits at risks.
This Grassley should be put in jail for manipulation and corruption along with all his other cronies!!
This is a complete lack of American Freedom and needs to be stopped!!!!
