Treasury stock at cost 290,300 and zero at December 31, 2008 and 2007 respectively"
Thanks for not spanking me in public for neglecting to do basic dd before posting. My bad. :(
One thing I don't understand about today's PR. From the PR:
"Guard Dog, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRDO) announced earlier today that Guard Dog ID, LLC, has entered a joint marketing venture with National Search Directory, Inc."
Guard Dog ID, LLC is a Florida limited liability corporation owned by Watson:
http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?action=DETFIL&inq_doc_number=L08000003836&inq_came_from=NAMFWD&cor_web_names_seq_number=0000&names_name_ind=N&names_cor_number=&names_name_seq=&names_name_ind=&names_comp_name=GUARDDOGID&names_filing_type=
Maybe it was a typo. If not, why the pr announcing a deal between two private companies? Am I missing something? Maybe Guard Dog ID LLC is just a part of Guard Dog Inc.? Are there other parts?
I passed on PHMB. The 3 month chart looks too much like SKYF.
What Brick posted was an amendment with Nevada to increase the authorized share count from 6 billion to 10 billion.
Good find. They keep doing that they'll end up like TOFS. They have 100 billion authorized.
One thing that's hard to figure sometimes is that when market makers trade between themselves it shows as volume. It shouldn't, but it does.

Interesting to me that the pr says the deal was done with Guard Dog ID LLC, his private Florida Company, and not Guard Dog, Inc.

I mean no disrespect here but this is Gail's board. I'm starting to feel that you're looking to "save us" from Gail. Don't bother. We like the way Gail does things and don't need to be saved. We all appreciate different points of view; I appreciate yours. But please don't post here like you know better than Gail.
Gail you have the best reads I've ever seen on these bottom plays. Trader, if you're listening, don't argue with Gail. You'll get spanked.

Night Gail
I find techs tough if there's no price movement. What difference does it make what all the fancy indicators say if the price doesn't change? I'm a simple minded guy and just look at price/volume action against a 10 day sma.
I just want my money back at this point, and some free shares to ride.
I didn't say I was giving up, just that I wanted to ride it for free. I'll sleep better.
I've been in INCL for a while and in my experience the longer I'm in the less chance of success. The only reason I'm still in is the pending symbol change and the resultant dropping of the skull and crossbones at pinksheets.com. Everybody knows this is going to happen and I would have thought we'd see a little spike by now. You know, buy on the rumor, sell on the news.
The A/S here is 2.5 billion and I've seen no amendments to increase it. The O/S leaves room for dilution, but not much:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36825636
I've tried to get my money back and ride the rest, with no luck yet. I'll admit to running low on patience with it.
