If Fluticare is rejected, it will be interesting for INNV to try and get its' stock back from Novalere.
Let's say Fluticare is approved in Q1 2017 and in general, INNV is doign well, who if anyone would be interested in buying INNV? (I doubt big pharma, because INNV really isn't pharma...) Would herbal life care about buying INNV?
Starfish, I wish you were correct.
However, Jeff Sessions can make MJ illegal at the state level again, just by signing the legislation and even if didn't, he can still enforce the federal law of it being illegal.
Trump was for medical MJ, not recreational...Trump indicated that MJ should be a state law, but that Colorado had problems with it recreationally, meaning that he frowns upon allowing it to be legal in other states.
Sessions is a crazy, lose cannon and will most certainly make MJ illegal for rec and med.
No way with a Trump administration, would MJ be reclassified to a lesser drug.
The USA is going to be spending a lot of time and money, putting MJ users and MJ companies out of business and in jail.
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III will make MJ illegal again.
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III
FYI, the Wall Street Corner Report boasting of increase in PURA/USMJ are probably all hype.
Trump is against recreational MJ.
Trump is for medicinal MJ.
The new attorney general is Jeff Sessions, he's staunch anti-MJ for any and all reasons.
Jeff Sessions will take over as the new Attorney General on 1/20/17.
Look at this link, Sessions will enforce federal MJ laws and he'll make MJ illegal again at the state level, which means PURA/USMJ will be out of business.
We need to bail out of PURA/USMJ now, I'm selling my shares 1st thing, tomorrow morning.

Ok, I'm going to go with your positive view on herbal lifes products. However, their marketing of those products is being investigated as a pyramid ponzi scheme. FYI, yes of course of voted for Trump. I hope Trump is inaugurated on January 20th and although he and now one is perfect, I hope he can make some excellent positive moves for the country!
No need to buy Shawns shares, there are more than enough diluted shares available for you to buy!
I agree that INNV isn't a real biotech, it's moreso a health care supplement-vitamin-nutraceuticle company, similar to the Herbal life scam. All it takes is for one person to sue INNV and it goes out of business.
Yes, we are screwed, because PURA/USMJ are even more of a scam with now, Jeff Sessions as the new attorney general, because they'll be put out of business, but I guess PURA/USMJ can't lose anymore money being out of business, just like you're either dead or your not.
Yes, anyone can call or email PURA/USMJ.
However, getting a live person to answer the phone and answer some valid questions is apparently not possible, nor is it possible to get a legitimate email reply from them, which contains something other than a canned response.
Unfortunately, I've learned to air on the side of being negative, especially with biotech stocks, for some quick generalization, examples...
1. How many time have you heard of the FDA doing something fast or quick? Almost never!
2. Only 1 in 5,000 drugs actually makes it to the market!
3. Whenever something good is going to happen or has been happening for a while, the government has a way of stepping in, to stop the good and stops the profits.
Some of the worst words ever spoke are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help."
. It's usually always either a massive dilution, or a reverse split, both of which are usually always bad, or the company going dormant, or doing a reverse shell.
. Most CEOs are just in it for profits and even when they know the trial results are going to fail, they will try to prolong their profits through a variety of ways, such as delaying trial data and joining a medical organization that is trying to solve a disease, that they are testing drugs for, days before they release failed trial data.
7. CEOs and the board are usually always falsely positive to the extreme, just to keep their profiteering-scam going for as long as possible.
8. It's rarely about increasing share holder value, even though CEOs always say they are trying to increase share holder value, right up until de isting, pink sheets, dormancy or bankruptcy.
9. Many ultra positive pumpers, pump and pump and after a failure, never post on that same message board again.
10. Many posters only want to look at the ultra positive side of things and when any points out the worst case scenario, they get bashed. (Usually the truth isn't ultra good or bad, it's mid-range.)
11. The FDA has a number of delay tactics, other than an out right rejection, including having the trial redone.
It's amazing to me how many people on here or other message boards are just stating their guesses or wishes as facts.
It's amazing to me how many people want to guess one correctly and then have people praise them on the MB, like they want to be known for having some sort of a "gift" for picking the right stocks at the right time and they want to pretend that they lead the way to success.
What a joke!!!
No, there isn't a trading halt, that's easy enough to google, or check marketwatch.com or etrade.
The only reason I'm answering you, is to be polite, I am not an expert, but I doubt any of these other assholes would give a real answer, so here's my best shot.
Hopefully, some other assholes will add to and correct my answers.
A reason for a trading halt would be due to an known date, for FDA approval/review/rejection, because that usually drastically effects the price per share, especially if it's a small, new biotech that is trying to treat cancer. I doubt there would be any trading halt for an OTC nasal spray, but I could be wrong, no asshole on here will answer me.
Another reason for a trading halt would be a merger/by out announcement, that would drastically effect the PPS. Many biotechs are volatile, increasing 1000% percent upon approval/rejection/by out.
Another reason for a trading halt is like the halt that happened with GPRO recently, I think it was Q3 that was so poor, people sold so much stock, the Nasdaq or NYSE had to halt the trading, or the PPS would have went down to .01 based on panic selling.
A lawsuit verdict could also result in a trading halt.
Trading halts usually only last a few hours.
The most risky biotechs to get involved with are cancer, penny, buiotechs, but they can also be the most rewarding.
Don't invest life savings or more than u can afford to lose.
Don't go all in, pick a low entry point after research and then if it goes down more, you can potentially buy more to average down if the future still looks good, this will lower your PPS.
I could say more, but...
Will cashmoo or anyone ever answer my question? (I doubt it, why don't we all just post stupid shit and never learn anything!)

cashmoo2, why do you say that anyone that shorts a stock under 1.00 is an idiot? I'm just curious...I've never shorted a stock and don't really understand the concept? Is your comment, because stock under 1.00 are known to be particularly volatile? Thank you.
Trading halt
Why do you *ssholes think that if fluticare gets approved, that there will be a trading halt?
When GSK got flonase approved for OTC, there wasn't a trading halt, lol!
I think Dr.D is a good businessman, but not always making perfect choices for the share price, he's also trying to grow the business.
I hope there isn't a reverse split and I hope no more dilution and I hope fluticare gets approved soon!
Yup, probably a misrepresentation/misinterpretation of INNV, so Farticare didn't get approved yet, eh'? and...If and when it does get approval, no trading halt and no increase in PPS, the only way the PPS goes up at all, is 2 straight quarters of phenomenal growth and even the, the PPS will only go up by a +.02.
Adrock, unfortunately I agree with you that there won't be any fluticare approved announcement on Monday, because I don't think that fluticare has been approved.
The reason why the 2nd stock payment was made, was probably because that was INNV's guestimate date of fluticare being approved, so that's why they just paid it, otherwise the company wouldn't have allowed INNV to buy fluticare, if they had to wait so long, that was probably part of the deal.
I think the FDA will more than likely drag out the fluticare review until 12/31/17 and then reject it, due to a missing period on the last sentence of the NDA, then it will take another 3 years to review and then it will finally get rejected in 2020, because it's too risky, too addictive and too chemically dangerous, per the FDA.
Adrock, I think the stock is down, because not enough good news has been released and Q4 or Q1 has not yet been reported and because market manipulators/market makers are aware of this stock, beating it down.

When was the form 4 dated?
I doubt INNV has any new info from the FDA regarding farticare.
I'm glad you are optimistic, but INNV is going to be a long, dragged out situation and it might even go out of business.

WTF? I thought you were the optimistic con-atrist, Witty? Why is it ok for you to be sure Ovit will succeed, but when I say, the fun starts this Winter, you're all negative about it?
I think in the long run, with Trump in office, we have a better chance of getting fluticare approved, due to some changes in the FDA, but those changes will take a while.
Realistically, I don't think Trump will have any effect on fluticare approval.
On the one hand, I understand that the FDA would want to fast track life saving drugs, but on the other hand, why wouldn't the FDA want to quickly push through drugs to the OTC, that have been around for a while?
Sometimes it's easier to take care of the quick, low hanging fruit tasks and tackle the more difficult drug approval over a period time.
I don't think the FDA needs to tour the designated fluticare production facility, because it's already a proven facility, which is already manufacturing some drugs, plus fluticare is not difficult to create, synthesis, compound, or manufacter (whatever you want to call it.)
If the FDA is required to survey ever already existing drug production plant, how dumb!
I'm sure that the dumbass FDA is overly regulated in almost every way!
It's so dumb, management/regulation, sometimes makes a huge deal out of nothing (went it doesn't matter) and when it does really matter, they don't make a big deal out of it, when it should be a big deal!
I would say that fluticare has about a 90% chance of getting approved.
The only way I don't see it getting approval is, due to a dumb, FDA-made up paperwork filing error.
Or, the dumb FDA rejecting it because, big pharma gave the FDA a swallowing blow job.
FUN STARTS THIS WINTER, PATIENCE SOON REWARDED
I will lead the way, to the promised land of Ovits' patented fungi' that grow on buffalo chips!
Go, go, go Dr.Weis you rock buddy!
What an honest, open and frequent communicator you are!
Why to go on being dumb enough to get sued!
Way go on taking too long to settle the lawsuit!
Way to go on losing your patent, because you wouldn't fight the lawsuit sooner!
Just got off the phone with Dr.Weis, he indicated that he's in cahoots with Witty and ready to start up the bioscam again!
How's that solid balance sheet doing for ya, Ash?
I think OXGN/MATN has moved for you, what's it at now, .40?

Do you know who Jeff Sessions is? He's going to make MJ illegal again, at the state level!
Wow, being a conservative christian is one thing, but dang! this Jeff Sessions looks like a real, crazy asshole!
What happened to Brandons23? He used to post all the time!
PersianMeow,
Thanks for a reply with considerate answers.
I would like to average down, but if so, I'd have to wait for it to go into the teens first.
The FDA really sucks in a variety of ways.
The INNV CEO might want to stop saying that he anticipates fluticare approval in Q2, then Q3 and then Q4, because each Q that it doesn't happen, probably screws over the PPS even more?
It's amazing to me, that before INNV was more so on the radar, that it would go up, double, or triple in a day, based on not much press, but now since the MM (market makers/market manipulators) are aware of INNV, it seems that no amount of good press will boost INNVs price.
The real kicker here will be if when fluticare gets approved, the PPS doesn't go up at all.
The real kicker will be when it takes a couple of years from now, for INNVs price to go up from .25
FDA has until 12/31/17 for Fluticare review/approval/rejection, until it's considered late and being that the FDA is usually always late, it could take until 3/31/18 and by that time the market will be dominated by either flonase, or nasal issue will be cured by another big pharma.
Also, why would anyone buy these non RX products? Most people get an insurance company copay for an RX.
How many unhorny women could really be out there anyway, that want zestra?
Could an Alzheimer victim actually remember to by Recall Max?\
What about the new product line of anal wart remover that I suggested?
Whatever happened to Brandons23? He was such a pumper!
Thus far, I'm down 40+% on my INNV investment.
It's amazing to me that how slow and craptacular the FDA is!
It's amazing to me how INNV got up to .66 with debt and without profitability. (Sales are different than profitability, you ignoramus!)
A few years is a while to wait. If you have not lost much in PURA yet, why not bale out and invest it somewhere else and maybe come back to PURA in a few years?
elkonig;
Agreed the crash is due to their crappy financials. With so many MJ companies, it's hard to know the right ones to invest in. Maybe PURA will do better next year, or maybe it will go out of business.
Hmmm...Maybe PURA is crashing now, because a bioscience company was recently granted a cannabis extraction patent (which probably makes PURAs patent look like a joke.)
Or, maybe PURA is crashing because the market manipulators are trying to keep it down, so that when the dividend is issued, it won't cost PURA/USMJ much at all?
Maybe PURA is crashing today because of Trumps choice for attorney general?
Maybe I have no clue...Please feel free to explain your thoughts.
Honecomb777, with all do respect, you can argue and be overly optimistic all you want, but your optimism doesn't do anything for the stock price.
INNV is not at .50 because it's not even a profitable company yet and fluticare may or may not ever get approved.
Even with the increase in sales, while still not turning a profit is one reason why the stock price is so low, another reason is that the products are a bit of a joke-scam, without any repeat customers
Chance777, what the hell, I'm an INNV share holder and no one asked me to vote, so WTF?? Explain, please!
INNV is like GNC and Herbal-life, it's not really a pharmaceutical in a true sense, except for fluticare which will probably never be approved due to a slow, lazy and corrupted FDA, that is in bed with big pharma.
INNV is moreso a nutritional company, nutriceutical's if you will.
I doubt INNV will get many repeat customers.
Reluctant Observer,
Someone should form a solid post on here about why pura is or isn't a scam. I have many pura shares and I'm long and not a basher, but based on your info and some info from others, I'll start the scam thread and everyone else can help fill in, refine and add to the details...
PURA (Reasons why it's scam.)
1. No products or sales.
2. Never filed a 10Q.
3.Doesn't respond to calls or emails.
4. Same voicemail greeting if you call PURA/USMJ.
5. Multiple instances of diluting shares.
6. Will not attend the Nevada marijuana event.
PURA (Reasons why it's not a scam.)
1. No products or sales yet, because it's a new company...It's "product" is a patent on a purification process, so there won't be a product per say, it will be the pura process used in water and food.
2. Never filed a 10Q, because they are a small OTC penny stock that isn't required to file 10Qs as often or as detailed as larger companies.
3.Doesn't respond to calls or emails. (Yes they do respond, it just takes them time, they are extremely busy trying to organize the company for success, plus they don't have many employees.)
4. Same voicemail greeting if you call PURA/USMJ. (Duh, of course it's the same voice in the voicemail greeting, PURA is a spin off with USMJ.)
5. Multiple instances of diluting shares. (That's because they expect to go huge, especially based on new potential, due to laws in their favor being passed.)
6. Will not attend the Nevada marijuana event. (That's because they are busy working on other opportunities at the moment.)
Elkonig, why do you think Alkame is a scam?
Alkame actually sells water products, correct?
So, if Alkame actually has products and sales, how could it be a scam?
Please clarify your view of Alkame and Pura being scams, I would like to learn more and possibly sell all my Pura shares...
Thanks for your reply and insight.
