Unfortunately, I've learned to air on the side of being negative, especially with biotech stocks, for some quick generalization, examples...

1. How many time have you heard of the FDA doing something fast or quick? Almost never!

2. Only 1 in 5,000 drugs actually makes it to the market!

3. Whenever something good is going to happen or has been happening for a while, the government has a way of stepping in, to stop the good and stops the profits.
Some of the worst words ever spoke are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help."

. It's usually always either a massive dilution, or a reverse split, both of which are usually always bad, or the company going dormant, or doing a reverse shell.

. Most CEOs are just in it for profits and even when they know the trial results are going to fail, they will try to prolong their profits through a variety of ways, such as delaying trial data and joining a medical organization that is trying to solve a disease, that they are testing drugs for, days before they release failed trial data.

7. CEOs and the board are usually always falsely positive to the extreme, just to keep their profiteering-scam going for as long as possible.

8. It's rarely about increasing share holder value, even though CEOs always say they are trying to increase share holder value, right up until de isting, pink sheets, dormancy or bankruptcy.

9. Many ultra positive pumpers, pump and pump and after a failure, never post on that same message board again.

10. Many posters only want to look at the ultra positive side of things and when any points out the worst case scenario, they get bashed. (Usually the truth isn't ultra good or bad, it's mid-range.)

11. The FDA has a number of delay tactics, other than an out right rejection, including having the trial redone.

It's amazing to me how many people on here or other message boards are just stating their guesses or wishes as facts.

It's amazing to me how many people want to guess one correctly and then have people praise them on the MB, like they want to be known for having some sort of a "gift" for picking the right stocks at the right time and they want to pretend that they lead the way to success.

What a joke!!!
