Come on....either the lawyers are done or not. Do you actually think they are still working on this wih a big countdown clock in their conference room ticking down to the deadline. This is so ludicrous to believe that after months and months a deadline is set that will come down to the last hour wire. This does seems like another page in the story to string folks along for a few more years...It is possible we see another deadline, then another failure, a new partner and another several year cycle of formalizing that JV. Proof is in the pudding and this company has never delivered.....never.

There is just no way in hell that someone would provide an ext. that would just barely allow the partners to complete or else miss again. Thus, either they are already done and we get an announcement in the next few days or this is an orchestrated scam. No one in there right mind can expect that an ext. was given just so they could squeeze in completion on day 20 the deadline date. That is a ludicrous presumption. Either they are comfortably done or something shady is out there. If they are still working on it then this reeks big time.

I think the fact the partners have not been able to get it together reflects poorly on JJ and his judgment. Part of labeling someone the partner for us is having business acumen to foresee if they could actually perform and get this vdone.

woo hoo....working diligently is pretty tame language and provides no sense anything positive has developed. Every professional entity is suggestive of many IMO. What is going on here?

How can a single company always have so many properties drawing supposed interest and offers/financing on the way and contigent offers, etc. but nothing ever ever materializes to finality....yet people put JJ up on a pedestal. What has he accomplished in years for the shareholders.

Ouch....I guess most holders have decided the story of folks working on the LOI for weeks in Chile was not true. A credible source would be good. We will see. May be chances to pick up sub penny before we know if it happens.

It's just very hard.....20 day ext. aside.... to believe that JJ and Medinah don't already know whether they will be funded to not. I cannot believe there is still some loose end needing completion. I know that is the story but it may be more of this was an easier way to let folks down with a warning and 20 days to exit....I wish it was different but do not feel good about making money here. With many holding years if this was actually happening folks cannot keeep a lid on excitement and we know those names....I also would love to make money but this feels shady to me...........but that is a single non insider opinion

I can't recall any stock that really produced a significant event such as this JV not showing any buying interest at all so close to the day. The price always tells the story IMO.

Believe longs already know that this may move on with another group and this JV may be history. The longs must know as they are using that phrase more frequently and human nature folks cannot keep completely from tipping hand. Clearly this bleed down does not correlate with closure......unless this is the exception to thousands of stocks before it. I bet insiders sold on the last run and longs were tipped too. They post much less frequently and less excitely but jump in periodically to keep calm and keep up the story. Clearly they could not help themselves from many posts when folks really thought it was happening so take it as you wish.

I do not agree. Believe me a lot of views here are simply utter frustation at seeing this potentially evaporate as an investment that was starting to look nice in the.14 cent range few months back. I just struggle to believe if this thing is closing how in the heck is no one coming in to buy at these levels...

All other arguments of scam vs. legitimacy aside, common sense says if there was a real thread of truth to impending closure of such an historically large JV this thing would not be selling and bleeding off day by day.
