All parties to the Agreement, with specificity to the release of the funds to finally activate the Joint Venture, are working diligently with every professional entity.


woo hoo....working diligently is pretty tame language and provides no sense anything positive has developed. Every professional entity is suggestive of many IMO. What is going on here?
