Hi all, I have a newbie question.... what does the black column represent on the ihub trades page ?
Thank you
That's sounds like rational reasoning , a rarity in the otc ....thank you
You gotta dig deeper back if your looking for the original Tweet the guy your throwing shade on was just one Retweet
Well said!!
Lol...,its ok Gandhi wasn't much of a businessman predominantly because he chose a spiritual path and who would argue the lessons he taught and continues to teach through his writtings are far more valuable than any business empire, no comparison with the boxer though Don Tyson is worth a billion or two if that answers your question . Presidents are like stocks best not to fall in love with them vote and move on
Look at it from this angle...,who here doubts Ezra is far smarter and far more of an honest businessman than Trump ever was , now I'm not getting into politics just business wise, so if Trump can make it to the presidency.....,Ezra will certainly be just as successful in this venture as all his others only this time we all get to be a part of that success....GLTA
I don't how many longs are still in since I first got in but I'll tell ya this much, since I sold it still hasn't moved and id bet in two more months it still won't have moved up much but I'll be almost even on my losses playing other tickers GLTA.
Gotta love how it refuses to die
Anyone think an offering is in order ? Or do you think we'll stay at 1 mil shares ?
If hemp is treated like a crop then the greenhouses in Grants will pale in comparison to kentucky's return to its Hemp growing glory days, not to mention Tennessee, shoot any more damn near anywhere that can support big Ag farming.
I suspect it will be handed off to the states to supervise licensing and testing.Ive not read anything that leads me to believe its going to be treated like corn right out the gate, though I think it ought to be with the exception of proper testing that's not the reality we live in.
John has never mentioned anything about only growing the cbd/hemp form,so ofcourse the business plan includes thc/cannabis and that's what I suspect is the reason for the delays.
Yes he has said they're not in the smoke business but thats open to interpretation some would argue that vaping isn't smoking, I took it to mean they aren't going to be selling Flower/Buds but oils I figure in various forms that currently all get you "High" to some degree and while there are pharmaceutical companies over seas working on taking this effect out,I don't think enough research has been done to say that the HIGH isn't a part of a synergistic relationship to the healing quality.
So far as funding all we know is what John&Co have said anythig else is random speculation so going off of what we know the majority of the funding was raised through the EB-5 investors that can't be used untill cleared and presumably can't be cleared until cannabis not just hemp is federally descheduled , true Bright green could raise additional funding to move forward renovating the Grants greenhouse to begin growing medicinal plants including hemp but in addition to the processing and extraction facilities we need the pharmaceutical R&D department to stand out from the other soon to be hemp producers using all parts of the plant including extraction, If we are to be competitive to any degree against big AG sized farms.
Point of fact we simply don't know what the step by step plan is beyond the vision of the whole enchilada and neither does the market so until we receive additional guidance from the company the market will remain cautious in lieu of the current uncertainties.
I would hope that by the passage of the farm bill John&Co will deliver a clear and concise plan moving forward.
I don't think anything less will turn the markets confidence in the project to enable a significant change in trading activity
There's good reason we don't see investors jumping all over this stock at this time. Here's the thing I can't imagine Finra being able to approve the EB-5 investors funds while the business plan they are investing in,is currently in violation of Federal law. so until cannabis is federally legalized don't expect to move forward in any meaningful way at all.
The hemp bill while a step in the right direction does not accomplish this end, only congress mandating the DEA to deschedule marijuana can accomplish that.
If John&Co didn't choose to take the cannabis end out of the business plan untill federal approval in order to move forward, I personally doubt
they would change it now to grow hemp while excluding its hybrid cousin.
While we see some construction and clean up happening on sight I wouldn't put too much stock in it folks,as we have a potentially long wait until we can start talking about plans moving forward.
Realistically we and as evidenced by the trading action or the lack there of, are invested in an defunct empty shell with stop signs all over it, this is still just an idea we are invested in,so far as the market is concerned its dead money until FINRA approvals or worse lost money if denied.
I guarantee if and when this engine gets started it will get plenty of interest, unfortunately the current sp/structure prevents it from having any liquidity to trade with, not to mention we still need to come up with up to another 100 million in funding to complete this project once started.
I for one won't be posting anymore until something substantial materializes.GLTA
We Finished green, that's always good day in my book. Neither today's price action nor tomorrow's price action has any bearing on the future those who are running and who are most heavily vested in this company are planning on getting too. May everyone trade it their way....,longs are free from the day to day worrying, day traders, flippers & scalpers and shorts do your thing, because this stock has got all the trading you could want in it going forward .GLTA
I think what we are seeing is folks taking profits whose shares were able to be traded , I know tda is locked till the 20th , can I get sound off from whose shares converted over today
Oh I sure do, I felt terrible when it fell apart but the ride up was one hell of a good time.
Personally I look forward to any profit taking when the other shares convert over, this is one ill add to on any dips versus cut and run
You can trade RELI but we can't trade our EOMN shares until the 20th per TDA's response I received this morning.
Gentlemen I stand corrected, in the first pic Captain Ahab posted I saw the white building in the distance at the end of the greenhouse and asked the mayor if that was on the greenhouse property he correctly said no. After you posted you went there yourself and took the pics, I inquired further as to any new developments at all on the greenhouse property and was told that YES behind the greenhouses there is new construction that IS IN FACT taking place as well as the greenhouse being cleaned up, I was also told that there is a crew there daily getting things done.
While the project is still a ways out I'm happy to see at least some progress. I spoke with an individual involved in the nm medical cannabis program who told me that as they understand it the production capacity won't affect the states program because Stockwells operation will not be a part of or compete with the states program.
What that means has yet to be seen, I suspect what one may find in kiosks in the future will be the tip of the iceberg if this comes to fruition over the next two to five years, I suspect you'll see pharmaceutical grade products put out on an national possibly global market, this won't be a pot shop where you go buy flower, concentrates or editables and the like that will be the states market and won't be infringed on.
infact as has been mentioned previously cannabis while important will not be the main focus, so think about all the other medicinal plant uses not only in a pharmaceutical form but also as all the essential oils and extracts you'd find in health food and grocery stores.
Now obviously there's some big assumptions I'm making towards distribution routes but if those assumptions hold true my original thoughts for investing in this will come to fruition as the cannabis side will pale in comparison to the revenues generated from the medicinal plant essence and extract market.
You see cannabis is only going to become less and less costly to produce and purchase.
I still have my reservations as the announcement of a start and completion date was clearly a mistake and frankly handled poorly as the corresponding period of leaving a whole community in the dark for years now has been concerning to say the least. Honestly I still wish cannabis would have been added latter as we'd be up and running already without it and once federally legal could have easily been added .
Take the picture of the new construction down it is not on the greenhouse property in grants , I just spoke with Grants, New Mexico mayor Martin Hicks that is a waste water recovery facility on the municipal golf course
Well said tedpeele well said .
The best thing about being stuck in fusz now is that the year is almost over ride it out if it pops great if not its a write off and no its not going to 3.00 on a POSSIBLE buy out not at this point, three months ago sure now you might get a buck, as every pop we have seen over the last 6 months gets pounced on like weak pray and driven right back down. What we need is real revenue or a serious buyout offer.
No need to dream of possibilities, when you can add up your facts...., so let's hear em
Let's break it down where do we qualify and where do we need to improve to uplist by Jan 1st ?
Listing Requirements for All Companies
Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the company.
In addition, the regular bid price at time of listing must be $4.00, and there must be at least three market makers for the stock.
However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements.
Each listing firm is also required to follow Nasdaq corporate governance rules 4350, 4351 and 4360.
Companies must also have at least 450 round lot (100 shares) shareholders, 2,200 total shareholders, or 550 total shareholders with 1.1 million average trading volume over the past 12 months.
In addition to these requirements, companies must meet all of the criteria under at least one of the following standards.
Standard No. 1: Earnings
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss.
Standard No. 2: Capitalization with Cash Flow
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. In addition, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.
Standard No. 3: Capitalization with Revenue
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of the second standard if its average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.
Standard No. 4: Assets with Equity
Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements, and decrease its marketing capitalization requirements to $160 million if their total assets total at least $80 million and their stockholders' equity is at least $55 million.
A company has four ways to get listed on the Nasdaq, depending on the underlying fundamentals of the company. If a company does not meet certain criteria, such as the operating income minimum, it has to make it up with larger minimum amounts in another area, like revenue. This helps to improve the quality of companies listed on the exchange.
After a company gets listed on the market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting. Falling below the minimum required share price, or market capitalization, is one of the major factors triggering a delisting. The exact details of delisting depend on the exchange

Trouble I see with fusz is they came out to promote it way too soon they weren't ready but needed the money. The result is tons of longs got out with a great profit but those who came in late got stuck and just want out so every time it pops it comes right back down and will do so untill most of those who are stuck can get out. So any ganews will have to be followed with more ganews even better than the last ganews....., Signed long and weary
Just slap the ask you can buy as much as you want
Oh is that right and where's the dd your Basing that opinion on ? Why not just say 100.00 its been said before here. Better not yo say anything if you can't back it with verifiable d&d
Are you in nm I'm thinking about driving out to grants
Cannabis sector is weird lol, the rise and fall in unison has always puzzled me a bit.
what are we going back to 2 bucks
I see some construction progress, don't know what it means since they couldn't even put out a pr,which despite popular belief would be no problem to do. I guess progress is progress even if they don't want anyone to know , someone should hit em up for a public relations job I'm sure anyone could do better
You go sunshine smiles, its never a waste of time for an investor to fight for their investment.
Are we settled out yet ? Maybe a little more
Don't buy the hype let the sp settle down.
In a world that runs on debt A BIG FAT BEAUTIFUL DEBT RIDDEN SHELL with lots of GLORIOUS DEBT is a valuable thing to have when a company has hopes of future profits coming in.
Now imagine you know you have future profits coming in which ultimately result in a future tax burden that will have to be met. That's when nols become a valuable asset in a RM, if the owners want to go public they are CURRENTLY sitting in a Beautiful position to do so and if that's been the intent from the get go...,
what can ya say well played that's a team that's going places.
If the owners don't go public, well hey that's trading for mega gains in the otc. Call the longs fools now but know the last roars of laughter have yet to be had.
This isn't over until the shares are cancelled until then the play is alive, literally for what its worth.
Question is how much will it drop in the meantime .
It sucks held it a long time, personally I don't think the spread to .43 helps either i mean no ones buying at .43 .40 .35 .30 nothing till .25
too bad it can't be treated like an auction lol might actually stir some bidding .
Finally sold for a loss but I'm happy to move on glta.
