The foundation of our capital markets is that companies issue shares to raise capital. In our case CBAY issues shares to buy properties.
There has been too much fixation on the number of shares outstanding without understanding what the company received in return.
There is also a misunderstanding that those outstanding shares "have to be sold" --- I own some outstanding shares and they don't "have to be sold". Those who traded assets for CBAY shares don't have to sell them --- they took them because they believe in the current and future value.
I find your premise fundamentally flawed, so it's tough for me to respond.

This board has lost it --- we really need some intelligent, balanced thought --- but not until I have all the shares I want.
Do you really believe that the Company delivered shares that have to be sold? Why do you think that?
Everyone should be buying with both hands today --- I can't explain the current price, but I love it! In my opinion anyone who buys at these levels will make a huge return.
If the Stonewall Note is already set-up as a receivable then the receipt of the payment will not go to earnings --- just credit AR, debit Cash. I like $14 million debits to cash.
If you say so --- personally I think this stock is driven by news, and I put little stock in charts.
Based on the charts it should be 41 degrees today, but it's not.
zzzzzzzzzz....
Wake me when we get to 50 cents.
20 shares for a $1?? What a deal.
I feel the love, now let's get back to making money on CBAY.
Undervalued and lovin' it.
Ok, so you could show o/s shares as of Dec 1 AND property values as of Dec 1.
To show current outstanding shares without current outstanding deals is misleading.
Today is a perfect example. You are showing the latest outstanding shares which include a big chunk of shares that are collateral for a deal not yet announced.
Are you trying to pull the PPS down by showing an unbalanced message?
We can't have up to the minute stock data without up to the minute asset data.
Information came from the latest 10Q towards the end.
This was as of December 1 --- now our crack team lead by Tina needs to add in the acquisitions since December 1.
This does not include COBS which is now gone (mutually beneficial terms pending) nor does it include our famous $15 million receivable.
Can we add the property list from the 10Q to the ibox, and then keep it updated as we close on more? Thx.
The following is Managements assessment of the company's assets and current market value as of December 1st, 2006.

ARCA to the rescue
Probably time to fire Tim G.
He seems to know what to do, but can't influence Roger. We need someone who can.

Pattern seems set until next news.
We have a strong first half hour, we drift down from there, we have a little strength into the close.
Net we've been down 4 days in a row, and there is no strength so far in the first half hour.
We need news, or may not hold 5 cents tomorrow.
I wouldn't mind a "puff" PR.
Example: "Roger Pawson made it to work today. When he got out of his car he was smiling, we think that's a good thing for CBAY."
Put that out at 9:04 am and we'll get a gap up for sure!
I see ARCA on the ask at 40 cents but zero on the bid.
We need ARCA for our end of day run back to 6.
ARCA where have you gone? --- please save us!!!
CBAY - My minimum target is 30 cents by March 31, 80 cents to $1 in 9 months.
Its trading for 5.3 cents right now.
You should be scrounging all the cash you can to buy this one imo. You should also be telling two friends and they'll tell two friends, and so on and so on.
BUY WITH BOTH HANDS! (it usually ain't this easy to make a bundle)
Thanks Mengjohn.
I think you should drop the nickname in your yahoo profile.
So far I'm half right...we're coming back, relax.

Watch carefully today -- we will win.
Low of 5.1, close of 6.3
Most of the transactions today have been "buys" despite the manipulation.
75k shares traded --- that's not many dollars.
Last traded at 9:48 --- it's dead until they raise it up.
If they want more shares they will need to raise the price. The normal tricks aren't working --- be patient.
Holy bid/ask spread!
Watch carefully today -- we will win.
Low of 5.1, close of 6.3
The wax dripped off our candle...
Holy gyrations in the last half hour.
Someone sold 100,000 shares at 5.1 cents today.
I have no explanation for that.
Within 90 days those shares will be worth $30k - $80k, and they settled for $5k. Insane.
ARCA now bid 5.59 (big money) and ask 40 cents.
Looks much better -- such nonsense this morning.
nice move up
how 'bout cancelling the 250 at 5.6?
Level II tip.
If you watch CBAY on Level II, the key mover is ARCA. I change the color of ARCA so I can see him move up and down.
Until 11:00am ARCA had 0 on the bid, and we dropped.
Since ARCA came in we have moved up, and ARCA moved up with us.
ARCA currently has 66 on the bid at 5.555 cents, and 250 on the ask at 5.6 cents. Looks like we'll sit here awhile.
ARCA is on the bid now, he was missing most of the morning.
We'll start to move up.
The problem with this board is that most of us have bought as much CBAY as we want or can --- we need some new buyers, and they will only come in on news.
here come's our late day push into the 6's
TIme to tap that home equity line....
We'll close above 6 cents.
That's up nicely from last Friday's close of 4.6 cents.
Should be a fun 2007. Have a good weekend!
PM
Glad you guys spent the day talking about the 10k filing date (yawn).
Wake me Monday morning, I'm turning off my quotron machine.
Technicals.
Today a High Wave was formed. This implies a loss of sense of direction and that there is a great amount of indecision in the market.
Informed investors bought, but there was no follow-thru because the 8k was not seen, or if it was seen it was not understood.
Too bad about Linda, she was good!
I would try Brian next, then Edith, then Jodi.
