Searchingformomo; Speaking for myself I like your point of view too.The company announced a comming SB2 filing which caused all the fast money to panic and bail out thus the dismal chart that fung pointed out. One is posting from a company point of view and the other from a stock point of view, one thinks the positive should be touted and the other thinks the negative should not be hidden. A good healthy mix here that helps me weigh my decisions. Since you are both still holding I feel like you both agree just in a disagreeable manner that this is worth the wait to see what happens, it could go either way. Keep up the good posts guys I need all the info I can get.
Searchingformomo; speaking for myself I appreciate your input as well as Fungs' I think one views from the point of the companys' behavior and the other is from the stocks' behavior. The company announced a future SB2 filing and that caused the fast money to panic and bail out thus the dismal chart that fung has pointed out yet he is still holding as he stated. You believe the positive should be touted and he believes the negative should not be hidden. Sounds like you both agree in a disagreeable manner. Keep up the good posts guys it helps me weigh the differences.
No, I'm rooting for all those people to get brand new stuff and my investment is helping them to get it. Storms are gonna happen anyway whether you wish it or not.
Well stated. I too will hold, I jumped in at .27 and I knew better than to try and catch a falling knife but here I am cut to pieces LOL. I'm not after the fast money exclusively although it would be nice. I still figure I can pull 20% even if it takes a year its still bigger than most any other investment out there.
Its human nature to make yourself feel better by making others feel worse, it seems others are trying to feel better after loosing their azz by making you feel worse. Do ya think?Funny thing about human nature, once you recognise it then you begin to see it all over the place everywhere you go.
I know where you're comming from, I never fried you ,and I dont disagree with you just have my opinions too.
I Agree! However positive comments can also be true.
My opinion is that Fung is alright he is just a "the glass is half empty" kind of person, thrives best on controversy
IF........ thats the key word. Are they wise enough for intelligent growth? So far I would say yes. Are they money hungry scammers looking to take all they can get at the investors expense? I guess we will find out. You raise good points Fung and you are right in the fear dilution puts into everyone, thats why it fell so drastically (people have seen it before} but you gotta admit 200M A/S is a little small to maintain stability.

Check this last one out especially, scroll down and find that they did two website updates. Under comments they listed "best buyer we ever worked for" and "you're the best". A very good testiment to integrity if you read some of the other comments you can see they are not shy about telling it like it is.
Short term yes, long term no

In central and eastern Mo. about ten tornadoes were churned up and some parts of the state drenched in a foot of rain. Nearly four hundred structures damaged or destroyed.
While everyone has their eyes set in the far Atlantic its all happenin behind your back in the midwest. As stated before NSMG is located in Ill., Fla., Mo., Minn.,Md., and Ohio, hardly the hurricane capitols of the world. The last three days are not "news" grabbers like Katrina but there is a lot of work to be done and I think NSMG is in a good position to provide it.
http://www.breitbart.com/news/2006/09/23/D8KAMT101.html
Two tornadoes swept through south-central Missouri damaging more than 100 homes and tearing off part of the roof of a middle school.
Mo. is the home of MSM Builders and Remodelers part of the NSMG team, also just last week were 200 to 300 damaged homes in Minn.home of MSM builders, another part of the NSMG team.I dont expect a PR on each individual home they repair but some kind of word on their work sure would be nice.

No kidsmart vocal smoke detector is not a new ATWEC product however probably not a bad idea for them to expand to, would compliment their home security package
Here is the response I recieved, also the website "investor relations contact" is non funtional, the site has not been updated to reflect the new CFO. Things are not looking good here.

OMFG more "developement"
HA!!!! what a joke, if a website were to require my mobile phone # to access then I'm going to a different website. How bout you?
By the way EXCELLENT post jr
The calculators are'nt broken the voting machines are. Come to think of it our moral compass is too.
I see that it states Mr. Skolnik was a "work colleague"with Mr. Arviv, had it said business partner it might throw up a small red flag but colleague to me means like the guy in the next cubicle or someone like that who is associated with you but not your business dealings. I look at it as a two thumbs up for Larry since there was no further mention then there was obviously no dirty dealings by him or he would have been investigated further.
My apologies

Funny how a paragraph taken out of context can be quite a convincing argument against someones credibility but does'nt hold water if you won't post the sources to verify it all. Above is the address that contains alices' paragraph for all to read. In my opinion Larry was involved in a business sense but by far not guilty of any wrong doings.

Rogers minn. 200 to 300 homes severely damaged, looks like a little work headed NSMG's way
A hurricane this close to an election, absolutly not. http://www.enterprisemission.com/did_haarp.htm
NEWS ALERT...... J_ Livermore has escaped!!! It seems the police were unable to handcuff him because he is unarmed, he slipped their grasp when he used his left foot to point and said to the police "hey look over there".He is thought to be headed to the home of misterfixdit to enact his revenge for foiling his plans to capitalise on the lucrative sponge market.
Day three of the standoff....... Police have made a forceable entry into the home of J_Livermore and their search has produced evidence of an evil plan of nefarious proportions. Recovered from the scene was a marine battery, wires and twenty cases of Mr.Clean sponges and other weapons of Ms. destruction. It seems Mr Livermore was actively plunging the price of QTCE stock then taking advantage of shareholders misery by selling these items to "The Profiteer" thereby substantially increasing his profits. The Profiteer was unavailable for comment.......More on this story as it developes.
flippers heaven ATWT
Up 9% this time, was only 7% last time sure sign of a breakout get ready for the run of the year folks.
(disclaimer: For amusement purposes only!!!!)
Day two of the standoff...... It appears that Mr. Livermore has barracaded himself inside his home, however he is unarmed and no one is paying any attention to him. We'll have more on this story as it developes.
I will remain a fan unless you start charging a fee. Keep up the good spirits.
....and we turn to other news today.... police have surrounded the home of J_Livermore and demand he give himself up. It seems this person has been accused of practicing humor without a permit. He has used a copyrighted frictionless means to penetrate the realms of humor. A distraut CEO of Quantech Ms. Liat Matilsky told reporters through a flood of tears,"This person has taken my thriving and very profitable company's market strategies and reduced them to nothing more than a laughing stock,he will pay for this, he will pay for this if I have to take all other investors down with him he will pay!!!!"
I feel your pain anndee I thought I was patient and got in at a steal (.27) shows what I know. Its up to you to make your own decisions but as for me it looks like I'm here til spring when tornado season starts. I still have the same amount of shares so I've lost value, money isnt truly lost til you sell.
I tried to catch a bounce on VSGN at .40 and panicked at .30, lost a lot, now 2 months later its .60, patience is a hard lesson to learn
Excellent reply, Best of luck to us all
Flo is developing an eye now and four of the forcast models show the possibility of her doing a loop til heading southeast/south can't count this one out totally yet.
While I dont disagree with your statement I think if you jumped in at .46 in expectations of that great 2.00 on the hurricane you would be pretty depressed about now. .27 is much more realistic as I feel you can pull a profit even without a hurricane at these levels, thats what I was trying to point out, there IS a company functioning behind all the hurricane hype with established partners in Ill., Mo., Minn., Md., and Ohio. (Hardly the hurricane magnets of the world)
I'm no chart expert by any means but everything I do know tells me that this chart is bad very very bad. It will take a few days for this to settle from the storm chasers diving out before the real investors see the bargain and move in. Charts only tell us what happened in the past its your DD and gut that drive its direction.
Of course a big storm brings prospects of big business and soaring share prices I think that catches all our imaginations but if thats all you see then you'll probably get burned chasing it which I think a lot of people did .I do feel (and this is just my opinion remember) that this can hold .25 and pulse to .40 while on the pinkies (how many pinkies do you see staying afloat on 200M authorized shares)so what will it settle at on the BB? Your guess is as good as mine But I think it is going to grow.
I've been looking into the new CFO Scott Knoll and find that he was instramental in raising revenues from 1.5M in 2001 to 25M in 2005 for Biowave Corp while he was with Whittman-Hart, quite impressive. Also noticed that the PR stated a form SB2 will be filed later this month to put us on the BB, I didnt see any mention of dilution in the billions of shares so I dont understand the pannic, anything up to 400M AS would be just fine since it is apparently 200M now and look how volatile it is. Looks like he's wasting no time getting to work. Dont forget too that there is still a lot of money in the pipeline not accounted for due to Insurance dragging their feet on claims, they cant legally post them in their financials if they dont have em yet.
ALWAYS REMEMBER ITS THE SECOND MOUSE THAT GETS THE CHEESE
