In central and eastern Mo. about ten tornadoes were churned up and some parts of the state drenched in a foot of rain. Nearly four hundred structures damaged or destroyed.

While everyone has their eyes set in the far Atlantic its all happenin behind your back in the midwest. As stated before NSMG is located in Ill., Fla., Mo., Minn.,Md., and Ohio, hardly the hurricane capitols of the world. The last three days are not "news" grabbers like Katrina but there is a lot of work to be done and I think NSMG is in a good position to provide it.
