For all those who felt like they were defrauded by QTCE and its over-inflated PR releases, here is my plan of action:

I'm going to send an email to [e-mail] . In the email I'm going to state how the PR's released by Quantech deceived investors and that with each PR, the management only diluted the O/S. The Company failed to follow up on its NOBO list investigation and furthermore, gave deceptive info to its TA.

You may however, choose to fill out the complaint form instead. Use this link instead : http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml and towards the bottom you will see a link to file an online complaint.

What ever method you choose, be sure to include your Name, Full Mailing Address, Email Address and Contact Number. Try to be as concise and to the point as possible and give references of the misleading PR's (like the collaboration with Anheiser-Bush etc., etc.) and the amount of money you lost.

Also take a look at the following link. The SEC is catching up to Companies like Quantech and if we all bombard them with emails and info, maybe perhaps some enforcement will deter fraudulent companies from soliciting in the first place.

Finally, if anyone is interested in a class-action lawsuit against Quantech, please let me know (though I can receive PM's, I am unable to reply to them). On the other hand, if anyone knows of an attorney who might be interested in going after Quantech and Liat, then also let us know.

I can't send you a PM, but I will post further info perhaps getting together a class action complaint regarding Quantech and their false PR's which only were in attempt to defraud investors.

What is the best way to address the SEC? Has anyone written a letter at this point that could be used as a "guide" for others? I am a novice trader, and purchased 15,000,000 shares at an average of .0004. I began buying at 4 times that price, and as the stock fell, I purchased more stock, thinking that the value would go back up and my average purchase price would make a small profit. I am unaware of recourse on Pink sheets...but I didn't know this until I realized that my investment was in trouble. By the way, when I purchased QTCE originally, it had recently been at .30 a share, and the hype I read indicated it would reach "at least" that again. Now I am singing the STUPID song.

Well don't feel bad. I got scammed out of $13K and some change. Yes, its gonna be a write-off, but more importantly, its gonna be a huge lesson for me.

yea! they have a new web site too looks proffesional, i went check it out and sent them a small email, saying they were scam artist and need to be in jail, just google Quantec electronics u will find it

I don't know if we have any recourse in terms of a lawsuit. The reason I say that is because it was misleading on the part of QTCE to release PR's saying that they're completing this deal, etc.

Meanwhile, it turns out to be a scam, especially if you count that they paid the Stockster to P&D the stock.

What sucks is that the Pinks are not regulated by the SEC.

yes...news is definitely coming (most likely bad). It may in fact be an r/s but an r/s is not happening tomorrow. Maybe just news about it may happen.

Then again, volume spiked for no reason last week as well. Someone knows something and is leaving us poor schleps in the deep end.

Ok, as much as this sucks
and as much as this smells like a scam
and as much as the fluff PR's did worse for the company,
a small part of me remains slightly optimistic considering that this new voice-activated technology is being developed in Israel. I can't ignore the fact that:

Israel holds the largest concentration of High-Tech industries in the world in relation to its population.

ICQ - the technology for AOL instant messenger was developed in Israel in 1996

Israeli engineers developed the worlds first cell phone at the Motorola lab in Haifa.

Israel has more scientists and engineers per capita than any other country

Microsoft's Windows XP operating system was developed in Israel.

And so on and so forth....

Maybe, just maybe this is a legit company (though poorly run)that is coming out with some interesting inventions....

Yeah, I agree. But look at it this way, every time a PR releases, the PPS goes further down.

In a way, its good that they haven't released anything, cuz I just don't know what's next after 0.0001.

It is just my opinion that Nasdaq's Risk grade level adds a little legitimacy to the security.

On that subject...I checked the risk grade level this morning and it is back up to over 3000 (which is extremely risky) so maybe you're right and i'm just waisting my time.

This, of course, is just my opinion.

I'm heavily in QTCE and still surprised and hopeful that many of you guys still continue to post here and keep the possibility alive that this POS Company might one day take off.

I haven't sold any of my position since it would be a waste of my commission fee selling this POS at this price.

BTW, what difference does it make if Nasdaq rates them for a risk level? All B.S. I think. I would like to bet that whenever the next PR comes down, the PPS will not change much.

hey guys; i'm new at here but i've following qtce for some time now and i too have lost some money in it.

Did any all y'all notice nasdaq just placed QTCE with an 83 for a risk level (which is really good); i'm not sure what are the implications of this but i guess there is still hope.

Jucifer, sounds to me like you just threw that money away. Perhaps Jucifer, but it might hold at .0002 and slowly creep up to your pps. You'd be kicking yourself if it settles around .0005 and you were still in at .0023.

i'm sure it will be in vain, but I couldn't resist spending a few hundred to bring my pps from .0023 to .0007. I'm hoping this way I can perhaps get about half of my initial investment back, though I'm certainly up for a pleasant surprise.
