Couldn't agree more. This reminds me of SPNG in the beginning of that run.
I just pickup up another 166K and plan on quite a few more buys today at these levels once I free up some more powder. GLTA
I have not heard any timeframe
Everything I have seen leads me to believe the deal is done. Someone also reported the IR confirmed the deal is done which is why the co leased office space in AK.
I was out as well. Nice PPS increase and a new MOD, what the heck happened today! I hope Pink Lawyer is as hot as this stock is becoming! GL

What is their symbol and does anyone know what they are trading at? I am on the road and only have a blackberry. Thx
I joined today as well. A wal-mart deal is huge and its the biggest reason I am here. GLTY
I have been lurking recently and doing DD and just placed an order for 500K. I also think this is ready to breakout. GLTA
Pretty good for your first post! Can you give me the settlement details on your second!
Judge is hammering him about the deposit account issue.
JPM attorney just admitted the money is not theirs?
Our attorney's sound very strong.
Great post I agree with the thoughts
It was entirely expected the hearing on the 21st would be adjourned. The hearing on the 21st was to determine the plan on coming out the BK. How can you state the plan includes the 4B without it being formally declared until the 22nd.
This was expected and everyone needs to relax. GLTE
Agreed. I talked to a two friends today in WA and their response was all the old WAMU branches were changed to Chase in their areas and couldn't believe what I was telling them.
thanks
Without reading 100 posts. The next date is oct 22, correct?
Very disappointed with the co. actions this year. They missed out on quite a few opportunities. Namely, failing to provide the Q numbers in a timely manner. I'll hold till next year, see you guys then. GL
Thanks Penny
Has the next court date been scheduled?
Not with only 420K in volume
I am currently holding 55K
What does everyone show on L2, mine through e-trade is showing none on the bid/ask.
Wouldn't that be nice. What is the group thinking for share price in the next few weeks on a short squeeze?
ANyone with a cash account should set a high sell price, mine is $2.00 so my shares cannot be borrowed.
Agreed. This is substantial shareholder news. Can't wait till this lets go and takes off.
BID
NITE .012
ASK
NITE .0194
MURF .37
Thats funny!
DOMS on the bid now at .021
NITE dropping the bid to .0166
Say what you want about WEGI at least it climbed like a mountain during the season. This constant taking it down at the bid sure is aggravating.
I agree we haven't moved off of the .02 today. I see more accumulation during the week. GL
You are absolutley right. I have been playing this stock for years. If Ana intensifies tomorrow or Bill moves off the current track and towards the US we are off to the races.
This moves on nothing more than MOMO of storms headed to US landfall. The only added dynamic this year is the earnings release this month which could move us a cent or two higher. GL
I heard an ad this week on the Howard Stern Show on Sirius/XM radio, then I got home and saw ads on fox news as well. Maybe old news but wanted to share with the group. GL

A large clustered cloud mass off the East Coast today will bear watching as it moves northward over the next 24 hours. This system, once feared for some development, is now probably out of the mix for developing into a tropical system. First and foremost, there is too much shear for easy development. Secondly, this system is split into two parts and while it is heading northward and eastward it will split the energy between them. Largely heavy rain will fall from this first system from Long Island into coastal areas up the New England coast. Rain amounts along the path of this storm will range from 1-2 inches with local amounts of 3 inches. This system will also become slower later tonight into Friday with heavy rain moving into Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
The rest of the tropical Atlantic remains relatively quiet. We are tracking tropical waves along 54 west south of 18 north, along 70 west south of 20 north and along 84 west south of 23 west. These tropical waves feature no organized surface features and no important upper-level support at this time. So, no organized development is expected out of these three tropical waves through at least Friday.

Caribbean tropical wave; Bahamas trough
Mark Avery, Lead Meteorologist, The Weather Channel
Jul. 22, 2009 6:23 am ET
A tropical wave is moving through the eastern Caribbean and is bringing rain and occasionally gusty winds to Puerto Rico and the island of Hispaniola (the countries of Haiti and the Dominican Republic). Because of strong upper level winds and interaction with these land masses, it is not expected to develop in the next day or two.
A piece of the tropical wave that moved through the Lesser Antilles has broken off into a trough of low pressure currently located near the Bahamas. It and its moisture are being drawn northward along the frontal boundary near the East Coast by the upper trough over the Eastern U.S. While it is not expected to develop into a tropical cyclone, the moisture from this trough is expected to spread up the front and may bring an enhancement to rain chances along the East Coast--possibly into New England later this week.
In the Central Pacific, a weak trough of low pressure about 1300 miles southwest of Hawaii is being watched. Although this trough is over warm waters, upper level winds are currently not favorable for development.
