Rocket, Houndish feels that he would have heard about a PPO if one was going on. I don't know. I heard about the "rumor" from a couple of fellow investors who hoped to get in on it. I did not get in on it, so don't know anymore details than what I have posted previously.
Houndish, I hope you're right. Are you close enough to the company to get info on things like the Aldevron deal and other potential customers?
Rocket, the rumor was about a small PPO aroung $1M on a restricted stock basis for a year. What was discouraging was hearing that some current stockholders were going to fund their buy at .60 by selling shares that they have at market. If rumor is true, it doesn't represent a large volume of stock so shouldn't cause much damage. I wasn't invited to the party so have no proof of the above.
Tyrntlzrdking, Yes please! I don't see them here, but I'm not a veteran in this arena. Show me something. I think most of the negative posts here are disappointed investors, like myself. I have seen many posters here go from positive to negative over the least year. Yes, help me out please!
Tyrntlzrdking, No! there are almost no bashers here, that is the big disappointment. Bashers don't bash a lousy stock. We have Thalio, our resident basher, who almost seems bored with the board. What we have here is a bunch of stockholders who are very frustrated with the communications from this company. Nobody bashing! When we see bashers then we can get excited. Some new rumors are good, hang in there!
Dumb indian & JPGetty, not to worry. No need for peace pipe because there's no problem. I misread Indian's post. I thought he was using the board to pump other crap stocks like this one. I apologized and now enjoy the Indian's sense of humor. I think we have been had here, but will continue to read the board for the entertainment value and the good nature of the posters here. I promise to behave myself. Take care!
Dumb indian, I apologize! You're a hot ticket. Please send JIMBO after Mr. Anderson. Take care!
Bigworld, it is rumored that this company is going back to the well with former restricted stockholders and selling them new restricted stock. That would imply that they can't get real backing like you might find from an investment banking firm, or GE, or anybody. Let us hope that there is a good surprise coming before the share holders meeting. Pleae stay on board here and please forgive my rants. You are solid, big guy! Me less so, take care.
Hey Dumb Azz indian, get lost puke. You've shown your colors, go back to your ant hill!
The one truly positive thing to happen this month is the hiring of the new scientist to oversee the manufacturing of synDNA. I do not think he would have come aboard if it hadn't been clearly proven to him that the product works and will soon be in production. Of course as share holders, we are left to guess the time line here.
Bigworld, I always appreciate your posts. You once advised me that that my investment here might prove to be frustrating, and it has been. I see that it has been the same for you. My worry now is to have people like yourself who actually understand the science start to distrust the company. With all due respect to you sir, I don't think any company should be run by doctors. I think that the president of any hospital, research company, or Pharma big should not be a doctor but a business person. CYGX is classic proof. Rumor has it that a PPO is going on for a little bit of operating capital and being offered to investors who already own our stock. So they can sell their shares for $1 and buy for $.60 tomorrow. Cool!
Hi Lowman, I think there's no response because nobody is watching. The problems about not putting out regular PRs is that people stop looking for progress. I have another company, BGII, that increased earnings 238% year to year and the stock went down after the announcement because nobody was reading about it. It appeared last fall that ARSC would have good corporate communications, but they have shown nothing for 5 months. Now they will have to do a road show to get noticed at all. Very poor salesmanship by management. I don't want total fluff PRs, but I want to see the stock trading and people caring. Today shows that nobady is watching, IMHO. Take care.
Hey dumb indian, I confessed to gross idiocy over a month ago. Are you trying to take my spot as the board martyr? Go away! LOL
Thank you Janice. I understand why you can't just say we have been had. I am convinced I have been. I will keep this board on my fav's because it is a curiosity. I hope nobody got hurt with this deal. I still would love to know why you're on this board.
Janice, could you just give us all a synopsis of what KSWJ is all about and what will happen, if only to save good honest people from being further scammed? I wrote it off months ago, but some people continue to pump this thing. You know my view. I don't know why you are here, and you once told me it was "unreasonable to ask as I don't know you" or something to that effect. Please give us the best ya got. TIA
Vizsla, thanks. I hope it brings us a good week!
Read on ERHE board that 10Q was filed, so ignore my 1103 post. Might be an interesting day.
Thanks Janice.EM
The 10Q not filed, why? They have no operations, no inventory, no work force, no PR (duh?). Rumor has it that they must clarify expenses to go against the $45 M fees. How complicated can it be? What if Offor's company Chrome is submitting bills to ERHE for its expenses in getting things rolling? What would we do about that? Just a thought from a disappointed long.
Hi Janice, Help here please. I have posted several times here that stocks can still trade on defunct companies as long as the parties agree and pay the fees. Some hard-working and sincere people here still think that this company may come back because of others still trading or trying to trade this stock. I disagree; it's toast! You seem to have experience on this stuff, what's your opinion please? (I still read this board because I haven't made this this kind of "silly" investment before and am still curious why pumpers still post here, and why some people like yourself still check in on this board. Thanks.
Tibbcat, relax, enjoy humor when it is well intended, and don't go to the cul-de-sac if it is dark, you don't sound at your best. Take care.
Hello board, remember that bashers never bash a bad stock (as I have been told by the experienced traders), there's no play in it. My worry here is that there aren't enough bashers, so we can't be that interesting. We will have to content ourselves with our resident basher, who now allots us only 10 minutes a day. Oh well, maybe something good will happen.
Alwright, I agree for the most part, but he sure dampened my spirits in a sure but consistent way. You have to admit he was good. He had a dozen or so people taking his bait on a regular basis. I agree that there are worries here about the poor communications from the company and an uncertainty about ERHE being able to hold its own ground in the unstable environment in the GOG. I wish the stock had gone stagnant at .90 as opposed to .60, I think it got help getting down there. Take care.
Ajaxxx, That is not the same meridian. Meridian was sharp and maybe the best basher I ever have watched work. Cool, collected, and knowledgable, he almost never took the bait when answered in anger, he would post 250 times on a weekend, he would admit to owning no shares, and get many posters engaged in conversation. While watching him post, the stock went from around .90 the .50's level on no bad news. With the help of many on this board he did a bang up job and earned his pay IMHO. No this other guy is not the Meridian you're thinking about.
Lowman, thanks again. Please keep your ear to the ground for us.
Gandalf, I am not an attorney either and probably should have stated so as I have in earlier posts. I do not want to rain on anybody's parade and hope all the best to the posters here. Go make this work guy!
Lowman, thanks as usual for your thoughtful posts. My worries stem from big hype last Nov. and here we are. I don't want fluff but I want validation of the science-not happening so far! The investment community is dying for alternative energy stuff. This holding Co. threw about $750K toward development for the fuel cells. Hello? What are they paying the working stiffs here, $500 a week. An ex Intel VP here? What are his expectations? Hope it works for us all, but I am bummed.
Gandallf, would a post like " we are not allowed to post at the present time but will be back to you all soon" be in violation of a gag order? I think not. I read and post here to punish myself for being an idiot. I hope it all works out, and the very best to all of you, especially the ones who have done the hard work of digging around. Take care.
Bigworld, the announcement today about a new guy hired to devote all his time to produce synDNA is great news. At the very least they were able to convince a pretty sharp guy that the stuff works! He would not jump on board unless he checked out the financial prospects here. As far as the financial aspects go, forget borrowing from a bank. This deal is an equity PPO discount deal or venture capital investment (probably with Gov't guarantees for 90% or better). You just have to take my word for this, but I know a guy who offered to invest on a PPO with deal and was told that everything was already covered. The guy is strong and usually reliable but take it for what it is worth. I was upset to see you so down the other night. You usually pick up my spirits with your thoughtful posts, so I hope I did a little for you here! We just have to live long enough to gloat! Take care.
Lowman, thank you for your post and your work. I understand the proprietary status of things and even the patent status problems, considering the international stealing that goes on. I don't want fluff PR, but I want and deserve an update. i.e. " We apologize to our stockholders for the delays in reporting, but these delays will benefit us all in the long run. We expect that by the end of ----- we will be able to announce the news that you are all waiting for. We are very excited about the future for our stockholders." Unless the science has failed, how bid a deal would that be? I suspect it would double the SP and make the next PPO less dilutive (is that a word?) No?
Imiloa, good thoughts but when you can't find the CEO, you can't find the company address, when you can't get an e-mail answered, and the phone is never answered, what have you got? Whether it is a scam or a failure is moot point to all of us. The SEC will allow trading as long as people want to do it (I have been told) as long as no one finds grounds to halt it for good to protect the public. Last week I posted about a company that I Know well that has traded for 16 years after it was shut down by the gov't because of an on-going lawsuit. The gov't lost and will now pay up, when they feel like it of course. All through the 16 years, there was never a question about who to contact, who was in charge, or what the stakes were. This little thing is different. I hope it works out, but the odds are zip. I would love to see the scammers nailed, if only we knew their names. Take care!
Instructmba, I made no comments about mart50 here or anywhere, you are confusing things. I commented on your BIG NEWS post in a civil way and got slammed by you for it. Let's forget it and get back to informative stuff, okay? Take care.
Instructmba, you really "get off" on the control of this board, don't you? I don't attack people and I like humor when its not twerp level. Cry like a baby? Are you attacking me? Stay OT and stop using the board amuse yourself. Thanks.
Instructmba, After a hard days work I was very excited to see a message from a poster I thought I respected. BIG NEWS! Thanks for nothing, put yourself on iggy.
Hdhick, the new guy is doing exactly what Greenspan did, keep raising rates until you get a recession going and inflation will come down. Then all the people who don't work will still have what they have and the rest of the workers will just have to pay a little more, us! Very soon, after this washout of our good equities (not this gamble that we are in) the employment picture may change. I hope not! Academic snobs saying they don't need to care about the markets. Hummmmmmm
Holycow, bless you for your positive mental attitude! I'm having problems seeing the sun for all the clouds and rain around where I live, so I am even a little more negative than usual today, which isn't good (according to my loving wife, who put me on iggy tonight while she watched the unwatchable american idol show JMHO). But your post is just so good and positive and wonderful that I'm buying it!
Jpgetty, the SEC will protect us all from fraud promoted by scam companies if they can, but they will not protect us from making stupid investments. If a company folds, there is no more fraud, no more SEC. If the SEC thinks that there is reason for prosecuting the scammers, they refer the deal to the proper authorities. If no more fraud, let it trade. I am not a lawyer or an expert in this area of business and am only passing along the thoughts of people I consult. Do your own DD. I hope it works out for us all.
Xtreme81, I have been told that the SEC will discipline a company but not stop the trading for more than a couple of weeks unless further fraud goes on. We all have the right to buy and sell shares of worthless companies for eternity. Caveat emptor (did I get that right?) Up here in RI, there has been trading in a bank stock for years after it was closed up. The stockhoders successfully sued the Gov't for being wrong about the closing of the bank and won! The payoff is coming up soon, but there is no way to rush the Feds. The stock was at almost zero fifteen years ago but now is around $5. Preferred stockholders have to be paid first. Super sharp guys behind this deal, however. I hope the hard work of Calgary and Kim pays off here, truly!
Lowman, thanks again for your thoughtful reply. We are on the same team. I thought I was getting good advice from a bud in Texas who thought that these guys were on a faster track, guess not. The guys that I got into this are riding me a little even after they got out, but I showed them the initial PRs which looked good, now squat. Take care!
Calgarylady, I apologize to you if I offended you in any way. Your posts have always been fair and civil. I Hope this company rises from the ashes and is helpfull to all of us. My comments about pumpers still stands, however. I know of quite a few investments of this sort where the scenario that I described was the game being played. I think I've lost here, but I'm not selling and I hope you win. I won't name "names" but didn't you notice some hyped-up people arrive on the scene after this stock had been suspended? Did you think that was sincere enthusiasm for the outlook for the company?
