170M bids / 5M asks.. and none of those bidders will move up one tick, nor will those sellers take even one tick less. 45 million volume and holding... It's like the Jr High dance, with all the boys lined up on one side, and the girls on the other, and we're all waiting for the other side to make a move...
Nope. $003. I see this spiking around $0036, then sinking back to around $0008 - where I'll reload a few freebies and hold indefinitely just in case Canoe/Ang does take over from Frankie and makes this into a long term revenue engine.. but most of my gains on next spike are going to blue chips..
MM can have all mine... At $003...
Remember 2weeks ago, when 0009s were a "loading opportunity"? In two more weeks, people here will be saying "damn, wish I had loaded some 0009s". Sellers of 8s.. bump your ask to 9...
You're right, of course... Shit plus time = fertilizer. Plant a seed in fertilizer and it grows.... I'd love a large gain in short time.. but I'll hold long time for slow growth before I'll sell for a loss.. because I didn't bet the whole farm here, I just planted a little seed money...
@ThaMyth - speaking of "fishy caviar" - my uncle used to say that shit is the most powerful, transformative substance in the universe. Example: if you had a tanker freighter loaded with 30,000 tons of caviar, you open the hatch and drop in one ounce of shit.. you now have 30,000 tons of shit. Or.. take 30,000 tons of "awesome" (crypto mining), add one piece of shit (Frankie), and you'll end up with no awesome, and 30,000 tons of Frankie's bullshit....
I saw the news today, oh boy!.. about a lucky man, who made the grade...
Hey Frankie... This is what "news" looks like! https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76511218" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76511218[tag]https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=76511218
[/tag]
"What price this magical company?" 0048 if news is spectacular. More likely 0035, THIS upcoming run. Long term- given the "Frankie Effect" (aka, "fox guarding OUR henhouse") - I predict a long, slow slide to 0001
I think SANTO dumped from 0012 down to 0006. COMPANY dumping of new issue shares drives pps down.
I think FRANKIE wanted to drop the price, so FRANKIE (himself) can buy 0003-0004 cheapies, just before he releases pump news and makes HIMSELF (not Santo) a big sack of money.
SANTO is dumping, diluting.. FRANKIE is about to begin accumulating. A run is coming!
To be a "cryptostock", company must DO SOMETHING in crypto. Until Frankie PROVES that he "has done" something.. he hasn't.
Yes, Canoe's miners are still mining... somewhere. Yes, SANP and Canoe have a "binding agreement"... a binding agreement to negotiate. NO obligation on either party to AGREE to the others' terms.
All Frankie has "proven" here is that he can blow smoke - with or without one of his cigars or the MJ from one of his alleged grow pods....
If Frankie wants me to believe this is a "real" company - if he wants me to "INVEST in the company" - he needs to SHOW ME that he is running it like a "real company" with a future to invest IN.
So far, he's not doing that, NOT AT ALL! Over at ENDV, the President there "shows me" by reporting his insider buys, roughly $10k/week, every week since June, whether his stock was $0.018 or $0.068. NOT "exercising his company bonus options and then dumping 'em", but buying shares in the market, with cash, and holding them long-term. THAT inspires confidence, and raises share value. But Frankie inspires ZERO confidence. (so.. we can't call him a "CONfidence ARTIST"... at least, not a competent one..) Instead, Frankie is showing me that he is running the P&D on this ticker. Regardless of how I feel about flipping, in the environment Frankie has created here, flipping is the only path to success.
If I get my 0003 order filled, I'll be selling 97% of my shares as close to the next peak as I can. I'll hold a slice indefinitely, just to give Frankie a chance to prove himself to me... (or to see which bandwagon he jumps on next..).
Crypto mining is such an amazing profit opportunity, that it's hard to imagine ANYONE claiming to be getting into it without any intention of doing so. And its hard to imagine any company that actually does it, that could fail to make outrageous profits, if only by accident. But... if Frankie leads a company which does actual large-scale crypto mining... he'll have that company "rent" its building from him at an outrageous rate. He'll have Santo "lease" him a company car, and he'll be the lessor Santo "leases" it from. Frankie's in Florida - I think we've seen that Santo/Canoe's "facility" is being set up in Sunnyvale, California. Guess who will need a Malibu beach house "leased" for (and from) him, and First Class airfare (no wait.. a corporate jet!)? Yup... Frankie! If he DOES build a crypto mining company, he will systematically "expense away" ALL profits, before ANY gets to the shareholders. THAT's the game here... all we can do is take it or leave it. I'm leaving at the next peak.
My order at 0003 is already in..
Pyramid scheme.. I have $2,000 of house money in this, hoping to get out with $5,000 or $6,000... even though I know that money will come from selling shares in FRANKIE'S SCAM to someone who will be closer to - and might end up as - a 0001pps bagholder. The only money "MADE" here comes if Frankie grows a conscience and actually begins mining crypto.. but I've lost all faith in that outcome. Without that, this is a pyramid scheme. Anyone hoping to make 10x here is hoping to find 10 people who each pay what they paid for all their shares, just to get 1/10 of their shares each. And those 10 people hope to find 100 people to each pay 10x.. and those 100 hope to find 1000 people.... Eventually there aren't enough people to build the next wider base, and the pyramid collapses into a pile of bagholders. And Frankie don't care... he'll be long gone with your money, sitting on a beach in Negril or the Caymans...
MTEpockets - SORRY to see you go - you're a rare voice of sanity and reason here! I'd like to know how else to reach you - could you PM me your contact info? (I would, but I don't have PM here)
Shlomo - LIVE YOUR DREAM... CLICK "SELL" AND GO. Unless the point of your post is to convince other people to sell SO YOU CAN BUY MORE SHARES CHEAPER! Yup, I think that's it, you LOVE INTV and want more shares. Same here...
I tink we have one more run ahead of us. Maybe two. I have no illusions anymore about Frankie raising cash to build an actual mining company with Canoe or anyone else. He's scamming Canoe harder than he's scamming us. My faith in the next run is based ENTIRELY on my faith in Frankie's greed. Whatever gains I can make in the next run are going into MY OWN mining hardware - MY mining company won't screw me, or anyone else.
Frankie's news will be "We are building a fighting force of extraordinary magnitude. We forge our spirits in the same tradition as our ancestors. Li Ang is a magnificent leader. He has our gratitude. Let's all give Li Ang a great big hand!"
The LAST THING we should want here is for some jackass lawyer to file a class action. Frankie won't "pay" in that case, the group that PAYS when a company loses a class action, is all the remaining LONG SHAREHOLDERS - WE pay, because OUR money is taken out of OUR company's treasury. 30% of it is given STRAIGHT TO THE LAWYER, the remainder is given as pennies on the dollar to those who HAVE ALREADY CUT THEIR LOSSES by selling out.
Anyone who would write to a lawyer hoping for "help" here is a complete moron.
Sure he would. By staying silent, letting it slide, having SANP issue some shares to CAUSE some slide... Frankie lowers the price where HE, HIMSELF can accumulate PERSONAL OWNED shares from the market. When SANP sells new issue shares, the money raised belongs to "the company"... TO US.. and Frankie has to do some creative accounting to get that company money without exposing himself to theft/embezzlement charges. OTOH, the shares he can accumulate for himself from the market, can be sold later at the top of a run, and THAT money is Frankie's, free and clear.
"SANP" doesn't care too much what price its new issue shares sell at. More is better, but ANY sale price, over their zero cost basis, is profit to the company. But FRANKIE DOES care how high the price goes.. if he's been accumulating 0009's, he would want to see a significant run to maximize what he can PERSONALLY make from it.
The thing about this list is that it is not a slow, even, methodically paced history of share issues. Instead, its almost as revealing to look at what is NOT there:

I would be very interested to see where Frankie's PR releases fit in that timetable...
Frankie did EIGHT OS increases during the October run, issuing a total of 2,527,637,000 shares, presumably to capitalize on the bump in pps. His last issue during this run was his biggest - 788 million - which I think he dumped immediately, causing the end of that run, pushing the pps down to 003-002, where he could accumulate slowly.
He did two more increases during the lull, on 11/13 and 11/20, issuing 520,788,519 new shares. I suspect he held on to these, waiting for his next planned PR. After the December run began on 12/13, he waited two more weeks before issuing 437,685,300 more shares to capitalize on this run. I suspect he was selling off shares he had accumulated during the Nov-Dec lull.
The big question is whether Frankie has sold his January issues already, or if he is holding them for an upcoming PR pump. I still think Frankie is gearing up for another pump. I think he's authorized to 9.5Bn shares, which gives him headroom to issue another 1,712,751,858. But, based on how he handled the October bump, I think he will issue most of those AFTER he starts the third pump, wherever he thinks the peak should be.
We should watch the OS count closely - he might want to accumulate his freebies before issuing news, so he can dump more at the peak. I think he'll let the spike run up to around 0036, just to maximize the amount he can get from selling 2 billion freebies, and to maximize the return on any shares he's bought on the market around 0009-0011. If he hasn't bought any market shares last week, he might keep us in limbo a while longer to deflate the price back toward 0003.
One consideration: technically, selling new issue shares raises money for THE COMPANY... Frankie can buy HIMSELF shares in the market, then pump the price and make money for FRANKIE. He's probably doing both.
A PUMP TO 0036 IS COMING - that is my sincere, emphatic opinion. IF WE SELL FROM FEAR, WE REWARD FRANKIE. If we sell at a loss, we give FRANKIE the money that could be OURS when he does his third pump. The point is to get out green. I think we can do that if we hold for the third pump.. but I think those who buy in then, or hold past there, could easily end up as bagholders, watching SANP go dark and its shares sinking to 0001 forever. When I see a spike, I'm selling all but 100k of my 0004's. I just don't trust Frankie long term, I don't believe he'll take the money he's raised and use it to actually start mining crypto.
"copperhead1".. perfect name for a mining stocks investor...
I'm liking lithium as a long term strategic metals buy.. I think I'm gonna get in this one Tuesday.
(ps.. there's a "g" in "Argentina"...)
I think another run is imminent - Frankie just loaded himself with half a billion new shares. He will want to sell those for cash soon, so he's ready to release some pump news. If he runs this pump to 0020 he pockets a million (no, wait, I meant "raises a million to use for mining rig purchases"), if he pumps it to 0040 he dumps for 2 million.
After the next spike, the future depends on Frankie.. but I'm going to cash out 95% of my pile near the top, then watch the remainder to see if Frankie actually works this business or stays true to his scammer past.
@JedClampitt - SANP just today issued almost half a billion shares. Now that those shares are created and waiting to be sold, I think SANP is ready to release some news and start the pump.
Question for group: When a company issues new OS, does it have to sell those shares immediately?
Here are my thoughts as I grasp for an answer:
I imagine that sooner or later, the issuing company has to call its transfer agent and say "We just issued NNN million shares, which we want to sell". Maybe some or all TAs have client account software that the client companies can log in to and register the newly minted shares to their own account. If so, then it would be fairly easy for the company to put in sell orders for some or all of the new shares, and the TA's software would put them on the market just like my etrade account lists my sell orders.
I'm thinking about two points here... first, is it as quick and easy for an issuer to sell new shares as it is for me to sell mine (Or, how long after this issue will it take for Frankie to get those new shares in a place where he can dump them quickly?)... and second, do they have to sell them all right away, or can they hold new shares for a while, so they can issue some news which pumps the share price so they can sell the new shares at a higher price?
Where I'm going with this is, if Frankie just issued half a billion new shares... and those shares haven't hit the market yet, but are being held by Santo.. maybe this new dilution means that Frankie is getting ready to post some news and pump his new shares.
If THAT is the case... how high do you think Frankie will let this next run go before he floods the market with new shares to cash in on it? The last run started at 0002 and ran to 0026 - a multiple of 13x. The one in October started at 0001 and ran to 002 (highest close), a multiple of 20x. Will he try for 8x (0072) this time? 6x (0054)? 10x (0108)? (today's VWAP was 0009, so that's what I'm calling our starting point..)
OR.. do you think Frankie has an aggregate dollar goal? For each million shares, every 0001 uptick brings $100.. or $50,000 per half-billion shares. So, to raise 2 million, he'd need the run to go up by 0040, to 0049. Does anyone have a guess as to the dollar total Frankie might be looking for here?
FINALLY!... (I know... TL:DR..) Our best one-day volume in the last run was 1.25 billion shares. If we assume the next run brings the same volume, would Frankie's half billion share sell be enough to kill the run, or would it merely dampen it?
(My guess... the planned top is 0050, for a $2MM payday to Frankie, and the pump news comes out Tuesday morning. Best case: the news is that the Canoe deal is finalized and we fly. Almost as good: the news is that Canoe fell apart but SANP found an"even better" RM partner. Almost as good as that: News is that Santo used money it made from last 2 runs and bought several hundred of its own miners (new or used Chinese), which are all deployed and making NN bitcoin per day.)
@Scotttrader80: Santo started out in dental supply? Interesting..
Here's the story of another company that started out in the dental industry, and changed its focus:
"OPI, originally named Odontorium Products Inc., was a small dental supply company purchased by George Schaeffer in 1981. Shortly after taking over the company, Schaeffer was joined by Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI’s Executive Vice President and Artistic Director. Schaeffer and Weiss-Fischmann partnered with R. Eric Montgomery, a biochemist, and created an acrylic system that Schaeffer sold door-to-door to local nail salons. They closed the dental sales and focused entirely on nail products changing the name to OPI Products Inc.
In 1989, OPI expanded its portfolio to nail lacquers and later other products. In 2003, OPI created a Legally Blonde 2 collection that was also featured in the film.[1] Collaborations that have followed include Ford Mustang, the 2010 film Alice in Wonderland,[2] and Dell (2009).[3]
In 2003, OPI launched a nail polish line for dogs called Pawlish that received mixed reviews.[4] In 2007, after pressure from the EPA and the organization Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, OPI reformulated its nail lacquers and eliminated chemicals DBP (dibutyl phthalate), formaldehyde and toluene.[5]
In 2010, OPI was acquired by Coty, Inc.[6]"
Coty paid a billion dollars for OPI
Moral of the story... don't marry your company to a specific business, be open to opportunities. OTOH, another moral here is... ACTUALLY WORK whatever business you choose to be in, don't just change your name to catch today's buzzword and PRETEND to be engaged in that arena....
Third moral (ARE YOU READING THIS, FRANKIE?): If Schaffer had taken OPI public, did some pump&dump, some toxic convertible financing, and issued a few billion micropenny shares, he would NOT have ended up a billionaire, but he could easily have ended up in prison, deported, or rotting in a car's trunk sitting on a barge waiting to be rolled off into the Atlantic... just sayin'
If not Fructose, then Al Gore will...
Sadly, a photo doesn't prove much anymore - my son can send you a photo of Lee Harvey Oswald and JFK standing in front of some mining rigs, if you like...
OTOH, a statement from the transfer agent confirming the preferred shares issue, and/or an SEC Edgar filing of a name change, goes a long way toward proof.
I think Frankie is still accumulating cheapies, and won't release news until he and his friends & family have enough. Right now, he has to issue & sell 1,000 shares to "make" one buck. And I don't think he can issue them straight to himself, he has to filter them thru the market. (no?) If his game is purely "issue shares, sell them, take the cash", then he should be THE MOST INTERESTED in tripling our pps, because that would triple the money he could get by issuing new shares. And, it makes no sense to issue shares at 001 when he just had - and passed on - the opportunity to issue shares at 0025.
I'm not entirely sure what his game is, but if he's trying to run a pump&dump dilution scam, he's doing it stupidly.
Thank you. The lesson you just delivered is worth the $100 "tuition" I paid to take a long shot gamble here. Thanks again.
Agreed, take anything Wikipedia with a grain of salt. But, I don't think that anything posted on ihub is any more reliable. A quick trip thru Dash.org showed no mention of BTSC as its founder. The statement you quoted is fairly vague, similar to the one I hope to be able to make in 2019: "in 2018, I started mining my own Bitcoin, when I purchased my first Antminer S9". If I ever say that, it does not mean that the Bitcoin SYSTEM is mine, only that the coins I mine belong to me. I would be more convinced if the statement was on BTSC's website, and if it was closer to this: " in 2017, we successfully launched our own cryptocurrency - dash - which has since grown to nearly 5 billion in market capitalization. In recognition of our focus on promoting the success of our dash currency, we have changed our name to 'Dash Coin Services Company' and have applied for ticker symbol DCSC". (it makes no sense, if they started and own a whole currency, that their name would reflect a competing currency).
You MAY be right. I'll dig more when I get home to my computer. For now, "owning/operating the Dash SYSTEM" is not part of how I'll value BTSC shares.
That disagrees with the entry here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dash_(cryptocurrency)
Wait.. what? You mean "BTSC owns SOME dash", right.. not "BTSC created, released, retains substantial pre-mined coin, and oversees/owns the organization that administers the whole DASH currency"?
I'm actually surprised that Bitmain's flagship product is a 1,300 watt device that costs less than a decent used car. If I was Bitmain, I would be building "enterprise class" mining systems that would be self-contained units with 200 S9 machines, pre-wired and pre-configured, with dedicated cooling systems, requiring 1000 amp electric service. I would think these would be much more attractive to people wanting to do cryptomining on an industrial scale.
Imagine United Airlines converting their entire fleet to the same number of seats worth of 8 passenger Lear Jets. That's what I see when I see a photo of a rack of S9s or open frame 8 GPU ether rigs... a line of 50 Lear Jets trying to do the job of an Airbus A330... But, a photo of 200 S9s taken thru the door of a refrigerated shipping container, would look (to me) like a photo of the rows of seats in the Airbus.
I agree, weed pods was a goofy idea with no chance of success. But I think Bitmain would have much success selling mining pods...
"Buy the rumor, sell the news" V2.0... First, V1.0 was the case where news was good, motivating people to buy in, raising prices. In this case, one shouldn't sell the instant the news breaks, but at that moment one should become a "seller", watching closely for the best time to sell.
In V2.0, the rumor was good (bc, who would buy on rumors of disaster?..) But the news breaks and it is bad news. In this case, one "sells the news" as soon as possible to cut losses.
So, whether the news is good or bad, one should be ready to sell on news.
Unless... The V3.0 case.. the news is so good that it confirms the viability of the stock & company as a long term investment. In this case (VERY RARE here in sub-pennyland), one might consider buying a larger position in the stock before the price rises too much.
"Buy the rumor, sell the news" - because if you're lucky enough to hear the rumor early, you can buy low (like it is now... low)... and when the news breaks, others will buy in, raising the price, and the early, rumor buyers can sell high.
REAL news - like "We've completed the merger, our name isn't Santo anymore, we're now Canoe Pool USA"... or "We just mined out 10,000th coin"... would give this stock some TRACTION, so all this wheel-spinning-while-slipping-backwards can turn into forward momentum.
getcanoe.io is not CanoePool (China or USA) - at least, nothing on their site suggests a link. It is a small team building a wallet for Raiblocks (XRB) by modifying the Copay wallet code.
They're rolling out a pre-beta wallet. They call it "alpha", but to me, "alpha" would be the final, finished, superior version- like an "alpha dog"... the pre-beta could be "gamma", if we want to keep the Greek lettering thing. Anyway... They suggested reading their beta launch blog. So I did.
Funniest line was: "The security of the current model is based on people trusting us to not steal their money. Kinda like any exchange."
Second funniest thing was the main image, showing a young girl smirking as a house burns behind her.
https://getcanoe.io/2018/01/08/canoe-first-mobile-wallet-for-raiblocks.html
Yeah.. what's up with today's 000001? MMs get to trade 5 decimal prices, but I've never seen SIX! Who trades like that?
The last SANP run was 2 months after the one prior. Last time, there was a 5-6 week period languishing in the 0003-0002s. I'm prepared to ride this out, even if it goes all the way back to 0002 (i'll be buying again there..), because I'm still confident that news IS COMING, and it will be good news. "We just mined our 10,000th coin" good...
@BoilerRoom - We'll be stuck here forever. Yup, we get it. Thanks for the heads-up. Your work here is done.
Yes. I put $100 on the pass line here.
What's funny to me is that this company is (for now anyway) in the "crypto consulting" business, exactly like BTSC is. Except, this company has issued 40x more shares than BTSC. My $100 bought a million shares of DNAX. To buy the same percentage of the exact same business model over at BTSC, I would have to buy 25,000 shares. BTSC closed at $0.15 today, those 25k shares would cost $3,750. I've seen BTSC as high as $0.64.
I'm not saying DNAX is a "good" investment... but it IS (at this price) a 36x BETTER investment than BTSC. And the BTSC forum is FULL of people who believe it'll reach a buck "any day now" and are happy to buy it at $0.15/sh.
If this company announces a couple more "completed ICO consulting projects", I believe it may just get a pulse here...
