Sure he would. By staying silent, letting it slide, having SANP issue some shares to CAUSE some slide... Frankie lowers the price where HE, HIMSELF can accumulate PERSONAL OWNED shares from the market. When SANP sells new issue shares, the money raised belongs to "the company"... TO US.. and Frankie has to do some creative accounting to get that company money without exposing himself to theft/embezzlement charges. OTOH, the shares he can accumulate for himself from the market, can be sold later at the top of a run, and THAT money is Frankie's, free and clear.

"SANP" doesn't care too much what price its new issue shares sell at. More is better, but ANY sale price, over their zero cost basis, is profit to the company. But FRANKIE DOES care how high the price goes.. if he's been accumulating 0009's, he would want to see a significant run to maximize what he can PERSONALLY make from it.

one is mine!
