If this technology was false, the SEC would have shut this ticker down long ago.
The SEC will check out stories like this and if they find inconsistencies, they suspend the ticker.
Companies get suspended all the time for making false claims and releasing false information to the public.
There is no way the SEC would let GWSO trade all the way over $3 and continue to trade in the $2 area if the technology was false.
I guess they have the entire stock, battery, and EV markets fooled.
I would think there would be more reports discrediting the technology if it's the farce you claim it is.
Another stock I'm in has taken over 3 years to file anything, and I'm still waiting.
A month wait for Finra is an extremely minuscule time period in the eyes of business. But no two companies are alike, and Finra time frames are not set in stone. Companies who have all their documents in order will process through Finra quickly.
We know Unique is concerned about the possibility of a hostile takeover, and we also know that an additional merger is proposed with the China and India branches of UL. Add to that a newly updated SOS, and the expected wait time for Finra doesn't seem like it will be long IMO. Everything I've seen from this company demonstrates speed and efficiency, including the time it's taken to process the merger documents.
It's difficult to find a truly legitimate company on OTC that's not strapped with a huge share count and/or is being strangled by toxic debt.
Unique Logistics = Unique Opportunity
I wonder what they thought of the person who invented the deer call. "Yep, just sit in a tree and blow this horn and the deer will come to you". They must have thought he was off his rocker!
But the invention worked, and as more people became aware of it, it changed hunting forever and ultimately became one of the most used products in hunting history. The inventor, and some of his business partners probably made a lot of money off of the idea.
How does the deer call relate to GWSO?
GWSO's invention can potentially change battery technology forever, but it's not fully understood yet because the technology is so new and ground breaking. So naturally some people will question the validity of the tech.
The inventor and his business partners will make a lot of money as a result of this technology.
Yes, people involved with GWSO will make money. I don't know why that is such an extreme problem, it's just normal business. This is a company who has developed a market disrupting technology, the people involved deserve to make money.
Exactly. I wouldn't have checked either, but when you mentioned SOS yesterday I took a look.
Having NV SOS updated probably means all the paperwork is done and submitted to Finra already and now we're waiting on them.
If we go by Jan 4 as the day the 20 day waiting period was up, that means it took NV SOS a week to process the changes. Finra could happen any second, literally.
YES! Name change and share structure updated today!!!!
Jan 11, 2021 Nevada SOS shows UNIQUE LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL, INC as the new name, changed from Innocap. It also shows the filing updating the authorized shares, now showing 800,000,000. I couldn't view the filing though.
Should be any second that we see filings on OTC Markets website, IMO Finra halt for name/ticker change imminent!!!!

I just sent an email to the attorney listed for INNO on OTC Markets. Lets see if they reply to me.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INNO/profile
https://www.lucbro.com/our-offices
He said he spoke with the former Innocap attorney. I'm sure Unique didn't continue with the shell's old attorney when they merged. He's probably involved in transferring all the documents and records over though.
I'd like to add this report to the iBox, so I hope we see a screenshot of the conversation.
Can you provide documentation of your conversation?
That is some pretty substantial information, if it's documented.
You're welcome. As we wait for our name change to go into process, I'm watching the Finra site, but I'm also following Renee here. Renee reports on all the Finra activity as it shows up, and often posts the findings on the board it relates to. More eyes on what we're all looking for here.
If anyone wants to check my post history, I had a conversation with Renee on another board regarding length of wait for the type of changes we're waiting for. The replies were encouraging. When companies have all their ducks in a row, Finra is usually pretty quick....which translates into maybe a few weeks total wait time.
I get the feeling Unique is as eager to get these changes done as we are. As long as all the paperwork was in order, we should be hearing from Finra soon, IMO.
As far as when papers were submitted or when the waiting period started, I do not have that information.

Much appreciated.
Nice buys EOD. Somebody must know something!!!! LOL
Ok, so it's dependent on each situation. Good to know that it can happen quickly when everything is proper.
This BAYP should be delisted. When I first started with OTC I bought 7M at .0002 and sold it for a push. It was a stepping stone in my learning process.
GL & thanks again!
I will steer clear, thank you.
Thank you for that explanation. I was curious because this was one of the first OTC tickers I traded years ago. Wasn't sure if this was a turn around or if it was still status quo. Looks like more of the same scamming nonsense.
I've got another ticker I'm waiting for a name change on. Just out of curiosity, do you know how long Finra is taking to process that kind of stuff?
Thanks for all of your updates Renee. So did the company change hands, or is the "D" added to alert people of the split?
This is how I pass the time:
For the full effect, play both together.
Thank you chris, good eye! This story is going into the iBox right now.
That would spark off a PTT- you know what I'm talking about- type of run!!!!
This is my favorite set of indicators. Bollinger bands with a 20 day SMA and accumulation/distribution.
We've been in the top channel for over 20 trading days and accumulation is not showing any sign of weakness. The missing component at this point is volume.
Thank you nurse, you are correct.
I know how difficult it is to hold a stock during these times of waiting. With the L2 tricks at play, and a seemingly quiet company, it's easy to forget the enormity of the merger we are waiting on.
Logic and reason backed by information is the best way to approach these situations. That is why I post all of the information I gather. Some of it might seem insignificant, or even annoying....but that's how I roll. I want everyone to have the same information, and if I've missed something or if I'm mistaken about something I hope someone will point it out to me.
When I first learned how to trade in 1998, the absolute first thing my (trader) teacher taught me was how to identify buyers and sellers on L2. The very next thing was....don't trade on emotion.
Unique Logistics Mega Merger!!!! Detailed summary:
D&B does an amazing job of compiling all of the relevant Unique Logistics companies and related data. I don't subscribe to their site, but the amount of information they provide for free is more than adequate.
Click the links below to browse each company, and remember, the listed subsidiaries of each one also provide services and generate revenues for the newly merged entity!
UL Hong Kong is the parent company who initiated the present merger.

Next we have UL New York (AKA: UL USA) showing a parent and a sub, as well as revenues. UL USA is one of the three merging in companies for the current merger.

UL ATL in Atlanta is another of the merging in companies for the current merger.

Lastly for this merger is UL BOS in Boston.

The 8K from 10/13/20 explains that in addition to the present merger, (the new) UL HK will have the option to proceed with another merger within 12 months. This new merger would add UL India and UL China to the list of merged in companies.

I was more focused on CHAG when I first learned about Petzel's story. Then as the PPS rose here, it became more difficult for me to justify adding because there were other opportunities that demanded attention.
I'll hold for the next set of filings and reevaluate. But selling before then isn't something I'm considering at this point.
As far as longevity, my average is .0732 and I only bought once. So my position size is small, but the P & L on relatively small moves makes it worth waiting. I don't miss the money I put in, and it's never turned red on me, so I have no reason to sell into nothingness.
I don't know his history as well as you, but I think these bid whacks are from impatient, short-term shareholders.
Timing is important, but even if things are not meshing well, Montecristo's revenues showing up in our filings will have quite an impact on PPS, IMO.
I'm anxious to move to the next level, but patience is important. I'm looking for filings and the Broadside website to be updated to reflect the merger. That's what will move us in the right direction. But until then, I'm not concerned with some hasty bid whackers.
Simple and sweet. Well said.
All the "somebody knows something" talk is true. We ALL know what's coming.
I've taken care to present all the information I think is relevant in the iBox. The links there will take you to the 8K that explains the present merger and the future proposed merger. They also link to the latest 14C filing that explains the name/ticker change, the 2020 plan, and outlines the upcoming changes to the articles of incorporation.
There's a copy of a shareholder notification of corporate action dated December 16, 2020. All recent and relevant news is there. There's even a link to a D&B site that lists all the UL parents, subs, and partners.
Information is useless though if it's not utilized. This is a significant merger that will bring together the largest parts of UL. Plus, anyone who has read the 8K filing I mentioned knows that there is ANOTHER MERGER ON TAP with UL India (Private) and UL China North and East, within 12 months.
I post what I post and spend time doing iBoxes because I know how difficult it can be to gather relevant information about companies.
Please don't buy or sell based on what I say. But please look over the information I present before making decisions. Those who make informed decisions rather than trading on emotion will ultimately be better off, IMO.
We're seeing OTCX and CFGN come to the bid more lately. Those two are all institutional trading. CFGN was a big player in the last run.
Just more information. Take it or leave it.
All I'm doing is sharing information. I agree that none of these low volume games will matter once we get our news and volume returns.
But in the meantime, I'm not letting this accumulation game scare me out of my shares, and I enjoy pointing it out.
The PPS would be a lot higher if this was not going on, but every day I watch people fall for this nonsense and use the time frame as another excuse to talk themselves into giving up their shares.
I'm not trying to convince anyone to hold, or add. I just want people to have all the information possible before they make a decision.
Also, IMO the time frame is not a concern yet. I've been holding another stock for 3 years because I know the end result is worth the wait. That's the same logic I use here. I know it will be worth the wait. I have a high tolerance for waiting on businesses to make changes because I know what's involved.
It matters to me, because it allows me to understand why the PPS is going down. I don't understand the aversion to L2 analysis. I post my analysis the same way a chartist would post chart analysis.
L2 is easy to watch, but it's not always easy to read. Take advantage of the information I post, or disregard it. My information is free, but people pay to learn this stuff elsewhere.
58k & 96k now are the working orders.
Anyone notice the offer downtick as soon as someone went lower?
This is how traders who don't understand what's going on with L2 end up giving away their shares.
61k offer pushed the sells into the .075 bid, now they lowered the bid and show 58k.
Now anyone who comes in with a lower offer will get undercut and sell pressure will go towards those lower bids. Very easy to follow these clowns, so I hope nobody falls for their lies.
I suspect that 29k offer is part of the same scheme also. They will change these things up slightly over time to try to mask the pattern. I am not flashing the quote at all today to move these guys around, I think anyone who has been watching can pick them out by now.
What exactly is going on with that, I can only speculate.
I've noticed the ask amounts not changing when they get hit. MMs can hide shares on OTC similarly to how retail can hide shares on big board tickers. They also all have L3 quotes, so they see all the other MM orders and the retail AONs. OTCX is one of the MMs who often gives fills for prices and amounts not displayed.
Could be a number of things, not necessarily the company selling shares.
Wow, that's exactly what just happened, LOL.
Ok, now somebody needs to take out all the offers up to .65....
5....
4....
3....
2....
1....
NOW!!!!
Nice add here. We will revisit .20 and beyond easily, IMO. Bidders already stepping it up. Half a penny spread, someone might be better off slapping the ask....IMO!
Same ole story on the quote today. Offers undercutting everything, trying to drive shares into the bid. 61k just undercut my 23k 3 or 4 times.
Easy to spot if you know what to look for.
We got some good information watching L2 today. Early in the day the one tick shaving orders were not present on the bid or ask. After a few hours of that stuff being gone we saw buyers return and a nice move up for the PPS.
For much of the afternoon the tick shavers returned, but after making some obvious undercuts, the ask undercutter disappeared, and for the last couple of hours the ask wasn't burdened down, so nobody hit the bids and we had a nice finish.
I know my analysis isn't for everyone, but if anyone is interested, I first learned how to trade L2 in 1998. Back then online trading had not taken off yet, so I traded with a group of about 11 in a small office, and because of vast rule differences back then, we all had daytrading buying power in excess of 100 to 1....now it's generally 4 to 1. All day long we muscled quotes around similar to what I'm seeing on this quote. It's second nature for me to spot this kind of stuff and it's fun to teach people how to spot these things.
What sucks is when I see people caving in to this manipulation and making huge decisions while not recognizing the game that's being run. Take it for what it's worth. Studying what's happening and understanding why the quote or PPS is acting the way it's acting will help everyone to make more informed decisions.
Thank you for that confirmation. Information is power. Understanding what we're seeing on the quote is extremely important, and when the volume is low like this, it's easy to spot these tricks.
Just the one simple accumulation/distribution study reveals there is an anomaly going on. Accumulation would be falling if sentiment were truly negative.
I'm glad you are able to see what I'm talking about C13.
Update: 63K offer now driving sellers into the 67k bid. They might as well put up a billboard.
