2/2 Hard to tell how long before they decide. Only new information in filings is FINRA expulsion hearing appears to have started on time before this. They estimate once this appeal is decided the hearing would take another 3-4 days to complete. So FINRA wasn't waiting to begin

Who knows? ALPINE lied, cheated and stole from shareholders from hundreds of companies! With Alpine getting the boot, will they file bankruptcy or cease operations? DTCC will have to force Alpine/Kramers to cover, if Alpine/Kramers won't/can't cover DBMM/GTII naked shorts, DTCC has to cover, clean naked short mess. Will they start to cover? When? No-one knows. JMHO

Nothing could be accomplished by DBMM without overcoming all of the obstacles that they have in the last several years. Now that the oppressive SEC overhang has been removed there is nothing to encumber DBMM or deter investors or a merger candidate.
We have a clean slate now, essentially DBMM is a clean shell with one subsidiary which is an attractive opportunity for those looking for easy access to the public markets.
IMO, we should receive news from DBMM that will lead to up listing to OTCQB markets in the coming months.
The wild card is the expulsion of ALPINE. If they in fact have hundreds of millions or billions of synthetic or counterfeit naked shares to cover and can’t, I see the DTCC having to pony up and cover and that could create a moass. It can’t be discounted until the Kramer lawsuits and ALPINE cases are completed. Then and only then will we all see the effects on DBMM and the stock.
IMO, it’s definitely worth accumulating a nice bundle of golden tickets to see how this plays out over the next month or so!
