Outstanding observation about DBMM Love*Pink!

Exactly. I posted this long time back.
Even before SEC dismissed DBMM OIP.
That NAKED shorts have connections with Insiders in SEC. Now - SEC themself dismissed OIP for internal breach. And I like your question- who got the information and mainly which outside parties - Naked Shorts.

The way they handled the OIP and the way BEGGING going on since so many years - I see BILLION+ NAKED SHORT POSITION trapped.

They tried hard to destroy DBMM but FAILED.
Now - next step is to do begging.
It is currently happening at all time high level.
WHY ?
Because they know time to cover is approaching.. it’s either them or DTCC - buy back billion+ naked shorts shares @ whatever price. Nothing available at these levels. Bring it way high up and you will get some choice. With DTCC - they won’t even care how high PPS will go. It will be - hit the ask until all NSS position is covered. Will happen when least expected. Will be one of the biggest squeeze stock market has ever seen.

The DTCC will have to cover this mess which the SEC had caused with their poor lawyers who lost the case in 2019 and now the internal breach of information inside the SEC which caused 42 companies to close out their litigation. I would like to know who got the information and was it released to outside parties. This was all done to avoid litigation.
