The Company upon completion of it's purposed S-1 Registration Statement being declared "Effective" plans to invest up to $5 million of financing from an equity purchase agreement signed earlier in the year with GPL Ventures to complete and acquire original film content for its commercial B2B Video on Demand (VOD) network.

$AMDA This is just the first part of the puzzel,first we get the RS approved,Then we get the hercules loan paid off,Then we get the BO offer,I think RS size will depend on the price per share of zimmer and AMDA at the time the deal is made if zimmer is one we are dealing with.We know they have been trying to hold AMDA in the .32 range for awhile now,maybe so the price didnt get out of hand and they would have to upper there offer,or maybe to keep us off the radar so not to attract attention from other companys or maybe to look like the offer is real good compared to what we have been trading at.But our company is worth alot more than what we have been trading at.I say $10.00 a share pre split is still cheap for what we have coming down the pipe line,All we can do is quess for now but I think were moving in the right direction,and things could look real good soon,just my opinion

$DNAX I agree with you 100 % on chapter 11 and chapter 7.I just wounder if the court will allow him to do a chapter 11,where as we have no business,no income and no prospect of income to come.Hes not even sure what kind of business he will get into.chapter 11 gives you time to hold off creditors while you reorganize.but we have nothing to reorganize.Most of the money owed I think is between the ceo and mel and who ever else they have involved,maybe a few vendors.As far as shareholders go I think there fine for now under chapter 11 but screwed if we go chapter 7.I dont have a clue what will happen,but I cant see a Judge except a chapter 11,enless ceo gives him a big dream story,then it will depend on the judge.but even chapter 11 doesnt get rid of all debt,maybe just pay so much on a dollar owed.but we have no money to pay any thing and no income,just my thoughts

DEA Chief Chuck Rosenberg to Resign - What it Means for the Marijuana Industry

Chuck Rosenberg, top dog at the Drug Enforcement Administration will be resigning, effective this Sunday, October 1st. When Rosenberg called medical marijuana ‘a joke,' patients responded in force demanding his resignation. Now that we've got it - what does it mean for the marijuana industry?



To give a short answer - Rosenberg's resignation probably can't hurt the marijuana industry. As mentioned above, Rosenberg was clearly not a weed supporter. "What really bothers me is the notion that marijuana is also medicinal -- because it's not," Rosenberg said in a briefing to reporters.



As an added layer of protection against whoever takes Rosenberg's place, the federal budget approved earlier this month extended federal protections for state-legalized medical marijuana patients and providers - essentially blocking the DEA from pursuing them.



Rosenberg has served in his position since 2015, when he took over for then-DEA Administrator Michelle Leonhart following a series of scandals. During the Obama administration, Rosenberg and his team not only denied millions of patients access to medical marijuana but also pushed to keep cannabis as a Schedule 1 drug, including all extracts such as CBD.


As the Trump administration deals with the ongoing opioid crisis and an increased number of states in support of the miracle plant, will there be any shift in the push towards the legalization or at least re-scheduling of marijuana?


Jeffrey Zucker, President of Green Lion Partners stated, "the resignation of a man who referred to medicinal cannabis as "a joke" is a welcome one, although it comes with potential perils. Rosenberg's chosen successor could have a major impact on the industry, which will collectively be waiting with bated breath to learn the identity of his replacement and his or her stance on cannabis. It's a prudent time to appoint someone who acknowledges scientific facts and understands the damages and vast impact of the Drug War and why it isn't working."



It is not certain who will replace Rosenberg but the ongoing debate over the nation’s drug laws will have a major pull in nominees to fill the top DEA slot, including rumored New Jersey State Police Superintendent Rick Fuentes.
