Seems someone can get info out of them on their twitter feed... Lol
They are waiting to dump the millions of shares they just got before the pps goes to .0001
No revenue and no MJ news. Pilus is a long term project that could take awhile but will not help in the short term to drive the price.
I am thinking once they close the Doc's deal and earnings are released, it should give some life to the pps.
Also, with all these new faces, I am sure they are working on another acquisition or venture that will expand the diversity of the company.
JMO
I'm sure the deal is strictly revenue sharing. Both are pretty small companies. Ultralife with a <$100 million market cap. I believe the deal will be sort of how amazon does with their products. You buy off of the 3rd party site and they will throw you 20% of the profit. I don't see any real up front money from IDST because they don't have much to give. All of this is JMO.
To me this company's value will be based on earnings and not speculation IMO. A motorsports company isn't some MJ play where it can be worth a billion overnight if it is legalized. It will be valued quarter to quarter. People saying it will run to this or that on no news will be disappointed IMO.
The revenue from all those signatures collected would not have been on the 10-Q. Thinking this next 10-Q will have a substantial increase.
SUNWorks is obviously this stock.
How is this running on no news? Have the MMs walked this down enough finally and we are seeing the bounce?
JN is delaying when he gets his shares. This most likely means that he is expecting a big gain in pps and he did this so his trust quits selling at this low price IMO.
10-Q of +~$3 million in revenue may produce a nice gap.
Now we just need him to be interviewed on Mad Money.
Lucky never emails back. Thought it was supposed to be transparent?
Scroll down and start with page 27. They are in bed with quite a few toxic lenders who have much control over them.

Looks like they are in a bit of trouble.

It is very strange. I'm not sure CTC/KNAP is even part of IceWeb anymore. In my previous posts in my email to CTC/KNAP, the response was that they were not in authority to talk about IceWeb. This is very fishy. Wouldn't you be able to talk about your own company?
UnifiedOnline! LLC has only been around 1 month and I cannot find hardly any information on them. They have been given quite a bit of voting power.
Howe coming back is a bit baffling as well. Is he trying to drain more money out of the company? Will he take the company private after depleting the share price? I have no idea.
If they do not go bankrupt and do not have revenue, I expect to see a reverse split to enable more dilution to keep the doors open.
All of this is my opinion and my opinion only.
Highlights from recent 8K.

Yes it did, that's why slow decline of pps IMO. Still should see the revenue from signatures collected though.
Most likely they did it for funding.
Perhaps after hours or morning news? Usually don't see those weird swings from nothing.
Any link for this?
I usually see them at the very end of the day.
That is not the article you were referring to.

buckyboy, I have no private message, but please tell me where it actually says "E-Waste Systems" in that article.
Just because it says "e-waste" doesn't mean it is the actual company, which it is not. "E-Waste" is a very generic term used in the industry.
Another boring fluff PR.
This news has been out for a week already.
It works, but their web developers suck.

All the sites I have created are at least in the 80's for benchmark performance.
What are "cheep" shares? Didn't know this was an incubation business... Sorry had to throw that one out there.
"At December 31, 2013 we had a working capital deficit of $2,243,917 and an accumulated deficit of $50,828,498"
I would say this company is toast.
For how many followers there are, this board is pretty dead.
People need to learn proper grammar on this board...
I would like to see another acquisition before the release of the panels. Would have a bigger market to sell them.
It says they are still looking for acquisitions. I expect this could be the next news. With SUNWorks, they could probably pay with cash instead of dilution.
And that revenue is just for the residential division. Doesn't even count the farms and if there were other businesses.
I don't play video games. For my day job I am a Systems Analyst/Programmer. The one on the far right is 24 inches so I guess that would be the best one.
The prices are around $1000 a KW in today's prices. 4 million would be realistic 10 years ago.
I am in SLTD and SSOL. Both are fast growing. XSNX was tempting at first but looks too much like a scam.
It has been a week since a "blind trust" trade. Could that mean some big news is coming out?
It would buy on the smallest ask I believe.
