"Legal Proceedings
We received subpoenas from the SEC on June 28, 2011 and March 28, 2012 requiring us to provide documentation to the SEC and for designated officers to provide testimony to the SEC. The SEC is investigating us and our officers, directors and others regarding compliance or possible violations under certain securities laws, primarily relating to our issuance and sale of unregistered securities, the purchase and sale of our securities and reports and other disclosures that we made to our shareholders and publicly. We have been cooperating with the SEC with respect to its investigation. Our Chief Executive Officer provided testimony to the SEC on the record and we produced documents to the SEC in response to the subpoenas. The SEC has

the authority to order a wide scope of remedies against us and any of our officers or directors, any of which could materially and adversely affect us, our ability to issue our securities and the price of, or ability to trade, our common stock. The SEC is continuing its investigation and we cannot provide any assurance of when the SEC investigation will be concluded or the effect of any remedies that the SEC may seek to enforce, if any."

"Future Projects
In the ordinary course of our business, we consider projects that complement our business strategy. For example, we have executed a non-binding letter of intent and are currently negotiating a purchase and sales agreement to acquire an approximately 18 megawatt biomass energy power plant located in southern California that has an existing power purchase agreement with a local utility. The facility requires repairs to certain of its power generation assets to resume operations. We are evaluating this facility and identifying capital sources for our investment in this facility as well as the required repairs, which we expect will be offset by certain federal incentives. Our consideration of this acquisition is subject to the satisfactory completion of our due diligence and other conditions. There can be no assurance that we will acquire this facility."

they are it looks like pursuing their business interests that were being pursued prior to going to greys
"We also expect to spend approximately $25,000 per month in incremental development and operational expenses for our newly acquired facility in Susanville, California. Cash on hand should be sufficient to fund operations for substantially all of 2012"

interesting....wonder if they are getting ready to come off the greys?
"distribution is down hill as they cannot fill demand"
Didn't see anything about this...wonder what the 'turnaround' company who just took them over will do about that.
"A short time later I find out that they are short of cash and distribution is down hill as they cannot fill demand"
who told you this
If you tried it at work where was that that they were carrying it?
I have it on both my iPhones....and it works perfectly and THEN it's fun! but I bought it mainly to see if it worked.
apps are in an equivalent ocean scenario.....how does a company get recognized? It's all about quality and marketing and that brings NAMEBRANDING which then turns into additional interest in the company
then it's probably the one we should be watching and not Anna?
is this company now the authorized distributor of Meridian products? Anyone know?
http://www.yolomedical.com/history.php
"As part of Meridian's continued commitment to global expansion we are proud to introduce a new team member, Dr. Jonas LaForge. He is trained and certified in the use of aesthetic laser technologies for the purpose of body contouring and inch loss. Dr. Jonas LaForge currently holds the position of Director of Medical and Technical Sales at Meridian Medical Inc. His extensive leadership in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, his experience in aesthetic training, and his knowledge and enthusiasm of the aesthetic market combine to make him uniquely qualified to lead the Lapex-2000 LipoLaser division of Meridian. Dr. LaForge will be travelling to Mexico next week to meet with Meridian's distributor, World Scientific Instrument with the purpose of training over 20 physicians on the use of low-level laser for body contouring"

Same Dr. Jonas LaForge as the Yolo team Dr. Jonas LaForge?
http://www.yolomedical.com/team.php
it's all about marketing...
I like the potential of this service and I think there are a lot of untapped restaurant resources out there....it's all about 'how to reach them'
so looks like they are using the free ones to attract potential buyers to the paid ones? the question remains....in the ocean of apps how are they getting attention for their's?
I was looking at Apple Apps and I notice some of them have 2000 places and was wondering if the company listed in all those categories or apple did....even the first one i put up yesterday had a good amount of categories would seem to me that would be a major goal to get listed in as many places as possible
"I don't know if flooding the market with d grade apps"
from what I can see they have a few good ones and many for me wouldn't be interesting enough to buy....they need quality, substance content apps up there. It's what they plan on doing that interests me, not what they have up there at this point. There are a few good ones. They have a busienss plan...several models actually. Be interesting to see if they can grow them. I don't any evidence of many investors buying these apps...my guess is there'd be a flood of reviews if that were the case.....
how do you get them listed in different categories? Is that something the company lists them in? Apple?
be interesting to watch the exposure on this Phone Tracker GPS Tracking....127 a/o 6/18/2012
http://www.appannie.com/app/ios/phone-tracker-gps-tracking/
Code Breaker Logic Puzzle getting good exposure
Code Breaker Logic Puzzle
they have a verifiable product on Itunes....where's the scam?
I like the "more" feature when you download one of their apps that brings you to some of their others...good feature.
I am hoping we see more apps uploaded to itunes this week and great quality ones...I'm not a fan of the lightweight apps. They just clutter my iphone.
all apps under one company name gives better recognition....and more inclusive recognition when you are looking for apps by a company you tried and liked. From what I can see there is nothing on itunes
that refers you to the other developer names the company may have....so again think about it...it's all about the marketing....when you think about Dell Computers you don't have to go to 3 vendor names to find Dell Computers....or Walmart or Home Depot. Same theory should apply here unless the vendor names have a different arrangement (i.e. the company shares ownership of the apps then I could understand why this would happen)
it's called NAME BRANDING
and the concept is called KISS (keep it simple stupid)
many great companies get lost in the ocean of competitors because of their lack of marketing skills in advertising, website management and product management.
Harbor game is FUN! They should have that advertised as an icon type rather than a "tab". More colorful, more appealing. Gives a sense of enjoyment and fun rather than a boring tab. And a few
more with a similiar presentation.....the site needs color! When your product is fun....or productive
have the site reflect these characteristics.....
I don't like their websites....the app-action one is way too confusing for me. I'm not looking for all that information. I'm looking for information on this company only. Give me an ABOUT tab....PRODUCTS tab and be specific (Itunes Apps, Android Apps) and put them side by side and not have the statement tab in the middle...CONTACT tab....LINKS TO OUR OTHER SITES tab...and take out all the rest of the noise....I've been 3 days trying to figure out what products they sell and it's simply a waste of time. Imagine if I were a customer? And make the Apps looked organized...not so many blank spaces. Color should be changed too. Websites are a window to your business....if they are confusing they leave the reader thinking the business is confusing. And have each of the others if you in fact have to have so many websites for one company have the same format.
Why single out the Harbor game on a tab? that's really confusing to me.
all about the marketing....if I don't know it's there I won't be looking for it.
thanks for posting that link....I went back to the beginning and thought you might want
to post that link as well
https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Action+App&start=0&num=12
is there anywhere on the company websites ALL their apps are listed?
do they have any active stores? if yes where? thanks
bought the iphone cell tracking app...installed it on both our iphones....works great! For folks who
have a habit of putting their cellphones down when they go places this is a good addition...for 99 cents! I went over a lot of information from this company last night and for me it's about here forward and what they are going to put up for apps. If they are quality and they are marketed right (they did recognize it's all about the marketing) the risk is good for me. I like the product and the opportunities this company has and it will be fun to watch them as they go forward. Things to watch....expenses and sharecount....
where did it say 'each'?
is he proposing a r/s of 1 for 2? if yes when does a r/s ever work for any shareholder?
hasher should explain this? is he around?
you have to read back on the symbol history of these stocks to see what they were before (if that's the case here. Obviously they aren't furniture related)...who gives the stock newsletter the data?
I don't know that FB is so much about their existing business but based on their business model there's a wide range of possibilites....I think I read they were looking into a phone...hard to beat Apple but I'd be interested in what they have to offer....with the social media concept could we see an ebay type business in the future....he has the audience for anything he wants unlike most other businesses today (except Apple!) so I'm more looking to what he plans for future...I didn't buy this stock but I am watching it.

IsoRay Announces World's First Cesium-131 Mesh Treatment for Meningioma Brain Tumors
Today : Tuesday 5 June 2012
IsoRay Inc. (NYSE Amex: ISR), a medical technology company and innovator in seed brachytherapy and medical radioisotope applications, today announced another milestone in the treatment of brain tumors using its groundbreaking Cesium-131 (Cs-131) seed sutured mesh for internal radiation therapy. Dr. Kris Alan Smith, surgeon and Medical Director, Gamma Knife Center, supported by Dr. David G. Brachman, Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, performed the world's first Cesium-131 brachytherapy seed sutured mesh implant on a female patient suffering from a recurring meningioma tumor.
Meningiomas are an assorted set of tumors that develop in membranous layers surrounding the central nervous system. According to the American Brain Tumor Association, meningiomas are the most common primary brain tumor and represent one-third of all brain tumors. These fast growing tumors often reoccur. They cause pressure on the brain, destroying brain cells and causing a variety of health and quality of life problems for the stricken patient. There are both benign and malignant meningioma tumors.
The Cesium-131 brachytherapy sutured mesh implant was performed on a female patient suffering from her fourth reoccurrence of a meningioma. The sutured mesh was placed over the resected tumor at the time of surgery to provide immediate radiation therapy to the entire tumor bed and margins, which is aimed at preventing tumor reoccurrence. While the patient's tumor had previously reoccurred as early as 6 weeks following her prior treatments with external beam radiation, now, at 90 days after treatment with Cesium-131 seed sutured mesh, there is no sign of tumor reoccurrence.
Typically, meningiomas require multiple treatments with external beam radiation following surgery. Treatment in this manner represents great complexity and difficulty. Because tumors are often large and irregular in shape, delivering a precise dose of radiation is problematic.
Board certified in both Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Brachman said, "Patient acceptance has been very high, and no adverse outcomes have been noted to date." Dr. Brachman also pointed to Cesium-131's distinctive abilities. "Cesium-131 provides a unique biological advantage regarding the timing of radiation, being utilized at the time of the surgery before tumor cells can repopulate, which helps to maximize the therapeutic benefit of radiation treatment," he explained.
IsoRay is the exclusive manufacturer of Cesium-131. The pioneering brachytherapy therapy is one of the most significant advances in internal radiation therapy in 20 years. Cesium-131 allows for the precise treatment of many different cancers because of its unrivaled blend of high energy and its 9.7 day half-life (its unequaled speed in giving off therapeutic radiation).
IsoRay CEO Dwight Babcock says this is just the latest application in brain tumor treatment representing the continued expansion of use of the Company's pioneering Cesium-131 brachytherapy seeds and liquid isotopes. "We are advancing our domestic and international goal of creating widespread awareness and adoption of Cesium-131. The exceptional results that have been realized in treating such a wide array of cancers is drawing an increasing number of inquiries from the medical community. We believe Cesium-131's ability to fight cancer and improve the quality of life for the men, women, and children who are battling these devastating cancers distinguishes it from other treatment options."
In addition to its CMS codes, Cesium-131 is FDA-cleared and holds a CE mark for international sales in seed form for the treatment of brain cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, ocular melanoma cancer, colorectal cancer, gynecologic cancer, head and neck cancer and other cancers throughout the body. The treatment can be deployed using several delivery methods including single seed applicators, implantable strands and seed sutured mesh, and several new implantable devices including the GliaSite® radiation therapy system, the world's only liquid radiation balloon catheter device used in the treatment of brain cancer.

what assets? ~and~ what financing arrangement?
