"P.S. the BK issue has reduced revenues in many ways but revenues can return"
Yes they CAN return.
Revenue doesnt mean profit.
REVENUE. Net revenue decreased by 54.4%, from $27,161,034 for the three months ended September 30, 2003 to $12,378,140 for the three months ended September 20, 2004. The decrease in revenue was partially due to the 52% decrease in minutes of usage in GlobalNet's network from 391 million minutes for the three months ended September 30, 2003 to 187 million minutes for the three months ended September 30, 2004. The decrease in revenue was also due to an overall decrease in GlobalNet's weighted average sell rate from $0.0695 per minute for the three
NET LOSS. The net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2004 totaled $6,584,759 representing a 121% increase over a net loss of $2,979,268 for the three months ended September 30, 2003. The increase in net loss was primarily due to the reduced operating margin due which decreased from $1,670,517 for the three months ended September 30, 2003 to $88,015 for the three months ended September 30, 2004 as a result of the Company's decreased revenue.
Bankruptcy Proceeding
On June 30, 2004, GlobalNet International LLC (the "Debtor"), our wholly owned subsidiary, commenced a proceeding ( the "Chapter 11 Proceeding") under chapter 11 of the title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Chapter 11 Proceeding does not include GlobalNet Corporation and its remaining subsidiaries, and those entities continue to operate in the ordinary course of business outside of bankruptcy. Since June 30, 2004, the Debtor has continued to manage their property as debtor in possession, subject to the supervision of the Bankruptcy Court and in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy Code. An immediate effect of the filing of the Chapter 11 Proceeding is the imposition of the automatic stay under section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, which, with limited exceptions, enjoined the commencement or continuation of:
o all collection efforts by creditors;
o enforcement of liens against any assets of the Debtor; and
o litigation against the Debtor.

I got my FNRP! Like 20000 shares and I already sold'em:)
GLBT didnt do so hot last year. They only had half the business as the year before. The only thing I can see in their favor is if they had a good fourth quarter seeing as they havnt reported 4th quarter earnings as of yet.
how is free trade? I have an etrade account and it's $12 a trade witch isnt all that fun to a low roller like me. Any suggestions.

SEATTLE, July 26, 2004 – Global supercomputer leader Cray Inc. (Nasdaq NM: CRAY) today reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004.
The company reported second quarter revenue of $21.7 million, compared to $61.8 million in the same period last year. GAAP net loss for the quarter was ($54.5) million, or ($0.64) per share, compared to net income of $7.9 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2003.
Non-GAAP(1) net loss was ($11.7) million for the quarter, or ($0.14) per share. Non-GAAP net loss for the quarter excludes $45.8 million in charges related to the acquisition of OctigaBay, the majority of which relates to the write-off of in-process research and development.
The majority of the $9.5 million in product revenue came from continued progress on the lower margin Cascade and Red Storm engineering projects. Revenue from the Cray X1™, the company’s only current product, was negligible for the quarter. Revenue from service was $12.2 million, with increased margins of 36.0%, as compared to 31.3% in the prior year.
“While we expected the second quarter to be weak, the weakness was compounded by a contract delay for a major order and a continued general slow-down in the defense segment,” said Jim Rottsolk, CEO of Cray Inc.
The company recorded a significant increase in backlog, as predicted, of $51 million, to $126 million from $75 million in the previous quarter. “In addition to this increase in backlog, we announced major wins that will be booked in future periods,” said Rottsolk.
Outlook & Restructuring
The company said the following factors will affect the balance of the year:
•!!! The next generation vector product, the Cray X1E, will not generate revenue until the first quarter of 2005 due to delays in engineering and fabrication!!!
• While production of the Sandia Red Storm system has begun and the first shipment is expected this quarter, delays in part shipments will impact the number of systems that can be delivered to other customers this year.
So many stocks, so little money.

P.S.

I bought some ELCO last week at .16 But I wish I bought some IFOB when I was thinking about it:)
I never said that I said I dint care about them.
Believe it or not I actually did my homework before I bought this one a year ago. LOL. I also understand if you own the stock and bash it through frustration, but, it just get's to me when people bash a stock because they have nothing else to do. I come to this forum to find out new thing's on CMKX because it the easiest and quickest way. But, lately it seems like there's more basher's than shareholders on the forum.
So then why bash the stock.
Anyone buy ETLC at .03, LOL.
I could care less about photo's. Photo's dont mean jack to me. I care about making money and not going to a forum of a stock im invested in and read post's of poeple putting down the stock time and time again. What's the point!?! I understand shorting shares and all that bullshit but when a stock is at the lowest price it can be there's no point. NO POINT!
I've yet to see a basher do nothing but do what you just did. Copy and paste what some one else said about the company that is invested in the company and bash what is wrong with it or say it's more lies and so on and so forth.
sorry
Was that what happend with CMKX last year. I think it went up to like .0014 and then went back down. As dumb as I was I didn't sell thinking it would keep going up. But, if I did sell it and it did keep going up that would have been a little upsetting, but, I do understand why they would do it but they are bashing it at .0001. Doesn't go any lower than that.
I do have to agree with that. Escpecially about the SEC.
My point exactly!
But you think they would do that with a publicly owned stock. Something worth money.
I was making a joke about the complaining. I hope nothing but the best for CMKX and you are right, there are a lot of basher's that, in my opinion, have no reason even posting on this forum and should all join up and start a new forum called basher's anonymous or some other name depicting what they do.
So, any new's coming tomorrow?
But how would that be their gain? Satisfaction of people losing money?
I would have to disagree on that rule. I feel people who own the stock should have the right to bash it because they own it and it feel's better to complain rather than invest in a stock making you money. Now, bashing a stock you don't is EASY because you don't own it but, bashing while owning the stock, that takes a true character:)
NO, your just an out of the closet basher. You're not afraid to show your true self.
