FWIW Just place a sell at "MARKET" order in, see what happens!
O
Yet, seems the calculations are based on “NO ONE” else just dumping shares out of frustration, but I do suspect it’s somewhere in between. My question has been all along, what will the market value of TFN be in 5 years; IMO this will set the value of our tentative 15%+ holdings. An example could be:
TFN Value in 5 years: 1B
BKMP (15%) 150M / 29B = .0051 or a 5000% increase from the .0001 share price you see today!
IMO now that wouldn’t be too bad of a long range investment, in my eyes…FWIW!
Have a great day,
O
FYI - I have no clue, but I was only referring to your "billions" comment, since we have not traded even close to a billion shares total this year, IMO....that's all...FWIW!
O
FWIW - We have not had a billion share WEEK for approximately 6 months???? Not even close to 1B on a daily level for nearly 100 calendar days, IMO!
RE: “Can anyone explain where these billions of shares are coming from?”
The best of luck,
O
FWIW - We have not had a billion share WEEK for approximately 6 months???? Not even close to 1B on a daily level for nearly 100 calendar days, IMO!

Nice: Give us the lower SAR point!
It's close........................
Have a great day,

OT:IMO -THE Half Empty Group will “always” be around! LOL
O
Nice job Art, you are right on! As I mentioned earlier, it is latent to many others today, but IMO (BKMP) is the ONLY vehicle available today if “someone” wants a piece of that pie that you graciously illustrated for all, our 15%+!
AND IMO at .0001 for only or 2.9M someone could grab a 15%+ stake in the corporation, larger than Mayhems 13%!
But what is the REAL value today, in 2 years or 5 years…….10M, 50M or more?
I bet by the end of this year the BKMP shareholders will know what this value is………………………….
Thank You,
O
Sounds good on the surface, but in contrast to what? Within your new stricter guidelines from high above, any help/gut feel on the OS shares/float right now?
29/29?
29/14.5?
29/5?..etc...this area would help with the faith here!...LOL
TIA
O
Testing..testing…………………………………………. BKMP this has been a test of the emergency inflation system, in the event of real inflation you would have been instructed to............??????………LOL
Have a great day all,
O

The growth, based upon the Company’s anticipated unaudited financial results for 2007, is within the estimate provided in the SDGL’s January 3, 2007 press release.
2008 Business Outlook
For fiscal 2008, revenue is expected to be between $55 – 60 million and net income in the range of $2.5 - $3.5 million. In providing guidance for 2008, the Company said it expects to increase revenue through expanded operations in the U.S. and China. 2008’s forecast is based on recurring contracts and orders received in the third and fourth quarter of 2007. The forecast does not include new orders and contracts currently being negotiated with several parties.
SDGL has completed the streamlining of its operations into 3 business segments: multimedia content production, business process outsourcing services; and integrated RFID, GSM, GPS, WIFI and Bluetooth applications (“integrated wireless applications”). Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL - News), a global provider of business process outsourcing services and systems integrator for Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) and Global Positioning System (“GPS”) enabled tracking applications today unveiled its new EyStar Bluetooth GPS receiver for the U.S. market.
The EyStar Bluetooth GPS receiver forms part of a system comprising of navigation software installed in either a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone, PDA or laptop. No cable or line of sight is required to connect the receiver to a compatible cell phone, PDA or laptop. The pocket-sized receiver can be used without external power for up to 15 hours. The 20-channel all-in-view tracking SiRF Star III GPS receiver with its high sensitivity is particularly suitable for city or mountain navigation.
The EyStar Bluetooth GPS receiver is a cheaper alternative to vehicle mounted navigation systems as it has the advantage of being moved from one vehicle to another or be used as a navigator for mountain hiking.
The Company said that its Bluetooth GPS receiver is expected to be launched in the United States during the first quarter of 2008 and retailed at less than $100.00 a unit. The price does not include the Microsoft Street and Trips navigation software.
“The introduction of the Eystar Bluetooth GPS receiver reflects the Company’s continued focus on the positive experience of the individual traveler as well as increasing the diversity of navigation and tracking solutions,” said Patrick Lim, Chairman and CEO of Secured Digital. “We want users to know that they can rely on us to get them wherever they want to go, safely, quickly and hassle-free.”
Agree! IMO the perfect storm approaches, the infra structure clean, excellent executives on board, market segment growing exponentially and the China connection......a powerful combination with proper execution.
THE company is undervalued and still a sleeper given the demonstrated performance.........for now! IMO

IMO - Near equivalent valuation to the IPO established level, prior to the IPO, like an open market take over.
Good Luck,
O

Older History:
For the offering and the reorganization, the fund, the partnership and Alliance Atlantis were represented by Torys LLP, under the direction of ****Paul Laberge******, senior vice-president, corporate development, and general counsel, Martin Saipe, director, corporate legal, and Lisa Mendelson, corporate counsel, Alliance Atlantis.
Movie Distribution Income Fund closed, on October 15, 2003, its initial public offering of trust units, raising total proceeds of $156 million. The proceeds were used to acquire a 43 per cent interest in a newly-formed limited partnership, Motion Picture Distribution LP, which in turn applied the offering proceeds and bank financing to acquire the Canadian and U.K. motion-picture distribution and related businesses of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., for total consideration of approximately $231 million. The underwriters’ over-allotment option was exercised on November 14, raising $23 million of additional proceeds.

BKMP analogy ...YES/NO... Good Luck ALL: The fierce resistance of the Spartan-led army offered Athens the invaluable time to prepare for a decisive naval battle that would come to determine the outcome of the war.
The performance of the defenders at the battle of Thermopylae is often used as an example of the advantages of training, equipment, and good use of terrain as force multipliers, and has become a symbol of courage against overwhelming odds.
You can lose the battle and still win the war!
Thanks Web,
O
p.s. The WALLS have ears!
ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
FWIW..................lol
Have a great weekend all,
O
Interesting History!
O
The sports analyst getting through first, Big John getting the questions……
O
FWIW - If I can add my 2 pennies in reference to this statement:
"Any profitable company would be glad to buyout BKMP @0.0001, because they'd get it for free and a little profit."
What would the majority owners charge for 15% of TFN today, 5 years from today? What if they wanted to increase past this amount and the corporation was unwilling to offer it, only 1 road left open to get to the arena!
Have a great night all,
O
Question: Any guesses at what it would cost to purchase a 15% ownership stake in TFN today, 5 years from today?
Just curious..............
TIA
O
OT – FWIW here’s hoping we are in one of the slots!

20,000,000,000 x .0001 = 2M
And an example only, obviously they would not all go at .0001
Good Luck,
O
Grabber hit the nail, but again it just 1 grain in an endless sea of others so again, take it at that.....it's only a single grain in a a sand clock...lol that could lend some support to one theory relative to rumored price targets.
Stranger things do happen, I was in one where 95% of the shares were purchased off the open market by one buyer....it was wild and unbelievable!
Have a great night,
O
OT and FWIW From another board, that most know of.....a little dated but still interesting nonetheless...a one shot post!
