It's interesting that Dorwart is selling enough to go under the 5% ownership status. And that the actual Good Gaming employees all offered all their shares for sale.
They're either going to announce something along the lines of a buyout or RM and want the flexibility to sell or hold, or they don't believe in their product and are ready to get out.
Why else register the shares for sale? Honest question, what are the other reasons or what am I overlooking?
The previous filing the Good Gaming crew didn't register their shares for sale.
That's exactly it. Everything is soon, but soon has been a year. When exactly does this soon happen?
They need to talk to investors and customers and get them as excited about their product as they seem to be.
From the outside looking in, there doesn't seem to be much going on, and if there is, they should showcase it more.
The company is really under delivering lately.
They had great momentum behind them for awhile and seem to have squandered it.
I hope they begin taking those merger and aquisitions offers they reported they receive seriously.
They need to prioritize GMER as the clean slate it is and get it I'm the hands of someone(s) that can generate value to it.
They don't seem to have the focus they had last year on building this to be something great and are instead just winging it and hoping something works.
RM with ViaOne so they bring it all under one umbrella, or find another offer from someone who will focus on creating value.
They've lost 90% of the value here from where most shareholders had bought in.
Not sure if you're thinking the same thing as Nit.
I believe Nit is speaking of the S1 registration in Novemeber, you may he thinking of the recent filing of the shares persons related to the company hold.
Not sure, but that may be where the disconnect is.
The S1 shareholders I believe shorted the stock immediately upon receipt of their shares to hedge, as is pretty typical of them to do, which is why we saw increased volume and depressed share price.
Imo.
If I didn't have shares as this point, I'd at least start to accumulate here. Maybe save some cash if you think it's going lower, but this has been the floor for sometime now.
DCA in here now, maybe get the dip, but definitely not miss the upside from one push because when it goes it goes quick.
Imo.
What IR company would you suggest to them? Send them an email with your thoughts.
RedChip doesn't seem to be cutting the cake.
I don't know a lot about Roblox but I hope they know an effective way to market to that audience.
Is that you with the 1mil bid at .01? Lol
Then why schedule a call in the first place is my question I guess. Why schedule it and then push it a mo th and a half. I can see a few days due to personal / business needs, but a month and a half is a long time.
Is it that a deal is being made and they needed more time to finalize it? Or they just said oh crap we have nothing to report.
Just weird timing, especially with the S8 filing.
I wonder why?
David stated 2 years ago that they review M&A offers frequently from an August PR.
This is their baby and they will want to maximize their return on keeping this thing clean and tidy.
Whether that be a ViaOne RM or an outside. I think it's becoming clearer that GMER alone isn't going to take this to the promise land.
They're likely making plans and moves (a lot of the moves can subtly be seen in their filings) to make a substantial change of direction for this.
Whether that's announced tomorrow or not I don't know. But they're likely planning something.
I think his full name is Douglas Adam Wathan. Goes by Adam I believe when not being Fluxty
What is the 10 games you speak of? I've seen where they are releasing 10 pfp collections of each microbuddy species, but not 10 games. Have a link?
Fluxty is on there. Douglas Wathan is the name.
But what can they do to drive that kind of volume? 1,2 3mil a day would be great. But how do they drive that to the stock? They'd need to annouce something a little more concrete and get sales ramped up to reflect that they're growing.
Or an aquisition or merger that would show promising results.
Looks like sellers are drying up.
1mm at .045, next MM at .059, next at .066.
Looks like the holders are holding and sellers are mostly out at this range.
One push could put us back in .10+ range.
Overall market is in thr shitter and likely to continue. Good time to scoop on dips and hold long.
But markets are derisking so we'll see how gmer makes out
Fake News.
That's because on Friday this week is over. Hence next week.
The town hall tonight is about marketing. Submit any questions you have regarding it in discord.
You've been saying that for 5 months. When ya plan on doing it?
Why don't you just sell your 5k shares?
Maybe :D
Might need to bring my shares up to a nice new number. Watching for a good opportunity.
Their plans are strong, their management is strong. Won't be long.
Notes from call.

There's a button on your platform to fix that.
Nothing keeping you here.

$GMER presenting April 21 News.
I missed this yesterday.

11:30 AMGood Gaming Inc.OTCQB: GMER

This virtual event will showcase live company presentations and interactive discussions focused on publicly traded technology companies.
Individual investors, institutional investors, advisors, and analysts are invited to attend.
I tend to agree, seeing as there aren't many new posters or new chatter about GMER yet.
Most of us have filled our buckets of GMER and may be adding a little. But there's people not posting loading a bunch.
News out today from the company on Twitter and discord may not be filtering through the stock holders. If they read it and are selling, they're crazy. https://medium.com/microbuddies/the-zero-hour-72aa60e6f309
Up 43% and hardly anyone talking about it.
Bodes well for when more people figure it out.
$GMER big news, record profit. Starting its move here. Last run went to .75c from .02, currently in the .06 range.
86mil float, 103mil outstanding shares.
Good Gaming Inc. Announces Record Revenues in 2021 and the Elimination of All Outstanding Debt
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/04/18/2423799/0/en/Good-Gaming-Inc-Announces-Record-Revenues-in-2021-and-the-Elimination-of-All-Outstanding-Debt.html
I'm not worried about the penny flippers here. This is how the last run started too. Once volume comes in there's no slowing it down.
Last run went to .75c from less than .01. .02 if we are generous.
This run is starting from .05ish base. Where does it go in the coming month / months?
With only around 86 million shares available it can and does move quickly.
One partnership or development can send it to multidollars any day.
To be fair, the past marketing was a little effective, not nearly enough. But to me it seems they shelved marketing until they developed it further. The new UI/UX change was a big change. With upcoming plans to be announced and the new interface, they're probably getting ready to ramp up marketing now that the overall product is more appealing and easier to use.
That's incredibly dumb. A RS makes no sense whatsoever with outstanding only at 50% of authorized and only a 200,000,000 authorized count.
It makes 0 sense to RS a non maxed AS and even if it were max they'd likely raise it to 500 mil before a RS.
And before you call for a raise, the OS is just 50% of AS.
Not happening.
The debt restructure, the share issuance, the management team and their roles and holdings in the company all point to it.
It is more profitable for all to fold ViaOne into GMER and have GMER be a cog in the public machine rather than the whole machine.
I've always leaned towards the idea of a RM with ViaOne, those recent issuances of shares to ViaOne advisors makes me think that that could be a coming possibility.
If they paired the news and investor call with an annoucement that they will buy up to $1million back off the markets, that could really set things up.
They have cash to buy back shares, even if they spent $1mil on buybacks that could stabilize the price and push it higher while leaving them with $2+mil for funding.
Then if they need to they could reissue those shares at a higher price.
Probably won't. But a decent idea.
They just run minecraft servers. Custom servers that allow players to play on them but GMER can customize the gameplay expierence to make their own twist on the game.
They can make money by charging for coins or upgrades for players characters and items.
That would be a nice announcement, or the merger with ViaOne.
He stated prior to microbuddies announcement that they recieve many M&A offers that they review. So it could be an outside company as well.
Even if it's not that announcement. The fact they do investor calls, interviews, correct filings, etc... leads me to believe they're treating this as a non typical penny stock. They are doing things the way the big board companies do it.
Which instills confidence that that's their ultimate goal.
Haven't come across many of these types of companies with a good SS in the pennies.
