Then why schedule a call in the first place is my question I guess. Why schedule it and then push it a mo th and a half. I can see a few days due to personal / business needs, but a month and a half is a long time.

Is it that a deal is being made and they needed more time to finalize it? Or they just said oh crap we have nothing to report.

Just weird timing, especially with the S8 filing.
