There is always risks when you invest in a company that you may not know or has incomplete info to check. On the whole scale of things, most companies I wouldn't even look at twice.
This one IMO has pass the test for risk and now the growth factor comes to play. I sleep very well these days being on the AMEX also which is VERY big for growth as long as you have the product(s) to produce and public demand for it. We have both.
VTSI will be a player too hopefully mid year the way it looks at this point being the leader in its field with the best products and sales team out there. Contacts mean survival and I feel they have made the contacts already. Just a matter of when the numbers come in.
:)
IMO the risk is gone and has been gone. Those days are over.
If anyone can't see that at this point, pay more later.
Too many positives going on besides Nestles in the fold.
It's nothing but blue sky ahead at the rate we're headed now.
Hey Tim
Doing all I can to help the cause.
And that was my last three 20's!!!
:)
Hey guys, welcome here.
Have to admit it is very quiet but then again without bashers around, it usually is.
My sentiments also except for waiting for 3-5.
Nice post.
Beleive it or not, VTSI although more debt, more shares, more of everything, it is in a simuler situation as CRGQ (now CXN on the AMEX). For all intensive purposes, this is a STORY STOCK also and a great story in its own right. To come from nothing to a (the) leader in its field TODAY (within 2 years)and getting good exposure from the media and impressing potential customers, the battle is won. Every company has its origination, growing pains, mistakes and problems (and alot of shares). Not many become leaders in their field. This has to be recognized and be counted for something of which VTSI has become.
I see a very bright future for this company NOW with the recent past events. Re Circle. Have been with them for many years but only now to reap the big rewards. The same can be said for this stock in my view. Redundent with the phrase, buy low and hold for higher. I beleive that. If you have the product, management, and within that, THE SALES/MARKETING team all you need is paitience and you have your winner. I'm not going anywhere but waiting it out. For the up potential with current pricing, you can't beat it for the short or long term.
Circle Group applies to the AMEX

Away we go. Just hope CRGQ puts out a PR on it so EVERYONE will know. GREAT NEWS!!!!

I know this is the better board. It is a joke these days with all the trash there now.
Excellent post Greg.
Coppied it (credit to you also) for another board.
Hey Guys, the downdraft WILL end.
When? Who knows, only the big seller does. When the company posts some real $$ news, that should be the difference to bring in more buyers then sellers. The way to make some good money is buy when no body else wants it especially when you know what we have product and competition wise. Risky, maybe, but the odds look very good for an easy double from here at the least.
Unless that seller(s) has an endless supply of shares to sell, down it goes more. But when we start getting positive news with some numbers it will go the other way because buyers will be comming in. Just a waiting game now. Hang tough. Pumping? Heck yea, cause it's a great play with VTSI. The only thing slanted here is the price. Everything else points to a go. Just my 28 cents worth tonight!!

Differ somewhat. One person could buy several units for his country or employer. Really have to see what Kelly posts after he rounds up his team and goes over all the data of the interested parties which may have already taken place.
Also it may take a little time in some cases to sign the dotted line even from international parties who want the system(s) now. They may even want an assembly to be set up again at that particular site before a check or firm commetment can be made. This is (IMO) where the sales team makes its money, THE FOLLOW UP.

Yea I agree. Kind of hyped up tonight with the positive responses that we have gotten on this board. Nice to sit on a real stock that has great potential, doesn't it.
Have plenty of shares but if the selling continues just MAY want to get greedy. Know what I mean??
Think Kelly will be sending out PR's like very soon. JMO

To whom it may apply
We DO have the product "of the current time".
It is a reassuring feeling to have several people confirm this product(s) at this expo. With so many want-to-be's out there and fake companies, no matter what the problems (inter circle) there may or may not be, it is good to know and feel we have invested in a company that is for real.
The good news is that they want to stay on the top of the game and not play catch up. As long as this remains fact, we're in business.
Rouster
Excellent report and glad you enjoyed the experience.
Anything to add re the competition?????
Thx :)
Now that was a good observation.
Did not occur to me to have obstacles in the "firing area" to obstruct.
Bravo!!! Please advise Bob Ferris via email of this
as sure it will be a BIG thing as an upgrade for future buyers.
KP
I felt that "thud" on my head. lol The guys here are fast.
Well fellas, for your first experience with the IVR that is just what my wife and I felt when we saw it live, awed just like you.
We do have the "state of the art" gang. Just need to know from Rouster what the COMPETITION has. Don't think they can compete with VTSI but will STILL need to know.
:)
Hang in there ks
Life goes on. Sorry about your loss.

Nice post and you speak for a lot of investors.
It is good tho to have diverse opinions but they and other opinions are what makes the board go round and that is good.
There is no one to sway good logic. One has to evaluate and make his or her opinion by themselves. After all, money is on the line.
Agree with your reasoning and buy and wait it out IF the product(s) are the new wave. In this case, IMO, they are.
Really looking forward to Rouster's report (but mostly the stock price movement up)
:)
Greg
As usual, "you the man"!!!!!
Really on top of things.
Greg, LOVE your post. And with the 360 you need another eye.
KP, you are the king of caution and that is good. Don't change. Re positions: Buy low (when nobody else wants it) and hold for higher. When in doubt, buy low and sell high if you can. Better mouse trap at VTSI? All my DD shows yes although could be wrong. Logic says buy so I have before the Trexpo (do or die, yes) not after. Doubts maybe one, competition springing a surprise, but that's all. Loaded up, yes. You do what YOU feel comfortable with. Good luck!!!!!
With ALL of the great info and research that this board has displayed and questions everything in sight from A to V, there is nothing hidden beyond a reasonable doubt by management. The way it should be and IS here!
KP, very nice interview with Kelly; enjoyed it.
Plenty of q & a's in many areas. Keep up the good work.
Rouster, interesting views on the review. Deff looking forward to your observations when you get back. You will view something I did not see, the competition. This is key.
I know what VTSI has and feel very confident they will make several key sales just by law of averages but if we are really the "state of the art" or close to it, watch out, the sky's the limit. Personally although the military is big, I would hope we do more business with other interests that will be present at the expo at this time.
And KP, I'll leave the "disecting" up to you on all the other issues.
To me at this stage the bottem line is how 300 will appear to potential customers as to professional proformance, price and realism to be awed when the 300 goes through its 3D operation like I was.
Of course the company will be high on its own product(s) but so will any company. Mr Ferris advised me (as in my writeup) that we have the BEST product on the market. I must "assume" that either he has seen or is aware of the competitions products. I do not beleive he streched the truth but gave his honest opinion based on being on the front line for VTSI in developement of the IVR models and a person in the know. And the company has many contacts through our sales team. Another key.
Yes the GSA schedule will be great when we officially get on and join the ranks of others on Uncle Sams money machine.
Really enjoyed todays posts
The neg as well as positives.
Makes you want to say: "humm!"
And yea, think we'll get something from VTSI in March
to send it up to the next stage. Just hang in gang!!!
Greg, re the 3rd party sales
VTSI is using its head. My main stock CRGQ IS using 3rd party intervention to its advantage. They have CONTRACTED with a company (DKSH) who has connections and networks and offices in aprox 35-50 countries in Europe and Asia for its clients.
Why pay another to do this work? It is worth it in spades. Besides having people in ANY country speaking the language, knowing the customs and getting the contacts you wish to find, it makes is very easy to get the business you might otherwise miss out on in a place you know nothing about.
Hopefully VTSI management has or WILL take this route. It is another edge against competition and very smart business.
:)
Hello Gentlemen,
This is a very interesting group here to say the least.
Have read up from about 25 previous posts to the top.
KP.........I see my name was mentioned in this post in vain. lol What better place to start. Just to clarify a little:
"the best Rusty could seem to post last I looked that he was a relatively new investor and thought that my position in VTSI made me a long timer".
Not really but to VTSI yes. The way you posted (endlessly) one would have to assume you have been here for quite some time. At least, that is the impression you gave.
You value the know and not the possibility of. Most stocks IMO in the know are blue chips. When you go to the basement to the OTC stocks you could call them possibilities. The trick is to find one (or several) that can create a nitche and fill a need and make some good money creating a market for its product(s).
Established stocks can and do report funds quarterly as they should as their value reflects the high price. Speculative stocks such as VTSI, until proven by earnings, will maintain their low price till they do the same then climb. Everyone needs a beginning. No stock (most) do not start at the top.
The business of 3D VR simulator sales one can assume does take more time then selling a cheaper product. Hence weeks and months may pass. This stock is not for the "make me rich now".
So the months go by and nothing. If you beleive in the company and products are the a good value, you sit it out. There is no rush. As was mentioned by the company, customers do not want any info put out and VTSI does want to mention sales. So who do you think will get the nod??
Management can only give you ESTIMATES when sales will be announced esp in this field.
