"is answerable to no one."
So true.
I plead the fifth.............. :)
I stand by my statement
The reasoning which makes very little comprehention to me is why would you initialy mention going to the Nasdaq then change it during the conference to state OTC is the next stop. The company's progression does not sound like they know what they have (or do they). Like a hesitation to go forward for good exposure. When you beleive you have reached a good potential, go for it. Personally I think now is the time to break out. Managements view appears hesitent and unsure.
Simply put, let's go to the minor leagues instead of the majors where there is less exposure. Better chance to be bought out or make it with the best product in its field when money managers can take note of who this company is and they are making money.
NO, do not beleive the OTC is a good step up. You're making money and have good ties, use it to your advantage. So we wait another bunch of years. Isn't this outstanding!!!!!!!
agree 100 percent
actually OTC is a little step up with a small upsurge.
Need to get to Nasdaq and as a front runner in the industry
it "should" produce better acceptable price and interest.
untill then, sit tight or get out. It may be a while longer
then anyone wants.
Do you not think that they have some big sales
or are working on some. My guess is yes.
If the plan is another exchange in the short term
the stock would need some sort of push to get new
investors interested and the price pushing up.
Why not wait till this occurs then release something huge.
The way they have not said anything is of course not a good thing. But to release something worthwhile in the pinks would do absolutey nothing. With VTSI, never has and never will. Nobody but this board follows it.
Impatience is not a friend, at this time. They will probably, my guess, let the masses know where they are headed and when during the shareholders meeting.
Sure is a lot of negativity lately but that's normal here.
You are correct
as I didn't word it correctly
Bill, just wait and see.
Know he knows that we have something here. It's how it gets done is the question. They (he) doesen't have to say anything and they don't. Might not be what the shareholders want but we're playing with his cards.
Later............
When Ferris gets the audited years done
and can get off the pinks to a real exchange
THEN and only then will this stock have an
excellent chance to move up and the good news will flow.
So till that time, bite the bullet cause nothing is going to happen till then.
It matters not what revenues they make
during the interim or who comes and goes, personal wise.
VTSI history wreaks with no movement, no matter what they come out with or how much money they make.
Would not surprize me if they upgrade to NAS before 2012 if
they get the audited years done and make a big splash with a
huge sale or two to kick it off. Also watch for another
attempt for a reverse split to limit the shares.
Just another view!
Don't be surprised
things move faster then is everyone is expected them to.
Nothing is in concrete and most here seem to underestimate
the leadership and its advisors.
Good post Al
Things now are moving fast and that's good. Don't be surprised after we get on the Nasdaq a nice PR will be forthcomming to give it an eye catching (new investors) boost. Sure there must be something they got booked waiting for the right time for an announcement and that time would catch everyone by storm.
Nothing like a debt free growing company to stur up the pot for the new investors and what will be the catalist to surge the price. Maybe domestic or maybe international or maybe both at the same time. Hummmmm
You got it right.
When people here are selling, it's a good time to buy if you got the cash.
Guess you could say it's the penny stock mindset or common sence mantality that isn't.
Personally don't think it will be too long till we get to the Nasdaq. Some of these posts are funny if they really mean what they are posting. But then again, a message board should be taken with a grain of salt to whatever people post. To each their own I guess.
Good C/C with very logicaly info.
WEO
Let's just see what happens. Bill is right; see what they have to say at the C/C.
Today is a new day so to speak. Yes there were questions in the past but they seem to have got there stuff together and are selling systems with a good marketing team.
One never knows what's going on behind the seens with a public company. I give them the benefit of the doubt for all that has gone on this last year. I'm concerned about my investment too but do not want to live in the past. Things change and in this case for the good and the company is heading in the right direction.
Ask some good questions in the C/C. I gotta leave for work shortly so will miss the live one.
Think again
Unauited financials are still financials that they have been putting out. Are you suguesting that the company is putting out fraudulent info?????
Hardly my man (or gal). When we do upgrade to "the exchange" sure you and all will see very simuler numbers that we have been given by the company. They sure as hell aren't going to fudge anything that we know just pay a heaping sum of money for auited and any other requirements they may have to do or produce. Whatever the new exchage (I like Nasdaq better) requires will be supplied and who knows what institutions are laying in wait or will jump in.
So let's just see what happens in the near future.............
Not once was this mentioned by all the worry warts
With a million and a half shares in the new float AND pricing over $5, wouldn't you think that perhaps there are BIG investors out there ready to scoop up the shares on a profitable company with no debt on say the Nasdaq.
The institutions can now buy in when this occurs.
Watch cause it will be happining.........................
Think-think-think. Everything is for a reason.
For the panic stricken penny stockers, might be a good time to get out cause there will be big movements when we get on say the Nasdaq. And I beleive thats right around the corner.
Penny stocks and Nasdaq are two different worlds guys.
We'll have the shorters to deal with too.
Good luck and ask some good questions tomorrow guys...........
Agree
Sure there is a major sale or move to complement the ratio and timing of the split.
One has to look past their nose. The company is rolling along very good now and is ready for the breakout. Trust in their judgement in how things are playing out.
This decision you can count on was gone over very throughly. What you don't know sometimes can be scarey and this seems to be one of those times. Need a little trust in management's judgement. I feel very confident this will all work out.
Great News to say the least
Of course an upgrade exchange is next. Looks like step one is off and running. Step two.............what could that be????
And where have I heard a reverse split is the way to start it off??????? hummmmmm
Don't think it will be very far off till we go to another exchange either. Bye pinks; you fit the bill when it was needed.
No negativity at all
Just common sense. Everybodys got an opinion and that's mine.
Hopefully it will hold its own and maybe rise some; time will tell.
This is not a dumpy pink by all means. A reverse would not hurt this stock in the least. Why, because it's real!!! To make it work for you less shares is the play with good exposure. There is plenty of great news and more forthcomming.
Seems like unless you agree with whats posted here, you're all wet. I own a ton of shares like a lot of you and want to see it rise just as much. Beleive what you want but let's see how it really plays out to get the price running. You need good exposure plain and simply and untill that time it may go up and down like a yoyo. To bad if you don't want to hear that.
"send Bob and email every week". Sarcastic don't you think?
Later gents have a good day...............................
When they get a blockbuster money deal
and announce a reverse split like 5/1 then you'll see a new exchange.
Don't think they will do anything till that becomes a reality. Wouldn't be surprised if that's the plan all along.
With a blockbuster deal then they would have the money to upgrade. A reverse would set up a decent price to start the real climb up with attracting new blood.
And yes it would be nice to see it move up some more here in the lowly pinks. Really tho it will probably go flat again and we may loose some ground till that time comes.
Simply put
Money makes money. When this company ups the exchange there will (or should be) a push. Untill that hapens, 7 cents or in this range is where it will be no matter what they state. Great company, rotten stock, agree.
Would have to concude there is a plan but when.
Sure as hell hope its not in another 5 years plus.
A fair question could be: how are you planing to up the share price. Sure as heck nothing is moving this baby along now or the forseable future no matter what they gain for sales or profit.
The beat goes on and on and on and on.................
Interesting
Agree that with the current state of the company, they can make a move for an upgrade and to get noticed in the investment community. Did not know of the different categories on the pinks.
Thanks for your post..........
It seems that the pink exchange has
some drawbacks for any worthwhile move.
So what's new? Until it's off the pinks
don't expect much; don't care how good they do.
Just a realist view.
You are correct.
maybe
but it doesen't hurt to ask
Jed replied,
"According to The executives at VirTra and Dutchess, there are absolutely no shares in Dutchess' posession."
This is great news for the shareholders.
Re the second part of my two questions, do not have any reply on the second one yet.
"Attn Jed, (message sent)
JED,
DOES DUTCHESS SELL THEIR SHARES RIGHT AWAY OR COULD THEY HAVE HELD THOUSANDS OR MILLIONS TO SELL AT A LATER DATE. SIR FELIX MENTIONED, A FEW YEARS AGO HE WAS ADVISED THAT THEY DO NOT SEE A SHARE BUT SELL TO THE COMPANY RIGHT AWAY. IS THIS CORRECT OR COULD THEY BE HOLDING MOST OF THE SHARES FOR A HIGHER PRICE. WOULD APPRECIATE YOU CLEARING THIS UP AND I WILL POST YOUR REPLY ON THE BOARD.
THANK YOU.
One last thing:
Besides insiders, how many individual shareholders such as Kelly are there that hold shares in the milions that you the company are aware of. This is just for informational interest.
Thanks again,
RUSTY00"
Hope you're right.
If not we'll eventualy get there as things never looked this good in the past.
Point being if they have millions
or thousands left. And yes it will make a differance with some big news when we're on a good exchange and it starts to rise or trys to take off. Don't forget Kelly has a bunch too.
Guess nobody knows so we'll just have to wait and see what happens when those days come around hopefully next year.
Anybody know how many shares
are outstanding that dutchess still has to play with?
Very simply
Until there is an upgrade to a better exchange, this will continue so get used to it. Nothing has changed.
Not such a good day in light of the news
Being a pink does have disadvantages so we found out today. Not to worry. Hopefully in the next month or two or three they will pay off all the debt then move up an exchange for better exposure. Think that would be a good option. Many people don't even look at a pinky, scam city for most.
In light of yesterdays news and a lot of it, at least we all now know they are taking care of business. The turn around will be coming and the price, on a good exchange, will follow. I can live with that. This is NOW an exciting stock to watch. Who knows what else they have up their sleeves.
Keep cool everybody!!!!!!!!!
The baby company has grown up big time.
Looks like we've FINALLY got over the hump. The little mouse that roared really did it to say the least.
Feel very confident there's no looking back now.
Have always stated international was the catalist and still feel that's where the big money is and will be coming from. State side is producing but have always felt overseas was the gold mine. JMO of course.
Hung in there with everyone else and happy I did. Glad I checked the board tonight. Good job Bacchus.
One last thing: it didn't leak out which is amazing. Usually it does with good news but nobody leaked it. Nice!!!!!!
Of course
The breakout will be when they land a huge contract. At the moment it is "business as usual", nothing outstanding just holding their own. This is not bad, not by a long shot. However the PPS will keep going sideways or lower till hopefully whatever is in the works comes through. Do beleive there are irons in the fire to date but LM could be the catalist up the road. How far up the road, who knows.
Still do not like the pinks but then every penny counts at this junture. Steady as it goes I guess. One day it will happen. How far up the road, hope its not years. Have always stated that international will be the key if they can get a team or two out there. Have not changed my opinion in this reguard.
So if you're looking to cash in short term, good luck. The money will come up the road if you hang in. If not go elsewhere cause this is a SLOW moving company with a beautiful product and it's not cheap.
Like it or not
The company is still building. Might not be what you all want like a quick fix at this point but it is what it is.
Ever hear the words, "buy low"? If you have done your DD and can see growth little by little, does that tell you anything?
Management doesen't have to say anything; it's their perogrative. That's what DD is about in my estimation. Steady improvements in whatever area, ie, new office space, new web site perhaps new personal in key positions show growth or maybe "expantion".
Frankly I do not beleive the LM connection is anything you can count on to boost the company to extream heights. I beleive it is "association" with a huge company which give VTSI sustaned credibility. Do beleive, an opinion, it's not a huge partnership. Everybody seems to think, of what I've read on several posts, that there is something very big. Happy dreaming. But then again that is only an opinion. Secrecy makes the mind wonder. There will be sales and more sales but nothing blockbuster. If you're looking for a knockout, don't think it'll happen soon.
End of 2010 or even into 2011 with some overseas business should break the company out. If anything sooner, would really shock me. Good luck to all you guys and gals that have hung in there or will be hanging in there........................The company is still building..............................
Of course there are few exceptions in anything
Hope that you're right but still feel a huge surge will not happen. I'm in the same boat as you. Skeptical for sure. Glad we're making money now and things are finally going north. Sure not going to get excited tho until they move from here.
So true - life in the pinks.
hopefully before "big news" comes out we'll be off the pinks. Yes it costs money to upgrade but the ole saying, money makes money does hold true. Just do not see it in the cards to hit the home run here. It'll be very small gains, pennies at a time when some good news hits the wires in the future. Yea we're building a strong base, great but to break out we need a decent exchange to showcase.
Just a simple guess but can't see VTSI going much higher price wise no mater what they come out with unless it's a blockbuster and even then there's no guarentee. "virtually invisible" hits the nail on the head.
Thanks Craig
Just thought it might signal where some of our investors are comming from. (:
Just a simple question
Are there any other Lockheed employees that have taken an investment interest in VTSI that you are aware of. If so would think might be something good down the road with the relationship at this time. Would also have to assume there may be some minor talk that perhaps VTSI may be a real deal. And it just might explain the large amount of shares traded or part of the large amount of traded shares. Just curious and thanks.
Agree 100 percent
New subject:
Prior to the drop of SP seems like everyone had agreed "not to watch the daily fluctuations", more or less. Sooooo its dropped; big deal. Everything seems to be in place for that big order or shall I say big orders. Posting and reposting of all that Bob/company has accomplished to date tells the real story.
Actually I could care less if it dropped to five cents at this point. Who knows what's VTSI has going on in the works now. Feel confident the team is not going on any vacation soon. The turnaround is unpresidented. The international interest and orders are really doing the job. Yea it's taken many years. The company has never been in this situation before, paying bills with decent orders.
Nice to be on the ground floor. It still might be another week, month or months away till this makes a major move. All depends on the large sale(s). And when that time comes then you can bitch about why its only a 10 bager.
Still feel that another exchange would catapole.
As this Wednesday ends the qtr
maby we'll get a nibble of news then and end it with a bang.
Now that the company has turned
the corner, wonder when VTSI will upgrade to a better exchange
to get more exposure. Aside from the up movement most investors will not touch a pink. So think for a bigger steady ride up and show case the products and financials and current history, would be logical to consider getting off THIS exchange. The more people aware, the better.
Of course there would be more filings and cost wise is a negative but if there is more news forth comming in the short term, would it be worth wise. ???????????????
Question remains,
What will or what is the COMPANY doing to ehance interest.
Not much pr for international interest or at least salesmen going overseas to sell the products. Mexico, yes but close by and don't consider "international". Kind of sucks. Domesticly looks like a standstill.
This price per share will linger on unless they come out with something positive for growth or new for growth or shall we say interest and a want to own.
Amazing it is, all these years of potential "promise" that we have the product. Yea, guess we do for a penny. What's it going to take to get back to a dime; a buyout maybe? More likely a sale to the Feds; hell they buy anything.
Lastly, all the potential this company has on this board is by the faithfull. And that doesn't create up ticks for the stockprice.
Well December is close by. In my view the end of the year makes or breaks this baby.
