I agree. We are either in the money or dead and stick a fork in it. R3
Sure would be nice to hear from Waggett and/or Jwez!! Opinions are still free, guys.
From Lodgenet:
Revenue Diversification: Strategy Creating Positive Changes
? 2006: 80% of Revenue from Guest Entertainment
? Today: 50% from Diversified Sources
? Tomorrow: Up to 70% of Revenue with new Advertising Initiatives
They do mention "ad insertion technology". R3
Waggett and/or Jwez, throw us a bone. If you can't comment, just say so. Otherwise, tell us what you know that isn't prohibited. Thanks and GLTA. R3
Unfortunately for you, Tivus and SP can also sue you. There are restrictions on freedom of speech (you can't run into a movie theater and yell, "Fire!" and it be untrue.) Where I live, a spouse of a politician sued a political opponent for negative comments about his business during a campaign, and has kept her tied up for over a year, and caused all kinds of misery for her. So unless you have mighty deep pockets, claiming first amendment rights won't keep you out of court, deadboy. Tivus and SP can sue you anytime they want for anything they want. The funny thing is, SP can use shareholder money to provide for attorney's fees. In other words, you could very well pay his attorney's fees! Ha! So don't be too anxious to claim a privilege where none exists. R3
Blahdude, what we ought to be feeling is excitement and WOW!!! Instead, we snore. R3
While there has been some historic movement past .0004, it has been and I suspect will be the stable bottom. If news and communications are not more forthcoming, it will drop below this. Time will tell and it is in the hands of SP.
By the way, how do we really know that ST is working with SP? We have a posting by SP, but have we had any real communication with ST to verify this? Has anyone met with ST to verify this relationship personally? I feel this is probably true, but would feel better if someone has actually seen ST. Can anyone help us with this? GLTA. R3
Tivus, like any other stock dilutes for one reason: the company fails to deliver on it's business plan. You are dreaming if you think stock price goes up or down on what you or I post here. GLTY and may your money not be wasted. R3
I have been long this company for some time. I believed in the concept and still do. What I don't believe in is this abuse of shareholder rights by SP. He is arrogant and non-communicative. I, like everyone here, is hoping for a miracle, but I am not worried about rubbing success in my face! I, like all of you, are owners of this company. Make me suffer by rubbing my face in the success of Tivus, PLEASE! GLTY. R3
So, where's the beef? Counter my argument with details of successful management moves in Tivus. Your "hurt dog" attitude belies the facts: You offer nothing in rebuttle and Tivus offers no information to counter my post. I hope they succeed, but you have to do more in business than "wish for success". GLTY. R3
I think it is now safe to assume that many long term and heavy investors in Tivus have sold large portions of their holdings over the last several weeks as SP has gagged the TA. While there may be some leveling of investment strategies, the stunning silence of long term investors is a strong hint that they no longer have confidence in Tivus or SP, and have sold on run ups in order to lessen losses yet to come. The energy and support posted earlier on this board have gone to long and deafening silences by heavy investors who have seen their great hopes and dreams fizzle under the "leadership" of SP who has and is failing this company at all levels. The one thing everyone has relied upon is the integrity of the tech, but when Host and the Marriott's pull their support from Tivus, one can only wonder if this, indeed, is legitimate. Again, I hate posting this, but one cannot simply sit and watch deterioration in a company in silence: No financial audits, no uplisting activity, no attorney letters, no earnings reports on ad insertion, gagging the TA, no IR, no communication of any substance, no NOC, massive dilution, no contracts, the Marriott cousins bail on Tivus, DT in a fog, etc. Compare to this what SP has accomplished: NOTHING. I take that back: he flew to Vegas and following their mantra, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." This has all the appearances of a total and complete collapse. GLTA because we will all need it. R3
Tivus and every company should have standards. This isn't, "Hit me again and this time put a little stank on it, Shiva!" SP and Tivus owe standards and some semblance of openness to people who invest. Tivus is OUR company. Accepting less is the kind of behavior that nearly put us into a depression in 2008. The acceptance of horrible business practices may be fine for Russia, but not the USA. SP needs to take some time and communicate with his shareholders, and do so openly and honestly. This is a public company. R3
My concern is that if there is no NOC (and we certainly are left to believe there is not an NOC-NO COMMUNICATION) then this is mis-leading information in the public forum. I needs to be removed. R3
"The system's architecture consists of a Network Operating Center (NOC) and local hotel servers connected through a point-to-point broadband network. As each guest accesses the network, the resulting traffic generated undergoes analysis based on various criteria. This includes behavioral, geographical, seasonality, and more. Using this data, hotels are able to ensure advertisers maximum value for their advertising budget."
The quote above is from Quality Stocks. This would indicate to me or any other person that there is a NOC currently in operation. I do not believe that is the case, and this has been posted for some time. SP, what are you doing? You won't tell us any news at all, but you will indicate that you have an NOC currently functioning???? ST, get this guy on track. R3
Remember when SP had a big conference call on 8-11-11!? "Thanks for all the shareholder patience!" Tivus now goes deaf and dumb surrounding the hopes of it's shareholders. This insensitivity to those who have invested in this company and their product is approaching disgust. SP, you are out of your league as a ceo. Resign as ceo, become tech officer, and turn this company over to ST. At least we will have an experienced hand at the helm. GLTA. R3
BTW, anyone saying that this board has any major influence upon buyers; GOOD. It should. R3
Jwez, my point is that things like this always seem to show up "after the fact" and they create doubt and angst for shareholders. I do not believe that SP DID a bait and switch, but it is the appearance of information that comes in drips and drabbles that causes concern. It is the appearance of hiding information that is the problem, and SP just doesn't get it. R3
The real question is, "What has he really done?" There is a system installed in Philly that doesn't seem to perform like the one that Jwez and Waggett saw in their trip. The reason is IBM has some "switches" not appropriately installed? Now, if I was a doubting person I would say that Jwez and Waggett got the old bait and switch operation pulled on them. If you go to Philly today and look at the system, it won't be what they saw and how can Host be pleased with that? We can't ask SP questions because he has locked everything down tighter than a tick. Honestly, I am doubting that ST has any fundamental relationship with Tivus other than for pr value and a hefty piece of the company. THE PROBLEM IS COMMUNICATION, OPEN AND HONEST. SP DOESN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT!!! You can't ask him any questions because he is scurrying around avoiding interaction with the owners of the company, i.e. US, the shareholders. He needs to get real and talk to everyone, post goals and objectives of corporate development rather than bobbing and weaving. He looks dishonest by his own actions, even if I believe he is still honest, just inept and arrogant. Sorry to be so harsh, but I think SP has earned it. GLTA. R3
Tivus is a good concept company being driven by a ceo that doesn't know how to develop a real company, but he isn't a perpetual liar. I think there is far more evidence that he is out of his league as a ceo, but still trying to make things happen. The tweeting nonsense and visiting Vegas with unannounced goals and objectives just prove those facts. SP is a light weight, but he is working hard and trying. Tons of hard workers fail every day.
While I know you guys want a low share price, you won't get it. There is still too much potential here and one thing done right will help move this company up. GLTA. R3
A tweet from SP telling us someday we will get good news constitutes corporate communication with shareholders? Tivus has set a new record for silliness in business and capitalism. ST, take the bullet out of Barney Prakash's gun and put it back in his shirt pocket. Could this get any more ridiculous???? Tivus, get your act together. GLTA. R3
I think the board problem is not what SP shares with Jwez, Waggett, blahdude, etc. It is what he FAILS to share with company owners (shareholders) that should be common information. The failure to ungag TA, the failure to announce earnings when he says it is a revenue company, the failure to post financials on a timely basis, the failure to announce audit firms, etc. While SP works for himself in this, he also (as CEO) works for the shareholders. He acts like a petty dictator rather than a CEO, choosing to give out bits and pieces to the peasants while exploiting the OS and making deals that never seem to come to a close, and firing/releases of personnel that are never reported. He is a horrible CEO, needs to delegate that to ST, and put himself in tech development. He has a small private company mentality in trying to run a public company, and if he doesn't watch it, he will be sued by shareholders who are just about sick of his manipulation. R3
Tivus doesn't need a rabbit, just UNGAG THE TA! What is the matter with someone who believes that they can MANAGE a public company and grow it by being secret. It is bad management, and bad policy. It's like saying, "I want a private company with all the benefits of a public company!" Sorry, with shareholders, you don't get to keep everything secret. UNGAG THE TA! R3
Come on board members, "UNGAG THE TA, SP!!!" "UNGAG THE TA, SP!"
Is this what we expect out of the person managing our business? UNGAG THE TA, SP!!! R3
SP and ST, ungag the TA. Come on! Ungag the TA. R3
Ungag the TA, SP and Tivus! R3
SP, Ungag the TA. R3
I suggest that everyone post the same message on this board to SP and Tivus.
UNGAG THE TA!
UNGAG THE TA!
UNGAG THE TA!
UNGAG THE TA!
R3
BTW, SP UNGAG THE TA! R3
Everyone thought that getting ST was a coup. Think about it. He LOVES Lnet. He was in it from the beginning. Lnet is suffering and it's future in doubt. ST comes to Tivus and impresses SP (who we all know is not a particularly good ceo) who grabs ST's bait. Whatever that is, ST wants Lnet to prosper because I bet you he has a load of shares in Lnet that need to go up, not down. Tivus may benefit, but I bet you in the long run that Lnet benefits more from any relationship that may come. How will we know? Who knows because SP says nothing to us and we are only left to guess. But an Lnet deal will potentially leave us with a lot less than we had hoped for. I don't know, but with NO information, we can only speculate. We can HOPE for the best, or judge the future on what has happened so far, and the truth is, we don't know what has happened so far. Very frustrating for all us longs. Have a good weekend contemplating the "what if's" of Tivus. R3
Nothing happening here today! Take a long weekend. SP in Vegas trying to get some R&R, Waggett being patient, Jwez on vacation, and no one else posting with information: Why? Because SP won't release any and has gagged the TA agent. I don't think we will hit three, but .0004 will be tested again today or next week. No reason for Tivus to go up, so it will continue it's re-testing of the bottom. Good luck ST. May you find business for Tivus and may we all hope that SP isn't trying to get financing at the roulette tables in Vegas. GLTA. R3
It is the constant drumbeat of "I don't know what SP is doing!" that highlights everyone here. It doesn't take this man 10 minutes to post highlight of the day on his twitter account. I didn't put him on the twitter page, HE DID! I think it is juvenile, but if he is going to choose this method, USE IT! Say something, SP, even if it is, "Today was rather tedious, but we are working hard to succeed." He could say that every day, I hope. Then again, maybe he isn't working hard and can't say it. The issue is: What are we to believe if he doesn't say something? Is that the investor's fault when they are left in the dark and can only speculate on their investment? Come on, SP, speak up. R3
Amen, Bill. Tivus is still a very big risk. We hope it starts acting like a company under ST. GLTY. R3
This, unfortunately, is another repeat of the way that SP runs Tivus. If he is still in Vegas, I hope that ST is with him guiding him through the ways of business. I think that Shiva is a techy who thought the Marriott's would open the world of high finance to him. We have no contracts, no 100% system that is working in Philly(and I suspect we will hear that any contract will not start running until the 100% system is up and running, thus delaying any contract news.) no reports of revenue of any sort, and SP is in Vegas doing what? No one knows. It is a terrible position to be in as shareholders, but we are being starved of relevant information. I am hoping all pans out, but the best indication of future behavior is past behavior. GLTA. R3
Where is Waggett? Where is Jwez? Anyone heard from them? SP is in Vegas on vacation. Is everyone on vacation? R3
For all: The MM's control the price of Tivus. Plain and simple. GLTA. R3
Dmo is #1 reliable!! Jwez, if you are traveling and log on, give us a post. Waggett, same with you. Whenever you guys are gone we suffer from a failure to have our "true north" investors offering your opinions. GLYA. R3
Millions more underneath. R3
Here is what I believe is SP's business plan:
1.Shiva is trying to get the financials and audits done and this is why he has sold huge amounts of shares. The MM's are playing along a bit to help him get his uplisting completed. 2. When he is close to getting the uplisting/auditing finished, he will do a RS of at least 100 to 1. This will help his price per share and OS numbers, and will allow him to cut the AS to 1 Billion or less. 3. If he can finally pull a contract with HOST, he will post this, but a relationship with LNET is more valuable and will come asap. Then the share price should stabilize, the company have a sound footing and move forward. AIMHO. R3
I hate to say this but SP has contempt for the average shareholder. This dilution is so massive, I think he believes it is in his best interest to hide it from the investors. Now, he may be right, and that I cannot tell anyone. Only time will tell, but he forces us to choose to invest in a secret. Besides, he is selling to the MM's and they are his master. We are pawns in the game, right or wrong. GLTA. R3
Count on OS being at least 2 billion.
Shiva just sells to the MM's who control all happenings on this board. What he is doing I don't like is gagging the TA. Very, very unprofessional and if I were doing business with him, I would always watch my back. GLTA. R3
