The quote above is from Quality Stocks. This would indicate to me or any other person that there is a NOC currently in operation. I do not believe that is the case, and this has been posted for some time. SP, what are you doing? You won't tell us any news at all, but you will indicate that you have an NOC currently functioning???? ST, get this guy on track. R3
