No value judgement on this company. Just reporting what otc markets report. GLTA.
I did check out the QB. This company has 1 employee (ceo), 41,000,000 plus shares outstanding, a history of 3 RS's, no authorized number of shares reported, no float reported and no board of directors. They do apparently report audited financials enough to maintain their QB listing.
I don't own this stock and don't really know it, so I will make this comment admitting my ignorance. However, tonight there were several national news reports relative to Chinese companies defrauding American investors right and left. Just be careful.
But as we all know, our coal technology is only "clean coal", cough, sputter, spit, hack,. . . . Sorry, couldn't catch my breath from all the clean air the local coal burning power plant puts out. This technology works as good as Tivus!
Dmo, nice to see your posts. I wonder about Philly? Any feelings about their performance? This latest news release was interesting, but very confusing, with bits and pieces. I am not sure that this new guy is on the bod or the boa (board of advisors)? Your reflections are always of value. r3
Watch out NickyBob, you are really one of the smart ones. You knew how to play this stock so you would be on top. People won't be able to stand your relevant Tivu posts because you won't blame SP for defrauding you. You made money anyway!! Good play, NB!
Once again as I glimpse over Tivu postings there is the admission of investors that they have made a bad investment, but then want us to trust their 20/20 take on this company. Like, I am going to follow the advice of people who knock their own DD and investment strategies. "Hey guys, I am really stupid. Follow me!" LOL!
Small Timer, thank you for your informed financial posts. You bring level headed analysis to a board that is frustrated and filled with people who take this journey personally. So, WELCOME!
Now that Philly is "up and running", it is time for SP to report on the progress of revenue insertion, the corpus of Tivus' business. None of this makes sense without this, so SP (I know you are reading!) report on this very important factor of the business.
Well DD, SP has made a lot of rope a dopes, but he hasn't spent a lot of time telling us why he has failed. These are penny's, my good fellow, so you just have to suck it up and if we loose, try losing with grace. This board is filled with negative complainers who won't ever build anything in life because they are negative spectators. SP is trying, win, lose, or drawer. I am sticking with it until the last dog dies. Losing isn't near as painful as giving up the winning lottery ticket to doubt.
RSteel, exercise is going well. Just got out of the hospital so I am fighting back. Darling, keep up the good fight. r3
To all, let me be clear. Do I think that SP is being totally transparent in saying he doesn't know who dumped those shares? NO! I personally believe the coincidence of this massive dump has a purpose, and right now, who would fear Tivus? IF Tivus gets more contracts, and if their tech starts shaking the world, I might buy the argument. But not now.
I think SP is playing a little rope a dope game, and after all, this is the political season. I am NOT criticizing SP for doing everything he has to do to get $'s IFFFFFFF..... it gets us a dynamite BOD! r3
It seems to me that there is a terrible coincidence that we are missing. SP said he needed money to get the bod insurance. If my math isn't too far off, over the last two days we have dumped about $100,000 (yes, dilution) in shares. Now, here is the question: How important is getting a board of well qualified people to help guide and direct this company? Is it worth the dilution, or not? At this point my response is: IF this is the cause of the dilution, it may well be worth the dump. NOW, if SP doesn't pull off a power house bod's, we all lose. If he pulls it off and listens to well qualified board members, we win, regardless of dilution.
This has always been a long shot gamble, and for those who are angry and upset over this direction, you need to invest in the Fortune 500, not penny stocks. Also, you had your shot to confront SP and you didn't take it. Quit whining! r3
New Pontiac, Tivus has been and is in negotiations with Cox cable. How is that for a rumor. r3
My son just called me from Las Vegas. The MGM/Mirage corporation is currently in testing to install IPTV in their top hotels. Don't know the company. r3
If you want to escape the pink sheets, you need a share price that reflects strength, which we all know isn't in .0001. That's as low as you can get and still be alive. Higher level markets will need pennies, not fraction of pennies.
R3
Vulcan, don't waste your time here. There is absolutely no information of value currently being posted on ihub/Tivus. We know what is happening, and that is bod insurance is being paid for by the MM's dumping shares at a discount. Big deal. You either get the bod or Tivu is done. Unlike others, I actually see this as a positive move before a RS, and Tivu will need the RS to uplist. R3
Good to see your post, Jsteel. If I had to guess, this sudden dump of shares was to get hold of cash to finish something that really needed to be done. INHO, this bod is a must. Now, I agree that an RS will come soon after the bod is announced. That's just my guess. BTW, fireworks in Quebec today! Very unusual. R3
i believe the dump is to pay for the bod insurance. Without those folks on board, Tivus is in worse trouble than a few hundred million shares!!! r3
"It would have folks, but once again your leader did something half a55.
Shiva are you capable of doing anything correctly? Why is everything you do such a flop. Even good news is not delivered correctly."
Pull the mote from your own eye.
You are welcome to your opinion, most of which I find to be valueless. It's an investment, and you keep telling people why you made a terrible investment. Then, you want people to listen to your opinion!?!?! Find another occupation because you are a terrible, whiney investor.
Well, here we go again. The dumbing down of ihub, and not by SP, but by posters. Most of you people give SP way more credit to be a deceptive evil genius who is personally profiting big time from selling off shares at .0002. Get real!
SP has already shared publicly that Philly is up and running. Marriott has the ball in their court. Nebraska (Omaha) bought the tv's and that's over. What is happening in India is too new to draw any conclusions from, but it is a well known fact in business today that starting a business in India is much easier than trying to start one in the U.S.
If you want to measure Tivus, the next point of reality comes after Sept. 1 when SP is to announce the bod's. If he screws that up, then you can dump on him. Until then, I am signing off again. This board is offering less and less. r3
All the silly intrigue over titles means nothing. What means everything is that Tivus gets the bod listed and released within the first week of Sept. That is step one, so SP, DON'T LET US DOWN! R3
I do expect an announcement of the bod's within a week of Sept. 1 and board insurance. R3
Whateva77 is exactly right. Believe only the press releases that can be measured. It is just too easy to believe the best is about to happen from a CC. What is in the bank is what counts, and this in no way questions my support for this company. Just read the pr's. R3
We should know more after Sept. 1. There are several others names for the bod that have been talked up, and if they actually come on board, many of our concerns for Tivus' future will be answered. GLTA. R3
I hate to tell you. SP IS the company! R3
No one is arguing that SP can't do a better communication and management job, and that came up during the conference call. I have taken the time to call him personally and share my deep concerns. I did so politely and without threatening him or calling him a liar or crook.
One things for sure; you didn't call your ceo a liar and crook and still have worked in your company for all those years. They would have fired your ask!! Retribution and your job would have been downsized faster than you can say, "Capitalism!" SP showed up to take on you and all other takers. You can make excuses, but you had the opportunity to confront SP and you blew it off. And now, after touting your years of executive experience in business, don't make more excuses around the "Dog ate my homework!". You've been in Tivus some time and excuses aren't permitted when you invest your money in micro-cap penny stocks. That's capitalism, and for all your hard work, quit telling me what a rotten investment you made and what a poor judge of character you are, because that's what I am hearing you confess. Doesn't sound like you did a lot of hard work before you bought Tivus. JMHO. R3
When asked about dilution, SP said that there was no intention to do anything but pay the bills so that when someone is considering investing $10,000,000, your records are clear and up to date.
What I still don't get is that SP offered to answer head up all the questions from anyone, and his worst critics didn't bother to show up and confront him. How disappointing. I hope people can at least criticize from some degree of politeness. As he said, his children read this stuff! You don't have to be a yes person to be polite. When I see ihub improve, I will consider spending more time here. R3
Jsteel29, I am almost 9 minutes into this and get nothing but garble. Will it clear up? R3
Jsteel29, where is a link to CC? Thanks. R3
Havana, none of the previous posting was aimed at you. R3
What I don't like is that SP opened up the CC with an open offer to confront anyone who wanted to ask questions, and NONE showed up to ask any questions. I believe that if we want to call a man a fraud or crooked, you owe it to him to show up and tell that to him to his face. Again, No one showed up from this board to tell SP he was a fraud or cheat, or whatever descriptive adjectives they wished to use. I am afraid we now know more about some personalities, and what we know is that SP showed up, and none of us here bothered to ask a question or make a charge. That is why I just don't spend much time on Ihub any more. R3
Vulcan, are you getting my emails? R3
Vulcan, I have emailed you, but apparently they are not getting to you. Check out exco and let me know if you are getting my emails. GL. R3
I was not able to listen to the CC, but I do trust Vulcan to reflect the "jist" of the meeting. Apparently there was time for negative responders to ask questions and none showed up! How sad. Anyway, my best to all. R3
Greetings, all. Just waiting for news. We will see. R3
Kaiser, how many times do we need to hear how a "POS CEO" ruined your investment life? SP thought he could pull it off. Apparently, he didn't. Move on, my friend and GLTY. R3
This is why I spend little time looking at this board anymore. You gamble in penny stocks and when people lose, they cannot accept the fact that THEY made a bad investment, they didn't draw a royal flush, and they are going to probably lose money. Wow! I gambled and lost; DUH!!!! Now, let's all grow up and look for your next hand in penny stocks because 99 out of 100 will fail. IT'S CALLED GAMBLING! No legitimate stock investor would advise anyone to even consider penny stocks. GLTA. R3
I have not posted in some time because there is nothing to comment on. However, the news that Philly Marriott is having trouble with the installation in some rooms has been reported on and there is no secret. IBM put non-qualifying switches into the Marriott (I assume to save a buck!) and those switches must be changed for the Tivus system to function. Anyone on this board would know this if paying attention.
Honestly, I blame Marriott for a bunch of this mess! Afterall, they didn't do this deal to fail. But, they took on a start up company, paid them nothing, asked for everything, and then sat back and acted surprised when the Tivus system needs tweaking???? Tivus should probably not have taken this project on, but hope springs eternal and I am sure that is what SP thought. If we had heard that such an offer was on the table and Tivus had not taken it, we would all be moaning about how SP blew it! At this point Marriott got what they paid for: NOTHING, AND THAT MAY BE WHAT THEY END UP GETTING. If so, they have no one to blame but themselves for trying to screw a small company trying to make it big. R3
I am doing less and less posting on ihub because every bit of disappointing news brings a chorus of "crook!", POS, etc. DMO, I have always appreciated your sound reasoning and market knowledge, and just had to let you know how much a appreciate your sound and informed thinking. I will always pay attention to your opinions, so thank you so much. GLTY. R3
