Unfortunately for you, Tivus and SP can also sue you. There are restrictions on freedom of speech (you can't run into a movie theater and yell, "Fire!" and it be untrue.) Where I live, a spouse of a politician sued a political opponent for negative comments about his business during a campaign, and has kept her tied up for over a year, and caused all kinds of misery for her. So unless you have mighty deep pockets, claiming first amendment rights won't keep you out of court, deadboy. Tivus and SP can sue you anytime they want for anything they want. The funny thing is, SP can use shareholder money to provide for attorney's fees. In other words, you could very well pay his attorney's fees! Ha!
