Go buzz! You guys have been working overtime which only means there must be something good that is about to happen!!!!
Buzz Search rocks (www.12buzz.com)
Buzz Email is cool
Mines, Online poker site, Mobil site, software sharing site, etc.
I will put up my expertise against yours any day of the week my friend. The reasons buzz blocks that traffic have already been given. The fact that others do not block certain statistics bots does not mean they can't.
You see my friend, the internet is based on the TCP/IP protocol and services over the TCP/IP protocol work over well defined standard TCP ports. Port 80 and (443 for https) is the port reserved for the HTTP protocol which is the protocol that allows web browsers to interact with Web servers.
Here is an example of how bots are blocked: http://www.firewallforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=8
I really don't have the time to be giving you lessons. You should probably enroll yourself in a formal class.
That statement in itself shows you have no understanding of technology. Everything runs on bots, and bots can be allowed or disallowed either on the server, or blocked via a firewall.
That is an excellent question lee. It appears that there are forces determined to damage this company in any wat possible.
You will be held to this promise. By the way, if you figure out who makes the 100 share trages at the close on the bid, then you will have your answer on who is selling.
Our_Street,
Funny you did not comment about pvlee post. Why is that?
"I find this interesting: FACT: The puppet master behind this con is Shayne Heffernan, an international con man exposed by Australia and Jersey and featured on the QASSIA list of International "Black Listed" Brokers and Businessman
http://www.qassia.com/international-black-listed-brokers-and-businessman
What I find so interesting is you make this Qassia site like its something official which in fact it is not. Any one can open an account and post whatever they want. Now look at this site.
http://www.gomopa.net/Finanzforum/schwarze-listen-weisse-listen-empfehlungslisten/diligizer-blacklist-94304.html
Looks to me that someone copy and pasted from this site to Qaissia and added Shane Heffernan to the list. Makes one start to question these so called "Facts". "
Nice post weo.
Nice find lee. Seems like someone is desperate to keep the price down....
Actually, most pinkies give you the slow death of dillution. 12buzz has not had any dillution for the last two years!
Great new Weo! Look forward to the divy...
Yes, it means they paid much less than the assets were worth on the books.
No, you are technically not correct. It is a component of shareholder equity (as is retained earnings), but not the entire shareholder equity.
Assets = Liabilities + Share Holder Equity
You can have a postive value for "additional paid in Capitol" and still have a negative Shareholder Equity
Correction, I think it is how much cash the company actually received for the stock, which can be different than how much shareholders paid.
That amount is NOT the shareholder equity. It is a component of shareholder equity. It basically represents how much shareholders paid for the 1.7 billion shares (since the issued shares have no par value per the 10Q report).
Usually stock has a par value of .01, and then the amount shareholders paid for stock is the sum of two lines, par value + additional paid in capital.
Whoever is saying it is not dollars don't know how to read a balance Sheet. It is dollars.
Here is a link to the last quarterly report (10Q). If you look on page 2, what does it say on the line "Capital surplus – common stock". Now look at line just above that, how many shares are authorized?
http://idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000104746908009146/a2187197z10-q.htm
You are mistaken. Here is that portion of the balance sheet.
http://idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000090951809000014/mm01-0609_8kmor991.htm
Total shareholders' equity = (1,181,396,074) and this number
is in dollars
you arrive at the number above by adding:
3,392,341,954
12,988,753,556
(2,173,037,452)
(15,366,800,538)
(22,653,594)
Therefore the 12,988,753,556 number is in dollars, not a share count.
The 12,988,753,556 number is not the number of shares. Rather I believe it is the Par value + additional paid in capital value.
I am new to this board and doing some research. I ran across the Schedule 13D filed by TPG Capital. In this filing they give details of their agreement with WAMU when WAMU issued shares to them for cash.
http://idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000090342308000552/tpgavi-wamu13d_0703.htm
This agreement has the following anti-dillution text:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Anti-Dilution Provisions. If prior to the date that is 18 months after the date of issuance of the Warrants, (i) the Issuer issues or sells, or agrees to issue or sell, more than $500 million of equity or equity-linked securities, other than certain permitted issuances, for consideration per share less than the Applicable Price (as defined below), or (ii) there occurs any Fundamental Change (as defined below) relating to the Issuer in which the price of the underlying security is less than the Applicable Price, then the exercise price of the Warrants in effect immediately prior to each such issuance or sale will immediately be reduced to the price of the securities in such issuance, sale or Fundamental Change, as applicable. In that event, the number of shares of Issuer Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants will be increased to the number obtained by dividing (x) the product of (1) the number of shares of Issuer Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants before that adjustment and (2) the exercise price in effect immediately prior to the issuance, sale or Fundamental Change giving rise to this adjustment, by (y) the new exercise price determined in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence. “Applicable Price” means the greater of (A) the greater of the market price per share of outstanding Issuer Common Stock on (i) the date on which the Issuer issues or sells any Issuer Common Stock and (ii) the first date of the announcement of such issuance, sale or Fundamental Change and (B) $8.75. The exercise price is also subject to customary anti-dilution adjustments.
---------------------------------------------------------
If I read this right, since TPG Capital has warrants for
57,142,857 shares at an exercise price of $8.75, and there was effectively a "Fundamental Change" event (i.e. seizure and sale by FDIC), the section above seems to say that
TPG Capital would have a right to
(57,142,857 * 8.75)/.10 = 4,999,999,987 Shares at exercise price of .10??? (assuming .10 pps right after FDIC announcement)
The real question then becomes how does chapter 11 process impact this agreement and the warrants?

Our_Street,
This is the third time you have mentioned hiring stock promotors. Why?? If a stock has to be promoted, then it is not worth crap in the first place. At the end of the day, sustainable stock price is supported by the business and not some blow horn pumper.
Generic,
You should ask Mr Miles about his association with Jonathan Curshen....his reply should be interesting...
Then do alexa a favor and let them know they are being gamed. As a company of Amazon, I am sure they would want to do something about it as it undermines the credibility and usefullness of thier rating system.
I am tired of reading that alexa numbers are fixed. How about if you and Our_Street do some real Due Dilligence with all the time you two seem to have posting here and get in touch with Alexa and tell them they are being gamed, and ask them to verify the numbers. After all, Alexa is a Amazon company with a reputation to uphold.
Google search appears on pages behind first page. So I guess you need to ask bangkokpost if google is paying for their space on second fiddle pages.
Dale,
Read my post again. I was referring to googles and 12buzz search bars. As for the ads, I am OK with the ads even if they are paying for them. You see Dale, there are many different ways that deals can be structured, and more than one business model out in the world. If they get just 1 sale a month out of those ads, then in my opinion the business model works.
hey Dale, how about those Alexa numbers?
http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/12buzz.com
Looks like record numbers. 73% of the traffic from china. Don't you think it kinda supports the China Cafe claims?
Bubble Burster??? You are kidding right?
Do you think Bangkok Post is a charity of some kind?
I think that is rather encouraging that they generate enough cash to pay for that ad space. How is it that they were able to get that search space over google? Google did not want it you say? So why is google playing second fiddle on subsequent pages?
Wrong OS, not just his word. The Outstanding shares has only increased from 289M to 300M in 2 years which means they have not been issuing shares to cover expenses. You have absolutely no proof that Sean/Shayne has been selling any shares. All I know is that the trading pattern has changed significantly over the past few years and shares are in fewer hands which is consistent with a large holder(s).
maybe they are having poor stats now for a reason? Like blocking the robots that collect those stats due to traffic volume. June stats show traffic volume they were doing and minimum volume they are still doing.
OS,
You do realize that truehits keeps a history and you can look at the traffic in the past, don't you?
There is also lots of evidence that it is real. One prime example is www.bangkokpost.com. But maybe you and OS are saying bangkokpost.com is not real either?
How do you explin the traffic numbers on truehits.com back in the June/july time frame?
You never know, buzz may just do that. Time will tell.
kinda like ihub, if you are uncivil you get booted out. So wht the double standard?
I did read your report otherwise how did I know two kids were mentioned? If you knew he had three kids why did you not ask that question when you created the report in the first place? While you are at it you should ask Mikey why his email addewss is "fubar"?
Who are you reffering to as his "goons"?
just making a point slo that all things in his document are not facts.
Your report said Sean had 2 kids. In a recent post you said he had 3 kids. So which on is it? Funny how your so called fact seem to change over time!
Simply "investor" would be just fine. If you think I bought believing all the PRs you are clueless. I have not seen a PR from a pink sheet company to date that was truthfull. Usually the truth lies somewhere between 0% and 50% with all pink sheets companies.
I don't consider my self a sucker and neither do many of the other share holders. I will not put up with that kind of garbage. If you feel you were suckered, that is your choice.
So that is your tactic Our_Street, ensure that your claims are fullfilled by attacking anyone involved with buzz an trying to eliminate any revenue stream they may have. You belong in the same cell as you good friend Jonathan Curshen!
Where is the evidence against Sunny, Beth, Pumin, etc. You turn up some dirt on one guy and suddenly the entity called Buzz is totally a scam? Whatever you guys say. And please, save your comments about the people who hold shares for someplace else as this board is just for discussing Buzz. Why is it that posts that attack those holding shares are not deleted. Why is there a double standard on this board?
