I know who I am voting for, regardless of what other posters are saying trying to bash prior management the stock made incredible moves under their regime. I like the odds of a higher PPS under Ben and Dino's control vs. Dan. If he hasn't been able to do anything up until now its time for him to be replaced!

To My fellow $SRSR shareholders, when you get your proxy the easiest way to vote is to go to the website on the proxy then use your control ID Number to vote.

If you haven't received your proxy by now, email tiffany@pacificstocktransfer.com tell her how many shares you have on Feb. 4 the record date, name,address then she will email you your Control ID, the vote website and you can vote digitally.

I know I'm voting 'For" Mr. Fuschino and Mr. Miccacchi, "Withold" is a vote against the proposed directors

$SRSR had been dead for 7 years under Dan's direction, nothing happened, stock slumped until major shareholders financed a meeting and only then did the stock show some life. Dan had his chance, he told the Nevada court in August 2020 he would hold an SRSR meeting, the first in nine years. He couldn't gain enough confidence from anyone in the exploration industry to raise the money to hold a meeting.


Clearly, Dan Byrnes isn't proper management material under any circumstances..

Doubt it 50 million bid now at .0012 on EWLL support building probably be back to high teens before trips imo

The Rumor around the campfire is; Dan Byrnes has recently put in a document with the Secretary of State of Nevada creating a new share structure for SRSR. He's adding Preferred Shares for himself. In Nevada you can't change the share structure of a company without the approval of the shareholders at a meeting which has not happened; there has been no SRSR shareholder meeting since 2011..

What Dan is trying to do is illegal in Nevada; the Plaintiff's lawyers will likely take him to court once again to slap him on the hand for sticking his hand too far in the cookie jar...

What has Dan done for the Company in the last 4 years? No filings, stock was 1/10 of a cent before the Shareholder Plaintiffs have had enough.

Dan, like always it seems, is out for Dan, not the benefit of the shareholders.

IMO We need to vote this guy out....

BIG NEWS: SRSR Special Meeting March 29

A long time SRSR shareholder called me just now. He had been called to see if his address is the same' as he's a registered shareholder (paper cert). Apparently today is the record date for voting in the SRSR special meeting on March 29. What you own as of today is the shares you can vote on.

New management coming aboard is why I think we have had this run; Dan wasn't getting things done. Upset large shareholders went to the Nevada court and the judge granted them an order to hold a special meeting to replace the old director, Dan. SRSR management (Dan) couldn't even raise enough money to hold a meeting.

Anyways, that's what the old guy told me, I've known him for years.

I will vote for new management that's for sure

Yup I saw some nice bid support at .0075 yesterday the resistance in the .0085-.009 range is going to be broken soon and support will build at that prior resistance just like when it broke .004-.005 range. Next stop copper town! $SRSR
