The Rumor around the campfire is; Dan Byrnes has recently put in a document with the Secretary of State of Nevada creating a new share structure for SRSR. He's adding Preferred Shares for himself. In Nevada you can't change the share structure of a company without the approval of the shareholders at a meeting which has not happened; there has been no SRSR shareholder meeting since 2011..

What Dan is trying to do is illegal in Nevada; the Plaintiff's lawyers will likely take him to court once again to slap him on the hand for sticking his hand too far in the cookie jar...

What has Dan done for the Company in the last 4 years? No filings, stock was 1/10 of a cent before the Shareholder Plaintiffs have had enough.

Dan, like always it seems, is out for Dan, not the benefit of the shareholders.

IMO We need to vote this guy out....
