I think I know but not confirmed yet, I hope to see financials soon. That will explain alot.
Go BFHJ!!!!!!!!
I agree!! Very good PR, I'm glad Brian didn't pack the rest of the news in there. What I'm saying is it left room for back to back PR's. I know right now there is another PR about to be released. Also "The dividends have been problematic to MM's with short positions in SYNJ" This is awesome, lets see how they handle combo back to back Divis!!! If there is a short position they will have to cover this time. imo, Go SYNJ!!!!!!!!!!!!
beer that really don't mean anything: An explanation of Finra's daily short volume.
(Courtesy of a post made by pantherj)
The daily short interest report from FINRA is as widely misinterpreted as any report ever put out. Yet, once a few basics are understood, it becomes very logical. The huge short volume seen in the daily reports are almost instantaneously covered; within a few milliseconds or a few hours at worst. The best explanation of this report, that I've ever seen, was posted by "Dave Patch" of "Investigatethesec.com."

Short Sale Volume Reporting’s are deceiving.
I spoke to FINRA today and found out some very interesting things that until now I did not fully understand. I knew there was something wrong with this transparency of information but was not 100% sure what it was. I think I have my answer and it was enlightening.
I was first directed to the Notice to Members memo dated 9/29/2009
www.finra.org/Industry/Regulation/Notices/2009/P120045
The individual I spoke with wanted to make clear that to maintain proper trade volume reporting accuracy, a trade with multiple legs in the trade would only be reported once in the volume reports. The example given would be.
Investor A is long 100 shares and wants to sell. They enter the order through their broker that is routed to a market maker. That market maker will go out and sell the stock into the market before they have bought the stock from you/your broker to close out their account. They do not take possession first as there is no guarantee they can sell the order into the market. By this Notice, the actual sale INTO the market is a short sale because the market maker sold the stock into the market BEFORE they had purchased the stock from you. It is a technicality since they know there position will be closed out minutes later when they go in and buy your shares. To avoid doubling up on trade volume and distorting the picture, only the sale into the market (consolidated tape) is recorded and not the second leg which was the sale transaction between seller and market maker.
So, this is why the short sale volume is high but also why the FTD’s and bi-Monthly short interest reports are not showing any indications of this volume. The short isn’t really a short it is the execution of a long sale by a market maker. The key language in the FINRA notice is this:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Daily Short Sale Volume File will provide daily access to the aggregate volume of short sales in NMS Stocks and OTC Equity Securities reported to a consolidated tape and traded over-the-counter during regular trading hours on each trading day.
Sounds good to me!! edegoc will be a billionaire, and it only costs .ooo1-.0002 GO SYNJ!!!!!!!
Look on the bright side, if brian is giving 25% of one billion shares of BEEN divided out to all outstanding shares of SYNJ, once the divis show up in our account, what ever the amount be calculated against the amount of common stock already in your account will give you the total current number of outstanding shares for SYNJ.

Very Nice News!!! I expect more News and PPS moving up as we move closer to the end of March. Squeeze!!!!!
For those who don't know: Awhile back I decided to get my company registered and licensed in Nevada, I was at the time an out of state company and had no office or residence in the state of Nevada and didn't plan on having an office there any time soon, However my intentions were to Legally bid and do business within Nevada from another State. In order to do this every entity in every state has to have a registered agent. You can hire another business who fills this position for hundreds of companys or you can do it the simple way. To make a long story short I have a Sister who lives in a two bedroom apartment in Henderson, NV. It took about a minute for her to put in her address info, sign and date and she became my registered agent. Any state resident in most or all states with a physical address in that state can be a registered agent for any company out there. The mail from gov agencies in NV still came to my out of state location but if for some reason it was returned or they couldn't get hold of me they would have my sister to contact who is a resident of NV. Another note: Most registered agents charge about $80 to $100 dollars a yr per company. Take that into account when you pull up addresses of the registered agent for a certain company. In the time I did business in Vegas (about one yr) My Sister only got one letter from the State, Everything else came directly to my out of state office. She new very little about my business (but knew how to contact me) and other than being my registered agent she had nothing to do with my company.
Thanks
Thanks slojab.. I guess we learn as we go. Once there gone I'll probably never admit to it either. LOL
Generic I wonder if you can Help me with this. You seem to have alot more experiance in this than I do. I have about 50 million shares in a company that all but dried up about 2 yrs ago. At the time it was trading with good volume between .0001 and .0002 sometimes .0003. I started out just flipping the stock but volume dried up in a hurry and I became a bag holder with 50 million shares. The stock is now on the Grey Market still trading a few shares about once a month. My GTC order @.0001 has sold a few partials in the last few months. I want to just dump it with a market order but don't know what to expect. Have you been in a similiar situation and dumped at market with a grey at no bid? If you have the time please let me know... Thanks
Its up and working now!!!

The rules addressing minimum pricing increments for OTC Equity Securities (Rule 6434), prohibiting locked and crossed quotations in OTC Equity Securities (Rule 6437) and
restricting access fees imposed against a firm’s published quotation in OTC Equity
Securities (Rule 6450) will become effective on February 11, 2011. The rule requiring
the display of customer limit orders in OTC Equity Securities (Rule 6460) will become
effective on May 9, 2011.
Restrictions on Sub-penny Quoting
FINRA Rule 6434 provides that, for OTC Equity Securities priced equal to or greater
than $1.00 per share, no firm shall display, rank or accept a bid or offer, an order or an
indication of interest in any OTC Equity Security that is priced in an increment smaller
than $0.01. For OTC Equity Securities priced less than $1.00 per share, Rule 6434
prohibits firms from displaying, ranking or accepting a bid or offer, an order or an
indication of interest priced in an increment smaller than $0.0001. However, in
recognition of the smaller price points of OTC Equity Securities, where an order or
indication of interest itself is priced less than $0.0001, a firm may rank or accept
(but not display) such order or indication of interest in an increment of $0.000001 or greater.
Locked and Crossed Markets
FINRA Rule 6437 requires firms to implement policies and procedures to reasonably
avoid displaying, or engaging in a pattern or practice of displaying, locking or crossing
quotations in any OTC Equity Security.
The rule defines a “crossing quotation” as “the display of a bid for an OTC Equity
Security at a price that is higher than the displayed price of an offer for such OTC Equity
Security in the same inter-dealer quotation system, or the display of an offer for an OTC
Equity Security at a price that is lower than the displayed price of a bid for such OTC
Equity Security in the same inter-dealer quotation system.”4
I think so. A couple months back zecco would accept orders in .00000 range on some subpenny stocks. I wonder how this will change the game? I thought this was interesting too:
"For OTC Equity Securities priced less than $1.00 per share, Rule 6434
prohibits firms from displaying, ranking or accepting a bid or offer, an order or an
indication of interest priced in an increment smaller than $0.0001"
Welcome aboard ccsar, Big things coming for BFHJ.

Hi Clay, Thanks for the charts. I've learned alot just from watching your videos. I know you havn't done one on BFHJ for awhile, It looks as if its about ready to run. If you have the time could you do an update on BFHJ? The Accum/Dist is higher than ever, can you point out what this signifies. Thanks again Clay.

Anyone watching BFHJ? Big news expected over the weekend!!
Up 3000% now. Do you know why its moving? I can't find anything on it.
Thanks viking, chart looks good. Looks like .0016 is very solid suport. Its interesting the MA(50) and also MA(200) are both at .0016, The accum/dist looks awesome. Does that signal a float lock up?
They just now changed that "Copyright © 2011 sportsbook.cr by Beneficial is owned and operated by Total E Soft Ltd, UK."
A few minutes ago it didn't have the "by Beneficial" part.
They must be watching our posts.. lol
When the site goes live that will change to support@sportsbook.cr
Bet.cr had many similarities with adresses before they launched.
