Look on the bright side, if brian is giving 25% of one billion shares of BEEN divided out to all outstanding shares of SYNJ, once the divis show up in our account, what ever the amount be calculated against the amount of common stock already in your account will give you the total current number of outstanding shares for SYNJ.
