Wow, great news. Thanks for posting June~ Rock on $CDOC
The company expects to report a first quarter revenue and net earnings growth increase of 137% & 194% respectively for 2015 versus first quarter 2014.
My guess is $1 billion dollars and .07 cents. :)
One week until "out of court" proceedings. Here's hoping for the best! Come on $CDOC.
Las Vegas company OK’d to fly drones for news coverage
By RICHARD N. VELOTTA
LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
A company that is leading the commercial drone industry in Nevada has received an exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration to fly an unmanned aerial vehicle to gather news images.
Las Vegas-based ArrowData, a division of Bowhead Systems, became the first operation in the country to receive approval to use drones for electronic news gathering or “aerojournalism” as the company is calling it.
A spokesman for the company said ArrowData is in negotiations with a television station to use the news drone, but he would not disclose which one.
“This approval from the FAA provides tremendous opportunity for our company to pursue aerojournalism while working with local FAA officials to ensure safe flight operations,” said James Fleitz, vice president of ArrowData in a statement issued Tuesday.
“Helping news stations of all sizes with the ability to have aerial video is a game changer,” Fleitz said. “This is a tool that stations in all markets will use to better inform the public and we’re proud to be leading the way in this new industry.”
ArrowData and its Front Row Cam division scored another first last week. It was the first to provide video images from a drone at an indoor sporting event, the Geico EnduroCross series motorcycle races staged Friday at Orleans Arena.
At those races, the company provided a video stream that could be viewed on a smartphone screen by fans at the event who downloaded a free application.
Footage from the race will be broadcast by the CBS Sports Network on Sunday.
Former Air Force pilots lead the ArrowData team. Fleitz flew C-17 Globemaster transport planes while the pilot who flew indoors at The Orleans, Bill “Mario” Wilson, was a former B-52, F-16 and Predator drone pilot.
ArrowData has been one of the leading companies working to commercialize flying drones in the United States after Nevada was chosen as one of six states to host test flights in late 2013.

Chevy Volt Emits Significantly Less Smog-Forming Pollution Than Other PHEVs

The 2016 Chevy Volt Will Cost Just $26K After Tax Credits
The 2016 Chevy Volt Will Cost Just $26K After Tax Credits
If you get the full $7,500 federal tax credit for electric vehicles, the new Volt will come in at $26,495. If you happen to live in California, state-level credits can bring that down to just $24,995. That’s newsworthy because it’s starting to dip into traditional hybrid price territory — if you look at the closest comparable offerings from Ford, Honda, or Toyota, you’re looking at ~$25,000.
Eikel,
Who do you suggest they have rather than "Action Stock Transfer Corporation"?
If you are a stock holder, and have a replacement suggestion, I urge you to call JNSH (ask for Brian Howe) and relay your feelings.
If not, please post all information here and I will be glad to call JNSH.
Thank you.
Sweeeet! $CDOC
With incentives the prices are very reasonable.
Sony Beta was way better than VHS. So what's your point?
Probably the smartest thing to do at this point. Speculative buying is over for now imho.
Orca, I think we need to see a couple quarters of 2015 financials to really see what the impact of (a) no lawyers fees for lawsuit (b) NRG deal brings in (c) having 125 chargers up and working and the income from those before we can really know what kind of money JNSH is pulling in.
My guess is that the numbers won't be *huge* but will be significant in comparison to the last couple years and should bump the share price up. Imho the share price is undervalued a little now and speculating on the numbers going forward we should be at .05 by the end of the year. Just my opinion though.
Yes, that was nice. However 50k in volume isn't going to make many waves. I wish the company would PR a sale or seven. I still believe in $CDOC products and am holding for now. We'll see what May brings!~
King, you got it!
The change is coming. It will be quick - I think JNSH (Brian) understands this paradigm shift. Once EV's get over the current 75-90 mile limitation people will really start to seriously consider the EV.
If you don't live in a city, a normal commute is around 90 miles round trip. 70-80 miles on a full charge isn't going to cut it. Now 120+ (hence the Chinese car just announced) and the supposed Chevy (Volt at 230 miles) and people will say... wait a minute, I can get one of these, get a $7500 rebate from the government, don't have to pay for a charge (mostly for now), or gas, no maintenance fees, I repeat no maintenance fees (as compared to a gas/oil car), and it drives and feels like a car AND no dependency on foreign oil! Wow, sign me up!!
BTW - there are a lot of local EV weekend car shows, find one and check out the cars! Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Nissan - plus motor cycles, scooters! It is huge. Whether JNSH becomes huge or not I don't know, but I bet my shares that EV will be huge, at least for a while.
It is a really exciting time. I hate OIL/Gas. It's dirty, pollutes, causes war, robs us of our money etc.
So much world wide press in the last few days. Look for an upswing in volume imo. Glta $CDOC
Absolutely. Looks like the news hit world wide as my Google news feed showed it in French, Russian and English.
I hope we start to get some volume! Have a great weekend all.
BOEING! NOAA! CODA OCTOPUS Unbelievable! In the same sentence.
Awesome stuff 1Center. Thanks for posting that link.
If I had more funds I would buy more!
Go $CDOC
Wow! That's a lot of ching. I hope you are in the green! Good luck to you and all.
GMA, good information. Thank you for it.
I too am hopeful that this will be favorably behind us shortly!
J, why nit just buy some shares? It's a penny+. Live a little, take a risk that's what it's all about. Ask our fore fathers. :)
Hmmm, why is that? Why would CDOC have to concede anything? In your opinion?
Am I missing something? Have they been guilty of anything?
Thanks.
Thanks GMA. So when you say "CODA has to give up something", why if the judge rules in their favor?
Also, it would be curious to know what precipitated the "jump" in share price beginning on November 26th 2013 and then the "sell" off starting in January 2014.
I really hope they can put this behind them and then start focusing on shareholder value.
Good luck to you and all.
Who's the dbag(s) selling for under pps and driving it down?
Ah so before they meet, they are to try and work things out verbally and then if they do/can they meet the judge and verbally say they've worked things out and the case doesn't go to court?
Or that they haven't worked things out and the judge will determine if they are to move forward in court?
Thanks.
GMA - what exactly does
both Parties are in Court ordered Mediation
Yes, for sure. Curious to see if the stock gets more exposure from the Ocean Business 2015 Conference that starts tomorrow.

The All New Echoscope C500
Yup, I agree but still frustrated about what happened here last year.
The lawsuit and seeking alpha article really put the hurt on.
Yet here we still are, a year later selling products, improving products, filling government contracts, making money, getting the word out (shipwrecks, discovery channel) and the price teeters between .06-.075 unbelievable.
Such a shame. I really believe we need to have audited financials and uplist so that the stock price can better reflect the company's value. No real reason now to not be trading at .13-.28 like last year.
It will be a long time before the lawsuit is ironed out.

Half of that was me. You're all welcome. Go $OCLG
It's Tuesday, didn't that poster say "week end"?
What does that mean *exactly*? Anyone? Thanks
Again, I would say that there was a power struggle BUT most likely a planned one back in the fall/new year.
Freitag brings a wealth of experience to his new role, including more than 25 years of work with advanced materials, and more than 20 years of federal grant and contract funding expertise. He has worked previously with organizations including but not limited to Dow Corning, SCHOTT Government Services, LLC, Raytheon, General Electric, United Technologies, Avery Dennison, DuPont, Honeywell, and Lockheed Martin. He has also served as the Technical Director for the US Advanced Ceramics Association for over 15 years providing technical leadership during advocacy of policy and funding issues to the federal government. He was hired by 3DIcon as a Federal business development expert in December of 2013.
"Doug has an intimate knowledge of our technology and vast experience in the federal funding space that is invaluable to 3DIcon, so we are thrilled to have him take on a more prominent role within the company," said Victor Keen, CEO, 3DIcon. "Doug has done a fantastic job already in identifying and submitting for several funding opportunities, and we look forward to his continued progress and involvement in this expanded capacity in 2015 and beyond."
"It's an exciting time to join 3DIcon in this larger role, as the 3D technology industry is poised for a massive breakout, particularly with volumetric display in verticals including healthcare and defense, among others," said Doug Freitag 3DIcon. "We have made progress over the past year in terms of technological advancements as well as in identifying and pursuing outside funding sources. As we await responses to various proposals, I am optimistic about our prospects for the coming year."
I suspect that there was a power struggle more then anything and the good Doctor had to move on...
Doug Freitag, who was named Vice President of Technology and Business Development in January of this year, has assumed Dr. Refai's responsibilities relating to the development of the technology and will continue to oversee key personnel and strategic partnerships as the company works to bring its 3D volumetric display technology to market.
"We thank Dr. Refai for all of his contributions to 3DIcon and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors," said Victor Keen, CEO, 3DIcon. "We look forward to continuing the aggressive development of our technology under the guidance of Doug Freitag."
Evolve USA Charging
USA
From the new Evolve website:
Evolve USA Charging has partnered with JNS Power the largest independent network of electric vehicle charging stations in Illinois. The infrastructure is currently made up of 130 public level 2 stations in Chicago and the surrounding metropolitan area. The company will continue to build the Network through partnership programs and acquisitions making Illinois one of the leaders in environmental sustainability and helping America’s dependency on foreign oil. Additional company growth will come from the sale of independent and network charging solutions to businesses and municipalities as well as fast charging home solutions to electric vehicle drivers.
Smart move Coda!
With rentals going up and sales of the Echoscope stabilizing or stagnant introducing new products and enhancements should help make up for sales.
Will also be curious to see exposure increase once the Discovery Channel's Shark Week premieres!

While there was a *very* obvious "pump" here on the board yesterday I think the PR's are/were warranted. They need to let the public know that the charge stations were back on line. That is not a 'pump' to me, they need people to use them to cover their expenses for maintaining them and hopefully generate revenue.
I think I'll wait for some financials with numbers (hopefully audited) before deciding if $JNSH is for real or not. A year should do it. GLTAL.
.0132 Games games games. Gosh I hope JNSH uplists!!!!
