New Person, Promoter, "Rumor", MM, Friend, jbbb
>> A new person taking a relatively large position
>> A promoter/sponsor before sending out a teaser email blast
>> A person who heard "A Rumor" from Cisco employee as they prepare their 10Q for release
-- Acquisitions, including pending and intagible assets and/or the mention of Unified in Legal Proceedings
-- Last 10Q (2017-11-21)

>> A person who heard "A (different) Rumor" from a clerk working with the judge
>> A market maker or another market maker not on the exchange

>> Oh, or jbbb
And Bob's your uncle, et voilà!
Plus, it's President's Day on Monday so not many trading days left before expected ruling.
It appears something's up, someone's in the know, I mean, "Heard a rÜmÖr"...but who knows?
JMHO.
If overnight news and MM doesn't have inventory on large short position, hang on!
Short 7.35M yesterday; Form T MM buyback?
https://otcshortreport.com/company/UOIP
Noticed BMIC (and others), will enter market just after opens.
No news and no news interrupt during day; therefore, think sell to all.
Then file intent to buyback shares at close once trading underway.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/faqs
>> Is short selling allowed for OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities?
>> Yes — short selling is allowed for OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=115101199
>> a “Form T Trade” a “trade reporting form used by broker-dealer members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) to report equity trades executed either in the OTC market or during extended hours trading.
JMHO (but who really knows what those MMs are doing!).
Not dilution. Selling then buying back.
May be short covering or have qty to sell, especially BMIC.
News or something hopefully coming out soon. Big volume day.
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/unifiedonline-inc-UOIP/trades
https://otcshortreport.com/company/UOIP
Then rinse and repeat.
Appears when there are buyers, especially at ASK, continual game going.
Need NEWS to knock'em out!
More MMs will enter the market.
This should rally well over a penny.
Shorts will have to cover. They'll get burned.
https://otcshortreport.com/company/UOIP
The closer we get, the more fearful the MMs will be (if know what trading).
95%+ OTCBB are junk.
As one person wrote, "This is a diamond in the rough".
JMHO.
Thank ¥ÖÜ Exhibit Y.
Just trying to provide an idea of how undervalued this is.
Who would've thought crypto currencies would explode exponentially.
This has the same probability.
And we're in!
All or Nothing; No Troll; Enough Money.
Rationale:
Cisco & Cisco 13 "Knowingly" infringed upon patents for 3-5+ years. Precedent of win(s) has already been established.
Marketshare impact of ~50M households and businesses of infringement:
Scenarios:
$.1/year ~ $5M/yr
$.5/year ~ $25M/yr
$1/year ~ $50M/yr
$1/month ~ $600M/yr
In addition to the value of the future life of the patent(s).
My guestimate = $500M to $3B, depending on trial and/or treble damages.
If had to predict, $1B. Even if fully diluted (which not by volume history), $1B/$1.9B=$0.52/share.
Probability of winning at this stage > 77% (from past charts & postings). I think 90%+.
44.7M shares bought for patents, therefore, when upheld, payoff to all shareholders, i.e. BK extremely unlikely.
Carter controls xx% of company. Has plenty of VC friends willing to provide financing (if necessary) for %.
Whitman is the best and wouldn't take lawsuit if no merit & him getting % of win.
Whitman has more experience than RPXC has been in existence.
FYI...Here's IRrational defense's spiel:

UOIP = Absolutely worth the risk. This could be a once in a lifetime stock (and you're in!).
All JMHÖ.
Thank ¥ÖÜ EB for being eyes & ears.
U_R_Y (from MTD exhibit, RAM) is right.
Excellent and outstanding summary.
Once again, your time and efforts are very much appreciated.
Fellow Long(s), Scruffer
Hear, hear. Fantastic. Superb. Outstanding. Poignant.
Original legal office. Who can spot any court or legal buildings off Judicial Drive?
Oh, and there's a "No Parking" sign with, what, a UPS parcel pick-up. What can those offices be? Hmmmm.

You woulda if ya coulda but since you haven't, ya can't partake in a potential 50+ bagger.
Ignorance is bliss.
https://media.giphy.com/media/qwOT21oOE0mwE/giphy.gif
Conclusive evidence keeps piling-up on Cisco's violations.
Great details relevant and applicable in ChanBond's lawsuit. Thank you.
-- Technology was invalid was no defense.
-- I thought it was legal.
-- Invalidity is not a defense to infringement, it is a defense to liability
Induced infringement:
-- Knowledge of the patent in suit = CHECK (yes)
-- Knowledge of patent infringement = DOUBLE CHECK (yes)
https://www.law360.com/articles/493946/synqor-cisco-settle-suit-over-patent-infringement
Someday we should (hopefully) win.
If I were you, I would be buying. That's a good sign.
If RPXC is referencing message boards, it appears they're "Throwing spaghetti at the walls" (seeing what sticks).
Go Long and join the possible 50 to 100+ bagger from here (.0018).
With Carter running the show, how can one NOT take a small percentage of portfolio risk, a 50% risk or for those with very limited resources, an ALL-IN risk.
If there's one OTCBB stock, this is it!
JMHO.
With your 103M shares? Your account +160,000$.
I thought you were going to dump those shares anyway.
Profit taking never hurts.
Go for it.
Then can rebuy at .0001 (again).
U_R_Exh_Y:
RPXC should settle, succumb to defeat, be done with, close the books on.
Still find it difficult to comprehend "You are Exhibit Y" in "Motion to Dismiss".
And from an OTCBB bulletin board.
Unbelievable! Like it should even matter or be considered what's exchanged on a message board.
Bottom line, Cisco infringed!
To be clear, still appears Cisco infringed on ChanBond patents!
Cisco is a behemoth trying to swash the sole proprietor (or small company) of their awarded and granted patent(s). In this case, ChanBond (now).
They just file for every and any thing so at the detail, specific, scientific, engineering and design level, they can try to claim everything.
Hopefully, the review boards and/or trial jury will come to see and realize this (especially in our case).
It's already been deliberated and Cisco lost.
Cisco's tactics now may be to "Throw spagetti at the wall", delay and cause financial hardships to rightful owner and winner.
GLLs.
What I mean is there are tens of thousands of patents based on various microprocessors and chipsets, from Intel, Taiwan Semi, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, Nvidia, IBM, Texas Instruments, Toshiba, etc.
Cisco has 349 patents with DOCSIS here:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=docsis&FIELD1=&co1=AND&TERM2=cisco&FIELD2=ASNM&d=PTXT
Further, write, "Putting it all together are the claims in the patent(s)".
Getting it all to work effectively and efficiently is the hard part. Plus, must be new, useful and not obvious to be patented.
So, it's my conclusion, what does it matter who's microprocessors are used?
Cisco's total patents.
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=cisco&FIELD1=ASNM&co1=AND&TERM2=&FIELD2=&d=PTXT
"Putting it all together are the claims in the patent(s)".
Intel, AMD, Nvidia, IBM, Texas Instruments, Toshiba...
It must be Friday, the 13th. D'Oh!
Then why so many other related Cisco patents?
Seems counter intuitive. Hmmm?
Ram with your horns in the Motion To Dismiss. Hilarious.
College...Ruinous Ram.
Exactly.
Would've sold at least 25M+ shares.
Thought the same thing.
It must be the "New math".
Please explain in private email reason removed.
Nothing derogatory. Want guestimate of float.
Must be missing something here.
Thank you moderators.
Sincerely, Scruffer
If own defunct company, time to SELL.
Give it up already.
If delisted, can come back and say, "Told you so".
The PROOF is in your ACTIONS. TALK (the written word) is CHEAP.
And then you can be on your merry way-weigh-whey, but can be entertaining (at times).
your WORDS <> your ACTIONS!
Sell, sell, sell! Profits - Loss too.
When have realized or recognized gain in a stock, can sell losses to off-set gain as well.
You're referring to 3k carry forward.
Of course, unless in Roth or some other pre-tax account.
jbbb: What's the hold-up? Dump 'em. Buyers, including myself, are waiting for more "Scam" shares.
Scam, wham, bam, scram, thank you ma'am (sir).
Time to dump, sell, get-out ASAP then.
"UOIP is now a full blown "SCAM", could be delisted any day.", jbbb
Something is better than nothing.
What are you waiting for?
Any day delisted!!!
Wise to sell half b4 breaks .001.
Jbbb: If begin selling half your shares now, should be able to get greater than .001 for most of the 50M before breaks below trips, especially if prognosticate shares driven to .0001 again by MMs.
JMHO.
P.S. You may be right. Maybe you have "The Shine".
P.S2. Never hurts to take a profit.
Everything stated very true. Agree completely.
My guess is just a delay tactic and hoping for some misstep on technical grounds.
Plus, make Carter and SH sweat.
Hence the bold, "Indirectly" and "Negotiations".
Of course, it all depends on what your definition of "Is" is.
Yes, 100% agree.
Never really, really know however.
As we all know, too many real life examples within government.
Inside information is illegal, unless your Congress. (Unless a bill recently changed that. Given-up staying current or following most news).
Appears Cisco playing the game & delaying.
Of course, unless have hidden or alternate agenda.
Never know if got to the judges?
Seems much, much cheaper to reach-out to judges "Indirectly".
Who really knows any more with what goes on with government and behind the scenes "Negotiations"?
JMHO.
Thank you MMGA2017. Don't read legalese however.
What's your take? (or anyone's).
What would be your guestimate for Cisco to win or win in part?
Thank you for info and your input.
Scruffer
GLLs.
Moreover, do you see this going to trial or have any insight into Cisco's history of dealing with lawsuits.
Please name me a better stock? Just 1.
Also, did you come from Yahoo Message Boards?
A person, very similar to your writing style, quoted parts of comments, then responded or wanted proof.
The company went dark.
Speculation is the name of the OTC game. This is about my only OTC stock (ever).
Gotta move before the herd.
Can buy your AMZN, NVDA, AAPL, GOOG, NFLX and take your chances.
A pullback is coming, but WHEN is the six-figure question.
Good luck longs.

Dumping today? Your chance to reverse course.
Time to get in Hi_Lo. Join the fun. It's opposite day. Fall begins tomorrow.
Could've bought a whopping total of 350k shares for the astronomical cost of $700.
This is the best risk-reward OTC stock out there. Even against major market index stocks.
And the phone number was their legal office. All in Carter's control now.
Where else do you have the probability, yes probability in favor, for a 75+ bagger?
Typically avoid OTC, but S&P 500 just as dangerous these days. Or almost any stock.
To me, the markets are nearly fully valued. And for 5% gain or 25% loss.
Repeat after me, UOIP, UOIP, UOIP. (All together now).
See Sexysamir's post 36059 above (Sticky Note).
Never know.
"Precedent" has been established and set. The basis for law.
Moreover, unless corrupt judge, it's 77%+ chance of winning. If not more!
And a trial can add significantly to settlement with damages.
We're talking past infringement, as well as, the present value of the remaining life of the patents.
All this stuff has been posted by others.
Some even with charts.
You're right. Thanks RAMbo & KIR.
You two know a lot about OTC stocks and where to find docs.
You're both a huge, major and hope providing resource.
My guess is Cisco will end-up providing stock for the company.
And by evaluating other lawsuits, 500M minimum. If not 1B. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but it's what makes this stock exciting.
I was late to the party as well.
Plus, about only OTC stock owned so learning curve.
Market Makers are in control. Will take stock up and down, sometimes significantly. Sometimes supply & demand moves stock, but they can manipulate. (Search 'OTC Market Maker Manipulation').
Either dollar cost average down with any additional funds, sell or bite the bullet and hold.
I'm going with dollar cost averaging and biting the bullet.
Just have to believe in Carter and "Precedent" established with wins.
MMs move the stock to flush-out weak hands and create volume & action.
My guestimate is Cisco already offered $50M. It's nothing for them. They have 11.7B in cash and market cap of 161B.
Carter and attorneys probably won't settle for anything less than 500M. JMHO. Even with 2B shares out, that's .25 before legal and expenses. If take out 40%, then still 15 cents per share. (Not sure, but would think attorneys working on "Contigent Fee Basis").
It's hard but mentally gotta prepare self and not focus-on. Drinking may help.
GLLs.
But what does "Double Print" mean?
Is the stock then transferred / traded to another party?
Is there really half the trading volume then?
Thank you again, Scruf
KIR: What does that mean?
Thank you, Scruffer.
Dilution Over? ~55M @ .0022 about $120K
Sep 20, 2017 29,540,000

Thanks for helping. See range 5/1/17 - 7/31/17.
It's called PTAB win, news, one step closer.
It's so odd how many contributors follow this stock but have no vested interest.
Something must be stirring or going right.
That other post to SexySamir was somewhat directed to your original inquiry. I guess I double posted. Link to a link.
GLLs.
Time will tell.
¦ ? Our chances, our chances ? ¦
Longs are ALL on-board with you SexySamir.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Just like UOIP here, same thing debated by the talking heads (not musical group) if in a bull-bear market, long-short xyz company, you name it...
No doubt about it, it's a gamble, much like life.
"A bird in the hand is better than two in the bush (but what about fifty?)."
All very true; yet, financial$ are not current.
OTC Markets Group Inc. (“OTC Markets”) has discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) for one of the following reasons:
My guestimation is:
UOIP is either non-reporting or has posted information in a format that cannot be processed.
Financial data is not available at this time. Please see the ‘Filings and Disclosure’ Tab for more information.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/UOIP/filings
This is holding the stock down or may be in the pennies. JMHO.
Thought the same thing at first, but upon further investigation, "Risk-Reward" worth the cost.
GLL.
P.S. At least we know, one side is going to be right.
HEAR, HEAR! So true and funny.
Great post longs.
And totally agree with you Ram.
If there's one OTCBB stock, this is it.
ROR could be a 100+ bagger. Risk-Reward worth the cost.
Go "Unified Carter" crew.
Lastly, Vandham Securities may be hiding.
CDEL & NITE trading amongst themselves ???
It's gonna be a slow, volumeless & boring fall if Citidel Securities and Knight Capital Group keep the price bound b/t 30 and 35. It appears they're trading amongst themselves.
Take a chance. Live a little. Where's your market? The Market maker's action seems to have dried up and disappeared. Poof!
At least we have other stocks, plus the football season is underway.
Caveat. I have not read ALL the rules, disclaimers, legal, etc. so hope allowed to remain posted. If removed, please indicate the specific reason to me in private email.
Thank you mindful moderators.
