To be clear, still appears Cisco infringed on ChanBond patents!
Cisco is a behemoth trying to swash the sole proprietor (or small company) of their awarded and granted patent(s). In this case, ChanBond (now).
They just file for every and any thing so at the detail, specific, scientific, engineering and design level, they can try to claim everything.
Hopefully, the review boards and/or trial jury will come to see and realize this (especially in our case).
It's already been deliberated and Cisco lost.
Cisco's tactics now may be to "Throw spagetti at the wall", delay and cause financial hardships to rightful owner and winner.
