I don't think his objection to the symbol has anything to do with his "religious" beliefs. I think it's just entirely too close for comfort to SEXI -- remember that scandal? Halo effect at work.
d4 ...
I;m still mystified about r---
He was one of the first wanting to find out what was going on, right after the WSJ and Times articles.
He tried to get an e-m group together to share information.
He was (apparently) horrified that all wasn't as daBeez would have peeps b'leeve.
And then he wound up on the pp list.
And now, when he posts, he's vicious and vitriolic, calling anyone who says there's trubble in River City the most awful names.
as 4x4 was wont to say ...
don't hold back, rotten!
(do ya get it now, inet? do you think you could paste rotten's post over on the troob'leever board so they might?)
rotten ...
I don't still have broadsword's e-m address or phone number but I imagine someone else might.
crow ...
I wouldn't think of taking him on. I mean, he must be right since all the peeps who understood the truth and posted it have been banished from RB. The highly ethical RB that let its code be cracked or had a plant working inside to take care of the "bashers" (that creepy person who likes model cars -- as does his pal nasfan -- has been very very silent since everyone not to his and others' liking has been zapped).
Not me, I wouldn't think of challenging raiderman. That's a yob for arloco or rotten. Or maybe scarednomore. Or milchip.
Butt the person who really needs "challenging" is malcbaby, and no one -- not even those who have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars -- seems willing or even remotely anxious to take him on. That I just cannot understand. Of course there's always that guy who lives on a far western bluff of a Caribbean island -- you know, the one who was going to get a shareholders meeting to happen with loch, then was going to call in his forensic accountants or whatever it was -- he was gonna make things happen, man! Maybe he will turn his "righteous" indignation into action. But I doubt it.
Nothing will happen and malc will disappear into the sunset a happy man. After a brief holiday in Brazil.
crow/rotten ...
it's just too bad blkhoc didn't live to add his weight and knowledge and even just his suspicions of events past.
I'd hope broadsword would add his, which differ in kind and degree from blkhoc's. Maybe it would be productive contacting him and bringing him up to date on current events (including those behind the scenes), if he isn't watching anymore.
crow ...
"That Sucker has always had the ability to make it big in honest endeavors."
Would you buy a house or any other piece of real estate ... or go into a partnership, real property or otherwise ... from/with this man or any of his relatives or close friends?
Where IS tb these days, I wonder, crow?
I think I remember reading a while back that he'd turned state's evidence on daBeez ... or was it vice versa ... can't remember.
"... and I have a reason to be here."
Everyone who posts here has a reason to be here, inet.
You just might not like or agree with the reasons.
d4 ...
and then MP can say "so sorry, we tried, we really tried" and close up shop and everyone will walk.
I wonder if the three-letter agencies have a similar limitation, after which they can't do anything either.
Given the latitude the troolongers have given and continue to give malc, shouldn't be too hard for him to string them along for another 8 months. Doesn't look as if anyone's about to initiate action against daBeez and their friends -- lotsa talk about how bad they were (only accepted as truth recently by some, just a mere four (4) years after the Weil and Norris articles) but that's all it's been, talk.
Thx for the 'splanation. I kinda thought Mar 26, '06 might be more than a lighthouse anniversary!
thanks for the insight, Lmorovan ...
I'll be following up.
what, crow?
they need fda approval?
I thought the knowledgable ones on t'other boards said they don't.
who to b'leeve, who to b'leeve.
Lmorovan ...
was my post 3119 also removed before you became moderator? No, it wasn't, if the times on all posts are accurate and I presume they are.
I have a copy of it if you'd like me to send it to you. Just let me know. It was dated 7/16/05 at 12:58:04 AM -- just before 1 AM this morning.
It would appear that someone's meddling with things here again (or still).
OT: rotten & d4 ... how have I ever gotten along not knowing that til now? I can honestly say my education is now complete!
What's important about March 26, 2006, d4diddy?
'allo, W ...
Me, worry about the past? Not hardly. But I'd say your aborting my name isn't in "the past." Interesting to see you're still able to post when I was sent to jail only for mentioning a very common first name.
How'd you get around Matt, W? Do tell. Or maybe he'll shed some light on it.
You should indeed be very worried about the future of this company, and whatever you have left in it.
rotten ... I spent the day singing their national anthem, not marching!
I note that 2757 and 2769 -- posts by dubyah calling me by name -- are both gone now but that there's another post by dubyah (3083). Maybe he posted it before Matt got to deleting his posts and putting him in jail.
I also note that a whole flock of other posts from yesterday are gone -- two by me, one by whitemoonieman plus others by other peeps. (Seems moonieman didn't want lmorovan to click on the link he provided, the same one he provided me. Weird selectivity, huh?)
Late last night I sent Matt an e-mail. Others whose posts are gone for no apparent reason should do the same. And you, lmorovan, should indeed send him copies of all whitemoon's posts about Romania, every one of them intended and designed to belittle your heritage. It's perfectly clear moonie has gone over the edge, but there's no excuse for Matt letting moon madness continue on IHub. Let RB take care of their own. After all, that's where it all started, with tomscheboy's close connections to the company formerly known as loch and to a particular Starke & Co office in Delray or Boca.
Oh wait, I forgot. Tommyboy had only one (1) li'l ol' lunch with Mr. Ramsay of drug running and money laundering fame. They prolly talked about telephone connections or sumpin. Not about their stable of penny stock scams.
Maybe you can tell us eggzactly what they talked about during that one (1) li'l ol' luncheon, moonie, since you and tommy's brother are best pals and all. I wonder if your version will match the one I have.
And is it true that someone has turned state's witness on tommy? Or is it vice versa, that he's turned state's witness on someone? I'm having trubble keeping it all straight ... plz to clarify, moonman.
But back to deleted posts: for the record, I included this is my e-m to Matt:
If you didn't remove 3089 and the other post of mine written today July 14, then someone else did, apparently without your knowledge.
If you have removed them, please tell me the reason.
And of course I'm saving this post.
This is the last post I'm "permitted" today, lmorovan ... it'll be short and to the point (and saved).
I have no idea who's behind the "corruption" of this board, but I've asked Matt if he's aware of the deletion of those two posts -- which to my knowledge broke no IHub rules -- and what caused them to be deleted from the board. Further, I asked him why two posts by dubya calling me by name still stand, even after I alerted him to them (calling someone by their name IS against IHub rules, which dubya chose to do).
Matt made it clear to me that he doesn't pull posts unless he is alerted to them and finds them in violation. So it's not out of the question that someone else has figured out how to take posts out -- just as was done on the other board.
I look forward to a reply from Matt.
matt ... finally figured out to go to the beginning to find a post of yours to reply to, to find out why I'm in jail.
You deleted a post I made early this morning, which as I remember said simply "Are you paying attention, Ed"?
What is your reason for deleting it and sending me here ... what was "bad" about it?
... and then there are those offshore accounts with the funny names.
kidding aside, rotten ...
I think the man's gone mad.
Maybe he's caught some of that sickness TB had.
would you fly in a plane moonie captained, rotten?
"Hello, Tower ... I'm tired of sittin here. Give me some coordinates and I'll put it on autopilot and go back with the cargo to do my sums and then I'll be taking a nap."
"Stay where you are, Capnmoonie ... turbulence ahead."
"Who are you to order me around?"
"What was that noise?"
"Oh, the left wing just came off, no big deal. Autopilot on. I'm outta here."
Capnmoonie last seen plummeting earthward, tangled up in his chute -- the one he packed himveryself.
she did not, moonie ...
getcher fax strait.
or read her lips: she was never invested in "that" stock and never posted on "that" board.
rotten ...
you didn't think arloco had a sense of humor ???
you've gotta be kidding !!!
(butt then you thought I was medusa)
vty
Surely you've got to be joking!
That's the name of an LLC? "Dependable Ranch Lenders"?
Wouldn't have had anything to do with the tuli, would it?
Too funny!
... and I've tried, I've really really tried. (tm malcbaby)
crow ... why do they e'en read this board?
just can't figger that one out.
inet ... in answer to your post about mine here:
Who hired MP? And why?
Or have you forgotten?
moonieman ...
Again, why are you here? You have so much to answer for to the common shareholders of bprg with its "revolutionary technology". The poor bag holders who have seen their dreams crushed by the unworthiness of the technology, which you and your gang hyped to all who would listen. Clean up your own backyard you hypocrite before you have the gall to lecture us:
Why I am here: because I love watching peeps like you try your level best to persuade yourselves you're making reasonable arguments instead of pancakes.
I have nothing "to answer" for the common shareholders of bprg. Furthermore, I fail to understand why you bring bprg up time and again on this board, which company and its shareholders (despite capndagood's silly attempt to make a connection) have absolutely nothing to do with loch/cdex or with any "competitive" interests.
But since you continue to peek through that door, let's open it up a little more and go through it.
"unworthiness of the technology" you say? Tell me, whiteman: why does FMC (you've heard of FMC?) have a business unit devoted exclusively to commercializing a Bioprogress product? Why is Harro Hoefliger (you've also heard of them, right? If not, they're a German manufacturing company of some repute) producing machines for bprg? Is FMC (which I just know you've heard of) doing that because the technology is unworthy? Is HH also? Would that make any sense? To complete your dd, maybe you could give Robin Mitchell of FMC a ring and ask him why they've named one of their initiatives "Magenta" -- I'm sure he'd love to tell you. BTW, I'd post links to both the FMC and HH sites here, but I'm sure you know how to use google. A man of your obvious talents surely would.
"clean up MY own back yard"? My back yard's lovely and clean.
In case you haven't been following the story, which of course you haven't been, Bioprogress is in the process of conducting and implementing a strategic review, to make sure some of the very serious mistakes that happened in the past year are never repeated. And you know what? They've just had an AGM -- unlike cdex, it was announced more than 2 days in advance and was heavily attended. Many questions were asked and answered -- not all, but many of the ones bothering shareholders.
Can your beloved loch/cdex say the same?
I really think you should do some homework before you take on BPRG.
As for quoting bmnobbs: you ARE presumptuous indeed. Did you notice his "I believe"? Bmnobbs is nobody's fool, but he may not know (or have told all he knows about) the whole story. Again, why not contact him. Perhaps his e-m address is on his alias page (I have no idea) and maybe he'll discuss it all with you.
But to quote him ... that's kinda like latching onto ripXgel's posts, isn't it? Perfectly predictable behavior from an opportunist like you.
Oh, I almost forgot -- I'm not lecturing you or anyone else. But you and others do leave yourselves wide open for ridicule.
And to close this "discussion" of bprg -- which you continue to try to have -- why in the world are you so preoccupied with that company in the first place, since you presumably never held any shares. That;s unlike the basis for my interest in loch/cdex, as I DID hold shares -- albeit briefly -- in loch.
Until shortly after the Weil and Norris articles.
You see, moonie, you showed yourself for what you are when you (along with other lochlongers) first graced the bprg board with your presence, trying to retaliate for DDMan's cogent and articulate posts about Loch the RB lochlong board. Ironically it was one of the loch posters who made it possible for you to even know who he was. Remember mikeyanthony? Contact him -- he'll 'splain it to you.
But your retaliation didn;t work (he was making too much sense and peeps were listening) so then you and YOUR gang had him zapped -- the first of many to be granted the distinction in "Operation Clean Sweep."
Do you really think you can successfully rewrite history -- yours, loch/cdex's, bprg's and the "connecion" between them? Do you think by trying to do so you're going to affect the cdex shareprice and future?
I have an idea: Maybe you should contact Jonathon Weil and get him to cover bprg -- since he loves breaking stories about scams, he'd jump at your heads-up in a heartbeat, wouldn't he? Be sure to tell him to interview your best friend's brother tommyboy so he'll get the full picture. Tell him (Weil) to ask Tommy about his (Tommy's) relationship with Nigel. Then ask him (Weil) to find out how many companies Nigel courted, hoping to increase the web of scams he was representing -- besides the ones we already know he and Tommy worked successfully with, like avsg and shmn and a few others. Make sure, of course, that Weil interviews Nigel as well. No point in relying solely on Tommy's version of events.
And of course, take along your Earl Grey and a Wedgwood cup when they interview you. I think you probably don't much like coffee from a paper cup, except when you use it to stay awake on those exciting intercontinental flights you make.
Nighty night, moonieman. Sleep tight.
I forgot about the Journal!
Wouldn't it have been nice if Weil were as interested in following up on scams he's exposed, instead of just exposing them.
just for you, moonie ...
(from elsewhere but I think it might give you pause ... well, not you, because you are so connected and informed, but most people)
See if you can guess who/what this reminds me of. This is a test. One try is all you get.
Think cdex might get some Barron's coverage? That would be terrific, wouldn't it? You'd love that, right? I mean, BARRON'S !!!!!!!! How much better could it get?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A scam has nothing to do with supply or demand or the uncertainties of commerce, or the money a certain type of personality is willing to lay down on a long shot. They're a rigged game. How can MDTL, which has obviously failed at every promise, and which has made so many promises which cannot have been sincere when made be valued today a nearly half a billion dollars?
(Yes, cannot have been sincere when made: 40 formerly Soviet geniuses do not cure cancer, create a breakthrough battery, create a breakthrough automobile motor, levitate trains, create a surgery tool, conductive polymers and refrigerators, and a cancer detector and fuel cells).
Hard work and semi-literate shareholders with short term memories is how. Lifon will get articles in obscure magazines for retirees about the magic of cellscan (for which he still never even sought FDA approval) to maybe help treat cancern, and boom the price goes up one day. The prominent magazines are rarely better, until Barrron's did that gorgeous job last summer making Lifton look like a worse scourdrel and medicine show huckster than I ever did (even if a few of their examples may have looked familiar to readers of my posts).
Lifton is also great at meaningless deals -- Kodak and Flextronics who dealt with him just because he PAID them (they pointedly in interviews said they do NOT endorse his techology) or Kensington & Cingular etc. etc. who don't pay him a dime. It's calculated name dropping, and it gulls the suckers.
--- Are you implying that the scam will never be discovered
--- so one is sure to lose his money by shorting?
Not at all. It will crash; that is inevitable. But when? Who could have predicted it would last 14 years, and at this valuation, and that the press except for Barron's would just ignore its taudry history? And until it crashes it can be anything; if it can be more than it's real value ($0.07) ; if it can be more than it's real value ($0.07) then why not $107? A short can't calculate the odds when the deck is rigged.
--- If so, then what do you expect to accomplish by spending hours and hours on this?
Improved typing?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
well let's see, dubyah ...
who really ARE you?
Wouldn't be too hard to guess.
But just save us the time and do tell.
It'll be our little secret.
crow & arloco...
I think air and water and light would qualify as "raw materials" and therefore inventory, too.
But how to value them?
I bet one of the cdex accountants could tell us.
(They do have accountants, don't they?)
Hey, crow ...
a whole bunch of them owe a whole bunch of us ALL a big apology for calling us bashers for about five years now (and for doing their "operation clean sweep" routine).
But we'll all turn blue before the first apology is given.
That is, unless Katie and Matt decide to showcase the remarkable cdex technology ... that's just a matter of time, right? When that happens, well, we "bashers" can all slink away.
"WHERE IS MY APOLOGY AND MY BEER??"
Don't hold your breath, crow!
"It is still being held up some, but there is now a danger of an avalanche. Without really great news, further SP fall is inevitable. How low? Below thirty cents? Who knows."
And they've been there done that before, pre-reverse.
Some peeps just never learn.
"Why do a certain few keep trying to mislead investors?"
They're still hoping to come out whole? And whatever they think will work they'll try?
oh okay, I figgered it out.
I knew there was a simple answer.
How in the world ...
did my post have a time earlier than the one before it?
Deus ex machina?
... and if the lugnuts have been loosened
well ...
mooniedear ...
I occasionally respond to your inane posts, probably one in a hundred would be the average, so here you go:
Occasionally? You always respond to my posts, sometimes not just as candidly as other times.
You've been responding to my posts ever since the old bprg/RB days.
First I don't have ANY idea who ripxgel is and have no idea what you are talking about. Furthermore I couldn't care less.
Well, at last an admission (another one). Of course you don't have any idea what I'm talking about. You were just an opportunist, using his posts as a launch pad for your feeble socratic-like efforts to get bprg posters to listen to "reason." Convenient, wasn't it, that he came on just when he did? Tell me ... why did you even bother posting there in the first place? Oh never mind, I remember ... it was to get back at the lochbashers. But I gather you never held any bprg stock. Yours was just an academic interest (til capndagood made his insightful connections). Oh, right.
See ... the difference is we so-called "loch bashers" held loch at one time or another, and were clever enough to see the scam before you lot. All you were doing was trying to "get back" at us.
Again, your polevaulting over mouse turds is blatantly apparent, trying to find a microscopic scintilla of something to take issue with that means NOTHING, except for you. Who gives a rats azz if lmorovan was referred to as ceo or el presidente?
Welp, if I were referred to as a CEO when I was merely a company president, I might think the "researcher" hadn't a clue about anything, including corporate structure.
He was an incompetent at either position, take your pick, the results are the same: No product was produced, not a penny of revenue was generated, blackhawk resources was never taken public under lmorovans leadership: FACT.
Was that his function, to take the company public? I must have missed that detail.
btw, it's also apparent you knew nothing about Blackhawk Resources or what it was designed to accomplish.
But what else is new.
Barry has an immense sense of humor, he is laughing at this upside down insane zoo/animal farm where you, lmorovan, rottenapple, crow3 and a few other various and sundry murky aliases call your selves "truthtellers". He is ROCLOL @ U.
C=Clouds
Absolutely, an enormous, irreverent sense of humor. He saw the human comedy better than most.
But laughing at us "truth tellers"? Rather doubt it, moonie. He took more information to the grave with him than you'll ever begin to know.
No idea at all what you're trying to say with you C=Clouds.
BTW: I read the bprg boards listening to the pitiful bleats of the shorn shareholders and remember you and your fellow touts pumping that company. The hollow pr's, the promises not kept, it is pitiful. Yet you have the gall to be on this board criticizing this company?
Really glad you're keeping up so assiduously. Are you going to the AGM in ten days or so? Gotta buy a few shares for admittance. Given your interest, I'd think you would do just that. I mean, it would be a piece of cake for you to zip over to Heathrow (you do know where that is, don't you?) and spend a few hours in Londontown. You might even get to meet DDMan in person and continue your interrogation face to face. You'd enjoy that, wouldn't you? (Don't forget to pick up mike en route -- not really too far out of your way. And take your best friend's brother tb along for the ride -- he might want to join in the fun. I trust his passport is current.)
Yes, I am watching and listening while I sip my Earl Gray with Coffeemate, from a paper cup....
A paper cup and coffeemate ... ye gods, you just don't have it down yet, do you?
Clear!
Ya lost me ... is that a question or a statement?
