moonieman ...

Again, why are you here? You have so much to answer for to the common shareholders of bprg with its "revolutionary technology". The poor bag holders who have seen their dreams crushed by the unworthiness of the technology, which you and your gang hyped to all who would listen. Clean up your own backyard you hypocrite before you have the gall to lecture us:

Why I am here: because I love watching peeps like you try your level best to persuade yourselves you're making reasonable arguments instead of pancakes.

I have nothing "to answer" for the common shareholders of bprg. Furthermore, I fail to understand why you bring bprg up time and again on this board, which company and its shareholders (despite capndagood's silly attempt to make a connection) have absolutely nothing to do with loch/cdex or with any "competitive" interests.

But since you continue to peek through that door, let's open it up a little more and go through it.

"unworthiness of the technology" you say? Tell me, whiteman: why does FMC (you've heard of FMC?) have a business unit devoted exclusively to commercializing a Bioprogress product? Why is Harro Hoefliger (you've also heard of them, right? If not, they're a German manufacturing company of some repute) producing machines for bprg? Is FMC (which I just know you've heard of) doing that because the technology is unworthy? Is HH also? Would that make any sense? To complete your dd, maybe you could give Robin Mitchell of FMC a ring and ask him why they've named one of their initiatives "Magenta" -- I'm sure he'd love to tell you. BTW, I'd post links to both the FMC and HH sites here, but I'm sure you know how to use google. A man of your obvious talents surely would.

"clean up MY own back yard"? My back yard's lovely and clean.

In case you haven't been following the story, which of course you haven't been, Bioprogress is in the process of conducting and implementing a strategic review, to make sure some of the very serious mistakes that happened in the past year are never repeated. And you know what? They've just had an AGM -- unlike cdex, it was announced more than 2 days in advance and was heavily attended. Many questions were asked and answered -- not all, but many of the ones bothering shareholders.

Can your beloved loch/cdex say the same?

I really think you should do some homework before you take on BPRG.

As for quoting bmnobbs: you ARE presumptuous indeed. Did you notice his "I believe"? Bmnobbs is nobody's fool, but he may not know (or have told all he knows about) the whole story. Again, why not contact him. Perhaps his e-m address is on his alias page (I have no idea) and maybe he'll discuss it all with you.

But to quote him ... that's kinda like latching onto ripXgel's posts, isn't it? Perfectly predictable behavior from an opportunist like you.

Oh, I almost forgot -- I'm not lecturing you or anyone else. But you and others do leave yourselves wide open for ridicule.

And to close this "discussion" of bprg -- which you continue to try to have -- why in the world are you so preoccupied with that company in the first place, since you presumably never held any shares. That;s unlike the basis for my interest in loch/cdex, as I DID hold shares -- albeit briefly -- in loch.

Until shortly after the Weil and Norris articles.

You see, moonie, you showed yourself for what you are when you (along with other lochlongers) first graced the bprg board with your presence, trying to retaliate for DDMan's cogent and articulate posts about Loch the RB lochlong board. Ironically it was one of the loch posters who made it possible for you to even know who he was. Remember mikeyanthony? Contact him -- he'll 'splain it to you.

But your retaliation didn;t work (he was making too much sense and peeps were listening) so then you and YOUR gang had him zapped -- the first of many to be granted the distinction in "Operation Clean Sweep."

Do you really think you can successfully rewrite history -- yours, loch/cdex's, bprg's and the "connecion" between them? Do you think by trying to do so you're going to affect the cdex shareprice and future?

I have an idea: Maybe you should contact Jonathon Weil and get him to cover bprg -- since he loves breaking stories about scams, he'd jump at your heads-up in a heartbeat, wouldn't he? Be sure to tell him to interview your best friend's brother tommyboy so he'll get the full picture. Tell him (Weil) to ask Tommy about his (Tommy's) relationship with Nigel. Then ask him (Weil) to find out how many companies Nigel courted, hoping to increase the web of scams he was representing -- besides the ones we already know he and Tommy worked successfully with, like avsg and shmn and a few others. Make sure, of course, that Weil interviews Nigel as well. No point in relying solely on Tommy's version of events.

And of course, take along your Earl Grey and a Wedgwood cup when they interview you. I think you probably don't much like coffee from a paper cup, except when you use it to stay awake on those exciting intercontinental flights you make.

Nighty night, moonieman. Sleep tight.
