VARMIT, CERTAIN YOU ARE WRONG! :)
In fact, the 8-K did not equivocate as to the reason why the late filing. It said this with respect to that..."Form 10-Q could
not be filed within the prescribed time period because the company has a small accounting staff and the financial statements were not completed in sufficient time to solicit and obtain the necessary review of the quarterly report on Form 10-Q and signatures thereto in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the Report."
Small accounting staff???? Come on, does that sound like a company positioned to blow the lid off a fairly de rigueur filing?
FFGO is on this board?? F-en junk!
CTSH 74.04 +0.99 (1.36%) 22.48B
ADS 72.36 +0.72 (1.01%) 3.76B
TSLA 24.40 +1.36 (5.90%) 2.28B
Few of my favorites always seem to participate in broad market rallies.
I see a lot of penny junk on this thread I wouldn't touch with 30 foot pole.

But of course, can't be disturbed from their naps, ya no.
What a complete lack of even a modicum of regard for its interested parties/shareholders of FFGO or whatever.
Small accounting staff? What accounting staff? For that matter, what staff, Lowental?? And what's to account for? No operations, revenue, earnings???
It's called Quick Books, spend $50.00!
Niel, I can't believe you're surprised. Every deal ever created by this group has been an exercise in self-dealing.
Fung, wish I knew. Snagged it from ebaumsworld a long while back. Several new computers since but I just couldn't let that pic go.
She's Japanese is all I know for sure.
Jesus Fung, if they can clone Henry Paulson, do you really think imposing a World Court over ride of your well made point is beyond their power? Prejudice Shmejudice!
Get with the program.
Or for that matter Neil, as we have learned from the slow recovery in real estate, not unlike listing your house for which you paid 100k for $10,000,000. Oh sure, you can do it, but in so doing becoming the laughing stock of both broker and potential buyer alike.
Do they really think their case in any different? Some chump pays 100 dollars for a million shares and he really think as if by magic someone is going to just hand them a million dollars?
Where in the world has this ever happened save for the example of the lottery?
And why just do it for scammed up junk like FFGO/NMGL? By a real stock and set a GTC sell for 100 times what yo paid for it. Still as unlikely but at least you won't be mercilessly ridiculed.
Anvil, for a moment there I thought you were going to say to convert them to toilet paper in which case they would instantly be worth more on a sheet by sheet basis easily eclipsing the current price per of .00001 by .0001.
Oh well, dare to dream.
Let me get this straight..."We don't need no stinkin volume, we don't need no stinkin gold".
That explains everything nicely.
What stock market are you from?
Where's your sense of humor, Tex?
Note to self...Don't invest in companies run by dead people.
Wids of wordsdom.
Oh please, referring to any of this paper these entities printed as "Stock" is in and of itself preposterous. Don't even get me started on those whacked out values.
ironrich, it really doesn't sound that ridiculous but with this most important caveat...
Such outlandishness is far easier to entertain when one is missing large portions of their neo-cortex and a healthy scoop from their pre-frontal cortex.
FYI
Here's your back up Rocket. Not one of his entities have ever produced one dime of revenue just cyclones of paper representing nothing but confusing and incestuous related party self dealing that would make a corporate attys head spin.
In my book, that's all I need to see.
Just dusting off the old 8K printing press and swapping more shares for absolutely no cash to give the appearance that they are busy trying to create wealth for their loyal shareholders.
Problem is that with exception of just a handful of deadenders, appears no one is paying very much attention to all the share flip flop commotion. Possibly they've seen it before and are quite a bit poorer as a result?
I think this group has gone to the well once too often.
Thoughts?
And true to form, all this share flip flopping and not one dime of cash has changed hands. Three card monte, anyone?
But never fear, at some point in time in the not too distant future these shares will be neatly converted to cash for the lucky insiders at which point some unsuspecting investor will gladly switch places for some promise of riches beyond their state and station.
Bet on that or you don't know F.C. Lumb.
Well I'm the CFO of the company and at this time I would rather not. Who knows what these jerk will do to make a federal case out of that. Just watch as they unravel.
They're dead. We're one of their key supplier who they stiffed when we got wind that they weren't moving inventory. Now we're suing them in 12th Judicial Circuit Sarasota County Florida for restocking fees and canceled product that was in various stages of production, WIP, FG, Raw Materials.
They are a bunch of loud mouth jargon tossing wind bags, nothing more.
os 234,864,284, Revenue, earnings, assets, operations...ZERO!
Dunphy, beware, as is so typically the case, when faced with an absence of facts, they will cite that the absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence of absence. I know I know, sounds odd but try as they will, the comeback will be "prove they don't have $xxx".
A simple review of their balance sheet however usually suffices as sufficiency of proof. But of course that is what management wants shorty to think so they can trap him.
You can never win with FFGOers.
Not interested.
Light volume? Poignant understatement.
I hear these guys stiffed one of their key suppliers and that supplier is suing. Doesn't surprise me one bit.
Bunch of chumps!

So, Mr. Varmit, to carry your home/car purchase analogy to its logical conclusion, do you not also have debt service, you know, like a car or mortgage payment? Of course you must answer yes. And since the answer is necessarily yes, do you see where any of these entities has a source of income from which to derive debt service payments? No, you can't. And we have ample evidence to support that none of these related entities has ever produced a dime of revenue or income, that fact is indisputable and freely reported and admitted by officials at these various companies.
And therein lies the argument that these so called notes bare absolutely no economic substance other than a paper shuffle between related individuals to make it appear as if there is value when nothing could be further from the truth. And it can be readily ascertained that there is no stream of income now and by logical extension a cash balance where one would expect to find sufficient cash to service many tens of millions in notes either receivable or payable, 61,760,883, to be exact.
I'm sorry, but that is where the analogy comes to a ignominious conclusion.
So, when you decide to dig into your little analogy or anyone else who has employed this little bit of artifice, one quickly finds that is based in flawed premises and incomplete ideas which makes it very easy to dismantle into its various components of half truths and miscomprehensions.
Good day.
EIGH get the skull and crossbones at PinkSheets.

Tell us AlanC, where is this notion of "trying to do business properly" evidenced. Is it the complete lack of revenue and of course income since its inception, the now countless number of failed promises, reverse-splits that have wiped out many a hopeful shareholder? Which is it?
In the real world there is one one sure-fire way to "beat the shorters at their own game". Starts first with not being a pump and dump scam.
This stock makes me laugh! Absolutely nothing here and not that difficult to arrive at the sane conclusion that all you believers have been had.
Totally,
Neil, pretty typical of Multimillion dollar mining concerns...
in freakin Bizarro World!

Never too old. I am aware of that board. I'm a self taught guy with a bit of formal education in Futures and options, a lot of my undergraduate degree in acct/fin included electives in Modern Portfolio Theory which covered in depth ivory tower concepts in stock futures and options that basically whet my appetite for more and more coverage on the math behind the theoretical science behind financial instruments. Just a few years back I started with the e-mini's and have never looked back. I got to where I am as a trader by constantly looking for ways to exploit temporary inefficiencies in the capital markets which could be any number of monetary instruments. I'm not kidding, there are literally hundreds of thousands of products you could trade. I would recommend a program like Monk's but not necessarily that one. Etrade has some nice webinar that could get you pointed in the right direction if you want to trade options and futures in currency, stock, metals, swaps, commodities, you name it.
Check into it.
Unfortunately, last post of the day according to IHUB.
I beat that all the time dear Alan. And I don't have to join some stupid board to complain about the markets. A few whoppers for you to think about. And you let me know when that hits(never). Meantime I'll be rolling in cash, not some wild ass promise of it.

Wow, Alanc, I saw your trade hit level II on my Etrade. I see you're a big player in this stock. Personally I wouldn't bother trading such small potatoes. I just took a snap shot of my E-mini account with Firetip to show you what one day can bring in with gold and russell 2000. I flattened my Dec TFOZ for a healthy 11k gain.
You like gold, you'll love the Dec E-mini for gold contracts.
I am going to bet with my money, your money, money I have found, money I will beg borrow or steal for, money I have not yet earned that it posilutley absotively won't!
Good Christ, true to form, just as soon as it looks bleak for your decision, every cockamamie event in the known universe suddenly somehow relates to your FFGO/NMGL.
Reminds me of another pump and dump that went south that shall remain nameless.
