That's cool- I was at Southside when it was actually a good school [late 70's]- and I hear ya about Florida- It's really good place for people in their 20'and mid 30's -[ activities wise] but the housing and Insurance has really made the state much less attractive. If I didn't have family still there I would rather compromise and move to the Carolinas . I think they call people who move there from Florida "half-backs" half way from Florida to wherever they were originally from. Hopefully we'll all make some $$ here and we can all live where we really want. Good Luck! And thanks for the info!
OT OT Are you really from Ft Wayne Indiana? [The "hot"spot of the midwest?] I lived there all through highschool - went to Southside - Been living in Florida for the last 20 years and we are thinking about moving back up there- [slower pace to raise 6yrd old twins].
I see that [$7.50 On pinksheet.com] - I think my 52wk starts Jan07 so it's more like a 2 week high on schwabs screen= I guess we know what Don meant with his .70 remark.
Hehe
Notice CIRU's 52wk high and last pps was .70
I guess Hog deleted my post- If the moderators would like I'll repost the SEC phone number .
"but cautions investors not to rely upon the press releases and other public statements previously issued by or on behalf of the Company."
Gee- Airys- suppose this means you too?
You "sound" like you are trying out "your" excuse when the officials ask for your testimony. If you think that answer will fly---err well good luck to you
[wink]

Funny - this was the only PR that was missing from Chad's website .
Ofcourse marketwire remembers
Which insider are you?
No Worries - he and several others here are already on file- I think he and Chad should consider getting married to avoid testifying against each other.
Why was my question to you about freeing snips removed?
Do you condone lying as long as it is pump related?
11. By letters dated September 29, 2006, each of PricewaterhouseCoope("PWC") and KPMG LLP ("KPMG") advised Staff of the Commission that Sulja Bros. had made misrepresentationisn in recent press releases with respect to its relationship with PWC and KPMG. Also enclosed with their correspondence to Staff was documentation in support of their objection to the representations made by Sulja Bros. Attached respectively hereto as Exhibits "8" and "9" are copies of the correspondence package received from PWC and KPMG dated September 29, 2006.
12. In their letters to Staff, PWC and KPMG advised that, in a press release dated August 11, 2006, Sulja Bros. had made untrue statements that it was negotiating with both KPMG and PWC to handle all future Securities and Exchange filings and reportings. Attached hereto as Exhibit "10" is a copy of the press release from Sulja Bros. dated August 11, 2006.
13. In a further press release dated August 23, 2006, Sulja Bros. made statements that PWC and KPMG were performing an audit for Sulja Bros. which would be completed in the near future. In their letters to Staff, PWC and KPMG advised that Sulja Bros. was not, nor had it ever been, an audit client of either firm. Attached hereto as Exhibit "11" is a copy of the press release from Sulja Bros. dated August 23, 2006.
14. In their letters to Staff, PWC and KPMG enclosed copies of correspondence to Vucicevich as the CEO of Sulja Bros. and to Marquee Asset Management LLC("Marquee"), the investor relations firm for Sulja Bros., demanding that Sulja Bros. cease and desist from making any further reference to PWC and KPMG and that Sulja Bros. correct the misrepresentation made in respect of its relationship with them.
15. I have reviewed subsequent press releases issued by Sulja Bros. and have not found any statements by Sulja Bros. retracting the representations concerning PWC and KPMG.
Why do you think snips lying is ok and he should be freed?
errr I knew it when I saw the letter from them-- in September-
Call the #
Those who want to "free" Snips = BTW [he's still posting here under another alias]
Notice the date of this post-
Snips was/is still claiming that he has family at PWC and they are in on the audit.

Well that theory is why I emailed MAM. I simply asked and wonder if Chip or whomever at MAM was told to remove the company name from the PR on the website and to stop claiming an association with them.
PWC had demanded a retraction month's ago- [ Guess who else they sent a complaint to?}
Yeah- looks like everyone started the weekend early- I guess I should be thankful we got the .30 paint job to hold all afternoon.
Thank you and to you as well
FWIW- I also entered 5k buys at .26-.27.28.29
thinking maybe that might motivate someone to make the trade and pocket the dif-
I have it- I'll try and see if that would make a difference over the phone- The phone guy I talked to seemed to think this kind of thing isn't too hard to do- but it probablly requires someone at the desk to actually move his #ss to a phone or something.
So I guess we'll see if Glendale wants to make the trade- Maybe they are holding orders - trying to figure out which way to paint our Holiday tape. I;ll keep the order up just incase- good luck!
Answer from Tim- [I think he doesn't really understand our problem] " Hello we don't match orders between clients. Some brokerage firms have their own "inventory" that they can trade with. We Don't do this. We actually route your order to a market maker who makes a market in this particular stock. They will in turn try to buy and sell the shares for you. thank you."
Wow ! what a help he was.
Tim Traycoff is assisting me-- or so I'm to believe
Do you have SSP? If so try live help and see if he is the only one working
I'm on with the "live" help on Street smart-- My order is good to go and has been active for over 20 minutes- shows you how sucky the gray sheets are . The "live" helper is checking something-
Everything is a go on my end- I called 1-800-435-9050 and told my rep to look for your order-
14:41:12 ACT# XXXXXXXX : New Order: Buy 5000 share of HVLN at .25 on Smartex DAY
Right from my trading screen You may have to get a broker away from the punch and cookies to get it executed. Good luck!
I'm on Schwab right now and placed the buy- call your broker and have him look at it if it doesn't execute in the next 5 minutes
Nope= wasn't your buy
Uhmmm no you didn't
That's the lamest pump yet- which "investing" club are you part of? The stock is down over .30 from when Prof pumped it-
Moderators should delete your post and mine-
Maybe- but doubtful- I've been able to buy only 11k over the last 3 weeks [ 5k the first day we traded on the greys] and nothing below .20 . I guess they could swap some shares at .01 or so but I think they would have to be nimble- I have bids all over the place trying to catch some shares- [ Like playing the game battleship for shares] - 500 shares at .18 -- miss-- etc.
Hi ric! Happy holidays to you as well!
I got an early present when JD [Yes I'm a good Christian] Drew opted out of his contract with the Dodgers. What a gift!! And am even happier with the Jason Schmidt signing- IMO he is/was the best pitcher available this winter . Also looks like the Cubs may have some hope this year thanks to your Nat's. And the Devil Rays at least ponied up for their Japanese savior. Hope springs eternal!
Thanks for the shout out- always like "hearing" from you!
Wow ! Down over 60k on that trade- I guess I better sell.
Errr maybe not!
Still in maximum lurk/hold mode here- good luck all!
Well it back fired on he- Asus- Rover- Chip/Chad- Skin etc etc=
New year will bring lots of fun for all the psuedo insiders
Funny thing when this was first explained Loftworks was suposedly reverse mergering with SLJB .But then Party said it wasn't a RM but more like a hostile takeover-
Lotta folks in deep doo doo- unfortunately. imo ofcourse
No- Party didn't but he called me out to do it= [ in his smug way] and so indirectly he is the one who has brought more attention to this scam- err stock imo.
You're gonna want to call this number before you head up there.
Information Line (General SEC Information):
(202) 942-8088
TTY: (202) 551-6020
press "4" and ask for a securities specialist
The person who I have been in contact with and who is very familiar with the SLJB story will be back January 7th or so- but I bet anyone there can answer questions about your liability in regards to your trip.
[ you can thank Party for the # and all the concern coming SLJB's way] imo.
Asus? why are you answering for Party? Party has been touting his share ownership for a long time- . I'll have some interesting info for the chad curtis gang on Sunday- I find it interesting how many changes in sentiment you have had the last couple weeks. Look for my post Sunday- you and Party et all might like to know who's watching this.
Off to Disney- have a good one!
Yep, As long as we are grey sheeting it I consider my share value as 0- makes it easier than to fret about things beyond my control- Hopefully next week we get a nice overveiw PR and our pink sheet listing.
Hmmm- never thought about that. That would be interesting if they know share counts or at least holders from the NOBO list.
The plot thickens or should I say the the dirty dirtifies?
Hey guys/[gals] regarding share totals and info- Probably not a good idea right now to disclose it. That Swedish [ I think Danish ] guy Michael Jurgenson- I mispelled his name last time- has called me twice regarding selling my shares broker to broker- He is supposedly short "by no fault of his own"- [ maybe through Berlin exchange?] Anyway he is pretty squirrely - he won't give a return phone number but he seems to be a little concerned about this stock returning to the pinks. I think he contacted me because he read the board and saw me post my share total awhile back-. Personally- I'm not interested in selling until I get a feel for the pink activity but FWIW he is supposedly bidding 300-550k @ .42 every day this week. Doubt he filled any- anyway all FWIW- crazy days ahead I believe.
Yep, Figure you'll need about 100 shareholders with an average of 3 mil shares each. It would take a little work- but I think with these prices there are some pretty large holdings in several individual's hands.
Maybe just getting the ball rolling so to speak would prompt some info from management- worth a shot I think at this point.
Hmm not sure = I think it is due to companies incorporated in Nevada . but I'm reading through the stuff now- I think if anyone was seriuos about this I bet a corporate attorney in Nevada could set it straight during a short phone call.
Yeah I figured just a few of you guys would meet the requirement- just have to find a lawyer familiar with corporate law .
I would think so, then if you made that threshold- management would have to either show what they have or say that the OS was higher. I'm looking for the actual wording on the Nevada corporate site right now- looks like shareholders have more rights than one might think- even go as far as claim mismanagement . [Not saying that here] .
