do you mean finance agreement or reason for dillution?
so your saying they "Did it for the shareholders" If they are so concerned about the shareholders why not put out a pr explaining it. You said they were so busy with the merger. what ever!i dont believe it for a second!

CONCLUSION
All shareholders care about is the PPS of the stock. It appears that, from the facts above, any company that this management touches gets their PPS hammered. This management is the kiss of death for all of the companies mentioned above, and will most likely be the kiss of death for FCCN.
look what happened the last time that blue line crossed through! Hope we can repeat a little more than a quick flip
If that is the case, what the heck is going on here? why do we keep sinking? Something doesn't make sense
Hey MS80 since your probably wilcos brother and JZ uncle ill do you all a favor and leave. Just remeber I warned you.
I think Id like to be shot thank you! If GGI hasn't sold any shares like Andrew has said, when will they chose to dillute the market as well. PPS more like POS IMO GLTA
wahooo... its only wednesday
movin back up today
wilco244, how many names do you have on ihub it seems like you have a history of multiple names. Any relation to jzman. You guys both created names at the same time and post on the same boards.
LOL you buy first!
didnt know so many shares could be sold
someone said this was a great buy at .05 Does that make it a better buy now?
Who said I was in FCCN. Maybe I feel the same way about that. ECFL was pumped by the same company that pumped AXTG, what does that tell you?
did that email tell you to invest in the stock? probably not. The one I got AXIS did! Is that the answer you wanted?
I wasn't going to respond but then I remembered. You said the same thing when AXTG was trading at $2.50 so go ahead rub it in my face.
Heres the upside to the dillution. They will have more money to put out PR's.
"It appears he made some bad decisions and is trying to take it out on the company and discourage others because of his downfall."
since i have been here my advice has been DONT BUY, so tell me how I made a wrong decision?
Lisa if this is the first stock you have ever bought, I truly feel sorry for you. My only hope is that you did not buy this stock because of a spam email you recievd. One of the reason I am so negative is because I recieved spam email from this company. Also you might want to invest in something a little more soldid, something that isnt an over the counter stock. Sure even if Axis has a product, and it works, its a one and a million shot the stock does well. Axis is now at the point where they are dilluting the share strutcture to rase funds and revenues. If there prijected sales are so high, why would they have to do that? Also why not PR what you are doing rather than behind the stock holders back in filing a notice with the SEC but not updating the shareholders. As contrary to what you may beileve and what wilco JZ and even axis would have you believe you are NOT investing in the PRODUCT, you are investing in the STOCK. And the stock price / action talks for itself. I have seen so many stocks that have a great PRODUCT tank. My last bit of advice, don't invest longterm in anything highly touted by websites that are getting paid to do so. You could do a good job flipping this stock, but falling in love with it is a bad idea. Good Luck on future investments Lisa
dead stock = dead board.
yeah its always the MM's
the paper is free. all you have to do is email them.
This document was generated as part of a paper submission.

But aparently no one around here wants that information.
Maybe ill buy in for a dead cat bounce, who knows
to bring forth the truth my brother. Since I was told to get into this stock by a member on this board at 2.50 I have brought you my opinion. ITS A MESSAGE BOARD AND THATS WHAT IS FOR!!!!! I will continue to post my opinion.
funny the people still around are the ones who have been through the most (worst). Anyway hope your payday comes eventually. Someday whether ecfl or another.
nice post
thats because the float nearly doubled.
thanks for the reply.
when did they sell the 60million? yesterdays volume was only 16 million day before was like 25million. I think they have plenty of shares left.
looks like someone loaded up heavy today from 3:00 to 4:00 anyway anybody think its too late to get in. The volume the last couple of days is insame. something seems to be churning.
ya well they only could have dumped 16 million at most today and look where we are. How many days will it take to get rid of the shares they have? Who knows? There is no support. none at all. They will continue to dump and dump all over the share holders. IMO
thanks. I try :)
I feal a bit duped
now we have nearly double the amount of shares which brings us down nearly 50% ie. the last couple of days. Makes plenty of sense now, but not very happy. Classic dillution
www.beststockpic.com www.thestockpic.com these sites claim to be the same as thepickerster.com which was shut down by the SEC. so far have pumped ECFL, FCNK, AXTG and so on. look at where the stocks are now. ouch!
