2018-2019 Flu season in the US 61,000 people died. That is a average of 167 people dying a day for 365 days. During a 6 month flu season that would be 338 people dying a day. I dont remember hearing anything about that on the news last year or any year. So far with the corona virus in 3 weeks 38 people have died. When this is all over the numbers will be way less then the hype is projecting just like the swine flu. 80 % of the people who have contracted the virus their symptoms are mild but good news never sells. Apple has already reopened all its stores in China. Our society in a whole has become over reactive to everything. Heck a kindergarten boy kisses a girl and is suspended for a week for offensive touching and has to go to counseling. If you compliment someone at work you get fired for sexual harassment and HR orders mandatory sexual harassment training.

Bottom line is they cannot get it to work properly. For over 15 years now they have put out these great test results on different molecules exceeding anything out there but they cannot get the modulator to operate properly with their material. You can develop a fuel source that out performs gasoline but if it wont work in our engines of today what good is it. LWLG keeps telling us for years now the are tweaking- tweaking- tweaking. Maybe Lebby will figure it out in the lab when he gets back from his conference tours. There is plenty of constant news about that but no science/ tech updates. I could care less about these speaking engagements. I wish there were conference NDAs.

If the testing is done where are the results. I guess thats protected by a NDA also. LOL

On average flu season kills 30,000- 40,000 american's a year. In 2017-2018 45 million american were infected and 61,000 died and in 2018-2019 34,000 died. No national/ global panic or states of emergency. It is usually the elderly over 70 and people with auto immune deficiency or other under lying health issues. So far out of the 7 american deaths from the coronavirus 4 were over 70, 3 were living in a nursing home, the 3 others had under lying health issues. The rate of death and class of people is no different then other flu viruses. The swine H1N1 flu of 2009 was much worse but still only .04 % who contracted the virus died and they were mostly the elderly and immune deficient. The only big difference I have read is people have died quicker then other flu strains.They have said 80% of the coronavirus cases have been mild. Its the latest new news story to pump up and keep people glued to their TVs.

Thats all good but it they cannot get it to function properly in a device it means nothing and that seems to be the issue.

Also keep being told we beat out INTEl and other companies. INTEL's revenue last quarter was 20.21 billion, net income of 6.9 billion, cash on hand 4.19 billion and PPS 58.46. I guess INTEL is upset they didn't receive the priceless PIC award.

Dont worry guys Dr. Lebby is going on a conference tour that will save our company and move our product closer to production. We get more conference press releases/ news then on our DISRUPTIVE technology. I cant even remember the last positive news coming out of the lab. JM quoted a press release just recently from 2012.

When was the last real press release on our DISRUPTIVE technology. The letter to the share holders means nothing to me it is pretty much the same every year like the ASM. No press releases on any positive testing, new molecules, how close is testing done with outside parties. Most of the testing time frames have come and gone with no results. Saying we are receiving positive feedback for 3 years isn't cutting it anymore. If it works and is so disruptive we should have been scooped up, partnered by now or a contract to purchase our product. I've seen companies scooped up with much less then we suppose to have. Something just doesn't make sense. All I know at this time is Dr.Lebby likes to travel and speak at conferences.

Nothing JM ever said when he was CEO ever developed and I'm not going to believe a thing he says now. I personally spoke with him in MQs office for 2 hours and if half of what he told me was true back then we would all be multi- millionaires years ago.

Nice read but again where is our working product to be sold to the market place. That is why I said the PPS is where it is. All that news you posted has been out for sometime now and the PPS is .76. The PPS will only go up significantly with a deal or a working product to sell.

The reason the PPS is where it is and no one is rushing to buy is that they still have not produce a working product to sell. They pretty much put out the same update as last year. You can pretty much copy and paste them year after year. What would drive anyone to buy LWLG shares ? Even during and after the horse and pony shows no one buys. If investors really believed what LWLG is telling them this stock would be through the roof.

Proto-- your still not getting my point. Everything we know is coming from LWLG with no proof or outside confirmation. I can put anything on a website but that doesn't make it true. They told us Tier 1 was testing like 2 years ago. Where is the Teir 1 test results so far??? I'm just asking for one piece of information from any person or company outside LWLG saying our product is the bomb. Saying we are getting positive feedback is useless at this point.

Proto your not getting my point. They are all going on what LWLG is telling them there is no outside confirmation. Any company can give out information that sounds great. Theranos company provided their own test results for years but when it was time to prove their device actually worked. We all know the rest. It also the same as drug companies they do their own test/blind test provide info to the FDA and get approved. 4 years later people are dying of strokes, heart attack not to mention cancer. Without outside independent confirmation do we really know whats true ???

It would be nice for someone that is not directly connected to LWLG to make a positive comment like that. All test reports and pat on the back comments are all in house which really carries no weight.

If they been optimizing for seven months you would think there would be some kind of update on their progress. I guess there has been no progress worth mentioning. That is the issue most have with LWLG. They have never given one positive update/test result or anything on paper with a outside company. The only thing is the past two years was that

Don't call Jim Marcelli he would blow the deal. The only business deal he seems to complete each year is his compensation package.

Its simple if outsiders were convinced there would have been a deal by now and institutional investing etc. They are saying ok you keep giving us YOUR test results but when are you going to produce a working device that can be actually sold in the market place. You cant produce revenue with yearly test results, ASMs and speaking engagements that for sure.

At a ASM at the Hilton in Delaware around 6 or so years ago they said the fuse has been lit. That is a long fuse. That's why there is no longer a PPS reaction to their news or comments anymore.

I think we need verification of all these statements from a outside source to add validity. They have always given us great test results for the past 14 years. I remember sitting at a meeting at UCMs office to raise funds when Fred was still involved and they passed around a modulator they developed with the GOO they developed at that time with great test results. I think they said they produced like 50 of them. The big selling point was they could mass produce the GOO. for commercialization. After the meeting they were never spoken of again. Why didn't we put those out to market. The test results were better then what was out there at the time like now. I could bring topics up like this all day. That's why I could care less about all the updated news they put out and gets posted on the board daily. With their track record in means nothing until the announce a deal to produce and sale anything. You cant get a piece of the billion dollar market place with ASM updates and speaking at conferences every year.

They already told us they were getting feed back and fine tuning to their specs. Even with Dr. Lebby in charge Im not seeing much of a change in the misleading/confusing information. Thats why the PPS is what it is and their is no reaction to any news or updates because they contradict themselves and nobody really knows what is true or not anymore.

With all that said why is the PPS at .63. It was 1.83 with much less. I think back then investors believed what they were putting out in the news. Now its just a wait and see approach. People used to buy on their news and then nothing would move forward. I can't count how many times they told us they were moving to commercialization. Even with Dr Lebby there the last few years the patterns are starting to look familiar again. For example what ever happen with when they said they were fining tuning the devices for customers. That was 2 years ago. Did they stop? Could they not make it fit their specs? We have never had a update on the packaging partner news. They did this before Lebby and now with him.

I hope JM is not in charge of the negotiating and deals. I have
spoken personally to JM a few times when he was CEO at UCM/ MQs office in Delaware. He would fly in from Colorado every other week and stay at the Hilton which I thought was a waste of LWLG resources. He was more passionate talking about the elks in his back yard then LWLG. JM couldn't sell or persuade me to purchase a glass of water in the desert. He speaks with no confidence or conviction.

So it doesn't sound like its manipulation by anyone. They have to sell 40,000 shares a day for their operation budget. So with no big news or deals no one is buying to off set the needed budget selling. It sounds like LWLG is the cause by selling shares for needed operating cash. Here is a idea get things done and generate revenue and stop selling shares. Who is their marketing and public relation person? They need to put us out there on those radars. That is something that have never changed in my 17 years of TDON now LWLG.

The reason the PPS is .66 is that most still don't believe yet that they can produce a product to put out to the market place. It's that simple no one is buying. If the market place really believed they had the goods the price would be much higher. It wouldn't matter how many shares LPC sold if there was buying pressure. It's simple math more buying the price goes up.More selling the price goes down.

Out of all the stocks I'm invested in which is quite a few. I have never had a stock with such little or no news. Hard to believe that with game changing technology as they say there is nothing to reports to us at least once or twice a month. What are they doing all month? How many hours tested? What are the current test results so far? ETC.

At this point it shouldn't matter if it 2,000 or 5,000 hours. They should be near or over 5,000 by now. 7 months is around 5,000 hours. If they started testing by April 5,000 hours is done.

I agree. I figure if they were as close as they say to ground breaking disruptive technology you would think they would have news/updates at least 2-3 times a month. Not once a year at the ASM.

Exactly my point. They have said the same thing about the other modulators and then they are forgotten. Just shocking all this time they don't have one working modulator to put to market. Trust me they will say they developed another better molecule and the one they have been testing will be forgotten and we will hear all about the testing of the new one. Its becoming a pattern of LWLG.

Proto. I have been reading positive test results and announcements for 16 years. They have not proven they can make a working device yet with their molecule.

LWLG has to prove the negative posters wrong. So far they haven't.
