2018-2019 Flu season in the US 61,000 people died. That is a average of 167 people dying a day for 365 days. During a 6 month flu season that would be 338 people dying a day. I dont remember hearing anything about that on the news last year or any year. So far with the corona virus in 3 weeks 38 people have died. When this is all over the numbers will be way less then the hype is projecting just like the swine flu. 80 % of the people who have contracted the virus their symptoms are mild but good news never sells. Apple has already reopened all its stores in China. Our society in a whole has become over reactive to everything. Heck a kindergarten boy kisses a girl and is suspended for a week for offensive touching and has to go to counseling.
