Bottom line is they cannot get it to work properly. For over 15 years now they have put out these great test results on different molecules exceeding anything out there but they cannot get the modulator to operate properly with their material. You can develop a fuel source that out performs gasoline but if it wont work in our engines of today what good is it. LWLG keeps telling us for years now the are tweaking- tweaking- tweaking. Maybe Lebby will figure it out in the lab when he gets back from his conference tours. There is plenty of constant news about that but no science/ tech updates. I could care less about these speaking engagements. I wish there were conference NDAs.
