Thanks, stocks, marked you also for your good contriubtions to our board.
EVRM is going to make us all very happy, a wonderful company and investment and board!
Great buying opportunity here today. Same thing happened to NPHC last week when bashers and shorters came in.
I consider settling a debt for about 10 cents on the dollar to be a good business transaction. I think that John Simmonds is worth following, especially in view of his past track reord with previous companies and their sale prices.
Greed is often more powerful than rationality.
People believe what they want to believe. Many people want to believe in something, and don't want to look at the facts or evidence to the contrary, that takes too much effort.
Ooops, winners, not inners, LOL
Anaheim Ducks, Stanley Cup inners in 2010!
JB, I don't think it is a problem if MSGI develops technology FOR NASA. That sounds MSGI is developing commercialized products, and that would include sales to the government. That is like defense contractors selling their products to the government, a good thing for our company.
Anyone think it was Big Pharma shorting?
Thanks, fivestar, looking forward to your posts and prosperity and success to all on the board.
Often in these cases the loser appeals, so it may not be so quick.
My cousin's friend has a stepbrother who lives on Fantasy Island. The stepbrother was present at a convention for pre-school teachers assistants recently. One of the assistants, rather new to the stock market, heard about some bankrupt stocks on a message board being bashed. Being a woman of faith, she suggested to her ex-mother-in-law that she sell immediately. I hope this helps, because you can take this to the bank (no pun intended).
It is my experience that shorters and bashers only show up on good stocks, especially those that are running.
Is anyone missing our two friends who are always warning us? They never seem to appear when things are going well.
WLSA Chart, please.
Lawrence, good post. The damage done to this country and its families is devastating. Many peoples' lives have been ruined. Suicides, deaths, increased crime and violence, illness, jobs lost, careers ruined, houses foreclosed, credit gone, you name it. I doubt that any of the big shots will go to jail. Unfortunately, this looks like delays will continue, despite good and appropriate rulings by a fine judge. I hope I am wrong and that we are truly near settlement, but never underestimate the stubbornness and denial on the other side. They didn't get where they are by caving, even when all evidence suggests that they should settle.
Wes, good post. I think you are actually being conservative, especially in the short term, but prudent. Great company and stock, very socially responsible and progressive.
If we get the $4B due us, will we also get interest on that?
We all have our own styles. Speaking from my own investing experience, and plenty of mistakes, I have missed a lot of runners by trying to shave a tenth of a cent by buying at the bid and not getting the stock at all. GLTU
Don't we all (LOL). FWIW, I have lost more money by trying to buy at the bid rather than the ask than I would have made buying at the ask. This is especially true on a stock with a low float and a bright future.
I don't know if this is a legit concern, but what if a basher kills all of the cobras on earth, where will that put our pps?
Isn't Rik Deitch on the Board of XCHO? Why would he want to kick XCHO out, especially in view of the connections XCHO already has with the various drug store chains.
BK, among young people, even more. It is the now and the future, and EXPU is wisely covering all the important bases, very sharp management.
1,000 shares bought at .12, a total of $120.00, is that an investor or just a reckless gambler? I think our stock deserves more respect than that.
I think the non-addictive nature of the drug is the most attractive feature and is the life changer for us as investors, although the other aspects are great too.
BB, I see that you are continuing to hold PPJE. What do you think of its future?
From one pro to another, ES and WES
I also think that the lag time to show significant revenue has scared off flippers and short-term traders, but will be good for longer term investors.
RU, Thanks for having it on your list. Now maybe I can get out of this long-term loser, at least some of it.
RU, What do you like about GITH? I've been sitting with it for many months and I thought it was dead.
MSHE
Good board, savvy investors, excellent DD by ES, and looks like top management with fine track record. Right industry at the right time. GLTA
If we get a settlement, will there be a separate reimbursement for these enormous billings (since we have the best, they understandably charge accordingly). If there is no settlement, will these billings be reimbursed out of the bankrupcy estate once that is resolved?
I don't understand the panic. Even if the commons are cancelled, a big if, we still have at least six months to go before they exit BK, and I doubt if they will exit it that fast.
Do you remember Joenatural warning us? Everyone laughed at him.
LOL, Z, couldn't you have had that with one of those girls? Now you need a girl who is a good stock picker.
I have looked at it and it looks promising. I like your track record, Mark. Keep up the good work and I hope we all prosper.
PPJE filed one of these a few days ago and keeps going down. Any comments?
What about HIRI and GITH? Two shells I'm in, bad so far. I'm still patient, and hoping.
