CHUX has a smaller share structure and more room to run. I have a position here - in at $1.55 last week. Your opinion of the chart? TIA
Couple of other beat up resturant stocks for you have a look at. I would value your opinion as I have direct links to all three companys. Casual dining traffic has suffered from recent economic conditions but all of these companies forward contract beef and other protiens at set pricing generally on yearly contracts. Those contract prices are scheduled to reset on Jan 1 09 at prices much more favorable to the resturants. Any improvement in resturant traffic should come with improved margins as beef prices in particular have dropped significantly from 2008. All three concepts should see cash flow improvement in 2009

CLNE -- NEWS
SEAL BEACH, Calif., Dec 16, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Clean Energy Fuels Corp.
(Nasdaq:CLNE) has been awarded a five-year contract with a five-year option for
compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling services by Central Jersey Waste &
Recycling Inc. Located in Trenton, New Jersey, the firm provides waste hauling
and recycling services for central New Jersey, including the town of Hamilton,
which has mandated alternative fuel use.
Central Jersey Waste will finance both a portion of its time-fill fueling
station and 20 natural gas trucks through Clean Energy Finance. Clean Energy
will design, build, operate and maintain the fueling station.
The waste and recycling firm is the first in New Jersey to convert a portion of
its operations to natural gas fuel use.
James Harger, Clean Energy Senior Vice President, said, "We are pleased to
provide these services for Central Jersey Waste that will in turn benefit the
state of New Jersey by beginning to use cleaner, cheaper natural gas fuel for
waste and recycling hauling. Waste hauling companies throughout the country are
beginning to adopt natural gas fuel for both environmental and economic reasons.
With more than 200,000 refuse trucks on the road nationwide, there is
significant opportunity for natural gas vehicles to contribute to the nation's
growing energy commitment to reduce the use of foreign oil while helping clean
the air."
"What makes Central Jersey Waste and Recycling different is our steadfast
commitment to pursuing initiatives that save money for our customers while
preserving the environment in New Jersey," said Michael Fiumefreddo, Central
Jersey Waste Vice President. "To that end, we are pleased to be working with
Clean Energy to convert our fleet of trucks from diesel fuel to clean-burning
natural gas. This is an environmental alternative that will reshape the waste
and recycling industry in New Jersey and force our competitors to step up and
act more responsibly."
Clean Energy (Nasdaq:CLNE) is the leading provider of natural gas (CNG and LNG)
for transportation in North America. It has a broad customer base in the refuse,
transit, ports, shuttle, taxi, trucking, airport and municipal fleet markets,
fueling more than 14,000 vehicles daily at over 170 strategic locations across
the United States and Canada. Clean Energy owns and operates two LNG production
plants, one in Willis, TX and one in Boron, CA, with combined capacity of
260,000 LNG gallons per day and designed to expand to 340,000 LNG gallons per
day as demand increases. It also owns and operates a landfill gas facility in
Dallas, TX that produces renewable methane gas or biogas for delivery in the
nation's gas pipeline network. Please visit www.cleanenergyfuels.com.

Hard to say really, since this company is not fully reporting, transparency is not what I would like to see. Too many unanswered questions regarding debt structure etc. Having said that, the CEO seems to want to provide information and has been doing a good job with the blog and the company in general in my estimation. According to latest updated share structure, I don't see alot of dillution at this time. Current share structure at 2.03b brings market cap to a little over $400k. If the game store and Lapboard are successful at generating cash flow to pay the bills, I could easily justify a short term market cap of $4m or 10x current value. If the company can make it to profitability and grow from there the sky is the limit. The share structure will need to be dealt with at some point in time, too many shares for serious investors to get excited about.
I am buying, here and there, at .0001 and .0002 and will continue to watch developments closely!
I'm also thinking the ship is about to set sail -- don't get left standing on the shore. GLTA
Comments are IMO and FWIW.
Big name games!!
It's a revenue generating product and they don't have one currently! I gotta believe the answer to your question is yes!
The Game Store appears to me to be the most viable product that I have ever seen from PHEI. It appears to have the potential to generate significant and sustainable revenue immediatly upon launch. IMO GLTA
The co. needs to relaese a PR on the national newswires to coincide with the launch!

ARSC NEWS!!
BEAVERTON, Ore., Dec 11, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation
(www.hydrafuelcell.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security
Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC), announced today that testing is in progress
on the fuel cell stack that is the core of the commercial production
HydraStax(R) 5000 fuel cell system.
Jim Twedt, President and CEO of Hydra, said, "Our in-house testing, which is
going very well, precedes third party testing which is the final step to
completing certification with CSA-International."
Twedt continued, "We are also finished with the other major parts of the fuel
cell, our gas control and cooling systems. We continue to make some improvements
in the balance of the plant that will complete the commercial system. This fuel
cell design is a radical departure from our previous PEM based fuel cell
designs. Our lower operating temperatures and other newly integrated features
should yield a significantly longer lifetime for the HydraStax(R) system. Also
the compact size makes this fuel cell stack one of the highest energy density
generators in the world today."

QR Codes/Search Specific Websites..an industry first!
A News Release from LuxuryEstateOnline.com
The Golik Group, a real estate team with John L. Scott in Bellevue, Wa. , is the first real estate team in the nation to roll out a program they say is "Marketing for the NEW market, the internet savvy market!" Brad Golik , of the three member team said " We are excited to roll out this program and give our listings ultimate exposure online." The program consists of two parts. Said Brad " The first part consists of our Search Specific websites. These are individual websites designed for each of our listings and unlike other single site listing websites, ours actually come up in specific searches on Google, MSN and Yahoo. That is hugely important when you consider that 85% of home buyers now begin their search online! For example if a person gets on Google and searches for Bellevue waterfront, our website www.BellevuewaterfrontEstate.com shows up in the #1 position. Searching for Sammamish waterfront homes? We have three websites show up on the first page including www.LakeSammamishEstate.com ." While many agents have begun to use single site websites for their listings, The Golik Group Team has been using them for years which accounts for some of their high search engine placements. That combined with proper Search Engine Optimization. Brad said "We rank very high Especially for such keyword searches such as Bellevue Luxury Homes or Bellevue Waterfront Homes and Estates!" When people are searching online for a home they usually start with a pretty broad search such as Bellevue Real Estate and then begin to narrow their search and focus on specific areas, this is where their "Search Specific" websites come into play.
The second part of the program is the introduction of QR Codes and relating them to a home buyers search. Said Brad " QR Codes are big in Japan and other parts of the world and will be here as well!" QR Codes are basically a bar code that will direct you to a specific website. For the Golik Group that means directing them to one of their "Search Specific" websites. " A buyer that is sitting in front of a listing will be able to take his or her smart phone and snap a picture of the QR Code and immediately be directed to that listings own exclusive website that features big , rotating photos of the home. Buyers will be able to view many more photos online than what they are able to see on a flyer". Brad also added " A new generation of home buyers will begin to use smart phones as their main source of internet connectivity and they will be introduced to a much more interactive experience than what a flyer can give them. Condo buyers walking on downtown streets will be able to stand in front of a condo building and snap shots of QR Codes that will direct them to exclusive listing websites of condos within that building!" The possibilities seem to be endless with technology as it relates to real estate. Times are changing in real estate and so are the marketing methods of agents who want to survive in new and ever changing. The Golik Group are the first to see the benefits of individual "Search Specific" websites and now combining those sites with the future of QR Codes. "Our websites were designed with large photos above the fold, that way when the website comes up on your smart phone you get to see big, clear photos that project your listing in the best possible way." He also added "www.EstateAtTheReserve.com is one of our current listings that we are marketing in different ways with QR Codes. New blog post
« The Lapboard Feeling the tension on the Blog.
AP, we appreciate all your comments. I agree this is an open forum, yet positivity rules the roost on this blog. Facts are facts and if you want to weigh in on the side of pessimism then please comment on one the hundreds of other blogs out there in reference to our company.
That being said, Pheabag holds the whole picture of our plans - we are reaching out.
Let’s be clear that PHEI only represents Phantom Entertainment. I need to approve the final artwork of the lapboard and functionality then the rest of the production will commence. I need to hold it in my hands and test the product before 1000s are made.
The Phantom GameStore will hold titles as large as FallOut 3 and also many top rated core and casual games. We are working hard to get the best games possible for our store.
Realize that in todays economy it is VERY hard to get people to buy material goods, food, gas, - you get my point - we are using our equity wisely, that means that we can’t move as quickly as we would like to until we have the means to do so.
I came on board with this company as purely a stockholder wanting to lend a hand, now I have a large part of getting things to work well, and create profit and positivity throughout the company.
Risks are everywhere, I’m making no promises, but I can also tell you that progress is being made, and if and when we get out of the red and into the black again, we will all be happy.

Does the list of patents on the BIPH website include the patents that were sold to Medtronic or have they been removed? I have been unable to find a specific list of the patents that were sold. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

The CSS patents have not yet been issued, but appear to be progressing toward that objective. I would expect rapid forward movement once that hurddle is crossed. No one will likely show too much interest until the patents are in place. Once they are locked up I think things will change in that regard. All JMHO
2D Barcodes Tested by TSA
December 2, 2008 Barcode Scanning No Comments
A few weeks ago, I wrote about Continental Airlines using 2D barcodes for boarding passes. Soon, this technology may become a standard for airport security. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) began testing 2D (QR) barcodes back in October, and was pleased with their results.
The 2D barcode system was tested at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, using law enforcement officers as the test group. With 2D barcodes, each boarding pass will contain personal information about the boarder. In this case, law enforcement officers were able to bear arms off and on duty on commercial airlines. Officers presented their encrypted 2D barcodes to airport security, which were then scanned and revealed their identity.
The system is extremely secure because the 2D barcodes are generated via fingerprints. Passengers simply have to swipe their finger over an optical reader, and a personal 2D barcode is created right there. Then, just before boarding, the passenger’s fingerprints are scanned again and compared with the previously created 2D barcode.
Not only will this new system increase security in airports, it will also save time. In addition, the possibility of fake boarding passes is completely eliminated. While the TSA has not released any official results on their trial, insiders say that the results will most likely be very positive.

Fuel-cell powered devices getting closer
Tiny fuel cells powered by combustibles could power a laptop for days
updated 2:40 p.m. CT, Sun., Nov. 30, 2008
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Laptop, cell phone and iPod owners tired of having their devices run out of charge after a few hours have been patiently waiting for the next portable power source to arrive.
Tiny fuel cells, powered by combustible liquids or gasses, have long been touted as the eventual solution. Potentially, they could power a laptop for days between refills.
But fuel cells have perennially remained a year or two away from reaching the market as companies have worked on making them small, cheap and long-lasting, while making sure they don't overheat.
The U.S. government removed a key roadblock this year when the Department of Transportation amended its hazardous materials regulations to allow cells with methanol, butane or formic acid to be carried on airplanes. Methanol and butane are flammable, and formic acid is corrosive.
"That was one of the largest challenges to this market, to overcome that regulation issue," said Sara Bradford, an energy and power systems consultant for Frost & Sullivan.
Fuel cells, in which a tiny amount of fuel flows into a small chip to generate electricity without combustion, would allow users to skip the wall plug and simply swap out a fuel cartridge to continue listening to music or checking e-mail.
Bradford thinks products are now truly a year or two away, as electronics manufacturers show more interest and fuel cell makers move beyond trade-show prototypes.
"We are closer, much closer, than even two years ago in terms of the companies' internal designs, how they've met their milestones and just the amount of testing and evaluation that's going on right now," Bradford said.
Lilliputian Systems Inc., a Wilmington, Mass., company founded by former Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers, plans to introduce a portable fuel cell late next year for any device that can be charged via a USB port.
The cigarette-pack-size charger will use a canister of butane, the same fuel used in cigarette lighters, to juice up an iPod, BlackBerry, GPS device or digital camera, said Mouli Ramani, Lilliputian's vice president of business development.
Each teaspoon of the fuel can provide 20 times the run time of a battery of the same size. The charging system would likely sell for $100 to $150 with refill cartridges retailing for $1 to $3, he said.
MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc. has been working on fuel cell technology since 2000. In 2002, was showing a prototype it planned to bring to market by 2004.
Peng Lim, the Albany, N.Y.-based company's chairman and chief executive, said MTI has been making significant progress recently. It's current methanol fuel cell can produce about three times the energy of a lithium ion battery, common in cell phones. With further improvements, the cell could one day last 10 times longer than lithium, he said.
MTI plans to introduce an external charger by late 2009 as it works with electronics manufacturers on building fuel cells into devices.
Lim said MTI has signed partnerships with the mobile-phone division of Samsung Electronics Co. of South Korea, a Japan-based digital camera company and Neo Solar Co. Ltd., which makes computers that are smaller than laptops.
Lilliputian also plans to transition to embedding fuel cells in gadgets. Ramani said the company has signed commercialization agreements with three large, multinational entities he cannot yet name.
Panasonic is promising a fuel cell that can power a laptop for 20 hours on a cup of methanol, but the company says it won't hit stores until 2012.
Medis Technologies Ltd. has come out with a 1-watt liquid borohydride fuel cell recharger that can provide 30 hours of cell-phone talk time. The 24-7 Power Pack is slightly larger than a deck of cards and can't be refueled, so it has to be recycled once it's exhausted.
Not all manufacturers are sold on fuel cells, at least not in the near term.
Matt Kohut, competitive analyst for Lenovo Group Ltd., the world's No. 4 PC maker, said fuel cells will eventually power laptops but he doesn't see commercialization for at least five years.
The industry needs to unite to standardize the technology, he believes, and the DOT's limiting of fuel cartridges to smaller than 7 ounces might not provide adequate power for early devices, Kohut said.
Consumers are used to getting a free battery charge from any electrical outlet, so refill cartridges would have to be "as ubiquitous as cigarettes and bottles of Coke in every 7-Eleven" in order for fuel cells to take off, Kohut said.
Lenovo is moving toward silver-zinc batteries, which have 20 to 30 percent higher capacity than lithium ion batteries and don't wear out as fast, Kohut said.

Our Hydra Fuel Cell subsidiary completed the initial development stage of the HydraStax® unit and testing for certification is currently underway. We believe that the HydraStax® unit's cost per kilowatt hour will be significantly below that of our competitors, giving us a competitive edge. Thus, upon certification we intend to aggressively market these units. We are actively pursuing financing to begin manufacturing and distribution.
Although we expect revenues from our HydraStax™ unit during 2008, we do not expect cash flows from distribution of the unit to be self-funding during 2008

Anyone know if the new Blackberry Storm will support the Neoreader? I hope so because I have one on order via the IT dept at my work.
Spot, I can see it now - when the CSS device is approved and in the market you will be attempting to focus attention on the folks that stay dead instead of the ones that got a new lease on life as a result of this tech.
I'm thinking that perhaps those of us that really understand the impact of YA financing should stop discussing it in this forum and perhaps one day we can sell our shares to those that don't. :) GLTA
I would take a few of those 0001's. Might be a good entry point.
I agree, and speaking of patents, the patent I just posted about relates to the CSS device itself and addresses acute care for an arrested heart. Another patent application that I posted about recently (currently under review by USPTO) relates to therapeutic care for an enlarged heart. My thoughts are that the second application may provide a quicker strategy to bring this device to market as it may be much easier to initiate clinical trials and obtain consent from a living patient with an enlarged heart vs. a basically dead patient in cardiac arrest.
I would vote my significant number of shares in favor of the increase but apparently they are not eligible.
Regards,
This application will be a patented case soon.
Sounds like a great idea, perhaps it will catch on. I could see lots of possibilities with the concept i.e. gift cards, lottery tickets, music downloads, application downloads, etc. Credit directly to your phone.
