Hard for some to do in a chill. Needs new eyes and money. Anyone who happens across this will likely need a company update for confidence. CEO dying doesn’t help.
Most Longs are just waiting to get above a dime long term... then the riff raff will fade away. Higher it goes the less we’ll hear from the pink otc flippers.
Good to hear. Looking forward to sec compliant company updates.
Bigger question is will the company do anything to address the recent executive management changes as required by sec law? Also will they bolster confidence in the current business plan?
If the poster who said he’d buy under 15cents is serious then they have a hell of a buying opportunity.
Good to hear and thanks for letting us know, we would not know otherwise.
Company still isn’t interested in a free twitter account for updates I see.
Lol. Kinda wonder if Chaz and Company bailed completely.
Granted they are dealing with the loss of the CEO and chief science officer so they likely don’t know how to recover.
Sad
The good old days....
Wasted away... https://www.goldmanresearch.com/20120716184/Opportunity-Research/ctdt-an-investors-best-friend.html
So it continues today. Could get back to all time low of a penny. I would have to consider buying a lot at that point.
All depends on current management to do something.... anything
Price held up quite well for a 130k dump. Saunders seems to think PRs are coming with answers... but when?
130k gobbled up quick on bad news... market confidence is still high.
How low will this go? That person who wants to buy below 15 cents has a golden opportunity now.
The technology supposedly was far enough for production so another mind would be able to keep the call rolling. Not sure Snaper was necessarily essentially needed anymore for development purposes.
I hear his wife has the reigns now. I asked the post Snaper question quite some time ago.
The 40k dump has an explanation now.
Very sad for his family. He lived a full life and made many contributions to science.
It’s sad the company couldn’t even PR this event. CEO dies... silence.
This could open up the door to a new majority stakeholder if his family decides to sell assets. Biz - maybe your investor group should take another look.
To dump at these prices is not advisable but I understand if someone is just tired of the silence and futility here.
Money is better spent to just buy the patent from Snaper directly. Considering he’s 83 he may sell cheap. That would make this stock rather useless though unless he sold the whole company. I would advise that he take a minor ownership and sell his equity to Bizops investors.
Then we can all move on. The stock PPs would go up a lot if Snaper were to sell his majority stake to some VCs with capability to grow the tech.
If they lied...
Snaper has it locked down, I think the tech is real. Snaper seems to think these knights in shining armor will free the sword.
There are quicker ways but he’s not interested.... so we wait.
IF the request was put in to release the chill then they should have a response soon. They they lied then that sucks and no response is coming. Saunders seems to think they’ll have an update soon. We’ll see.
Snaper should sell his equity and move on...
Chaz isn’t the only one working on this... and yes.... he’s part time and only paid in shares of a company he can’t sell.
The DTC has to reply to their request.
Nope, no shares sold for awhile.
By my estimate on timeline the chill should be lifted soon. If not then I would recommend they enlist help. That help costs money but since they specialize in troubled OTC companies I’m sure they accept alternative payment methods.
I’ll be calling Chaz frequently going forward... at least once a month.
It’s always best to get legal guidance if the chill/thaw process isn’t successful.
Nowhere does it state anything about revenue, however that can be implied by NOT being a shell company.
Sure, they longer they delay the 8k the lower it will go. MMs and short hands will drive it down.
The market price has the 8k baked in so without it then it goes back to subpenny.
Possibly, but the OTC is famous for premature selling to beat the market to the punch. We are now in the late part of mid to late.... 3 days left on a self imposed deadline that they historically miss. Under promise over deliver is best way to get confidence.... not vice versa.
8k delays hurting market confidence
PRs coming soon. Chill will be lifted. Take profit but don’t walk away.
Awesome, I can buy the entire company for $2,100. Who do I write the check to?
Well... they destroyed this fairly well.
Officially mid to late Oct now... Super 8k watch on alert.
Still going to happen Greg?
I think they’re past the funding problems and they know how they are going to do it.
The reason that person is trying to buy lots of shares below .15cents now is because buying at market drives the price up too much. Also, they don’t have time to buy lots of shares by bid sitting.
I could sell 700,000 shares but my bottom price is 50 cents right now. If news breaks anytime soon then my price goes to $1.
Agreed. It could be legit and well intentioned but the IR spin and lack of professional fiduciary communication reeks of pennyland scams.
If they had at least waited until after the super 8k it would be a little easier to swallow.
Yep, I still have “INAR” spinoff shares in my account rotting at $0.0000
We’ll see how this plays out but the fact they claim FINRA is doing a valuation is ridiculous.
Steve needs to check his IR guy.
SMH... this “spinoff” reminds me of the “buyback”
He wouldn’t. He can just tell us that Chaz is still alive and he still works for CTDT. All things verifiable via internet and filings
Spot on.... knowing the OTC we’ll see some insider buying about 5 days before the S8K is filed.
Plenty of time to drop more before late October.
Predictable and predicted. Whatever.... I think everyone knew they wouldn’t file in time.
Predictable that they’re still acting like SEC rookies. They’ll blame the SEC on a late response but the reality is they agreed with their assessment. So stamp it and send it in. 75 days not enough time?
If they don’t then it will be a great buying opportunity
Exactly... better learn to play by the rules now if they plan to get to Naz.
Likely 2-2.25 cents. The Longs here Should know the revenue growth money isn’t in the furniture. It’s in the vytex applications.
Rotmans are no dummies, they know neither company can exist without each other.
Easy now. I’m not selling for years on this play. Just saying that if they file late it won’t be that big of a deal.
